Great guys over here, not once did I feel like they were selling me something I didn’t need. Integrity goes a long way with customers and will be returning if I encounter any other issues. I appreciate the prompt service and the inspection process. I like the reminders to get common maintenance items done. It never seems to add much to the time or the cost to complete these items.

A great local shop, honest service and family owned.

Dropped my vehicle off with a key drop due to misfiring. They checked it out the next day and confirmed it was the spark plugs. Called me up, told me, and didnt even provide an estimate since they knew I was able to fix it myself. Good honest guys, no up selling or weird pricing. Will definitely be taking my vehicle there for anything I cant do in the future.

Excellent place! I chose the shop based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed. They are very ethical, straight forward, easy to deal with. Got my vehicle in quickly. They were honest about what they would and would not recommend being done, unlike the dealer who recommended multiple more things for twice the cost. They had my car for less than 6 hr when I thought it would be gone for days. I will be returning and would recommend this place to any of my friends.

I brought in my wifes Explorer to have a rear differential leak checked out. Its something I normally would handle myself, but I just didnt have the time. After past experiences with dealership shops, Nicks was a true pleasure from start to finish. Quick appointment booking response, friendly correspondence, reasonable cost, and, most importantly, good work in a timely fashion.

Ive been going to Nicks for many years (back when it was Ricks). They have taken very good care of my vehicles. They do an annual safety inspection that is required for my in - home day care business. Other than the top notch service, expertise, friendliness, quality of work, they are so completely honest and trustworthy - something that is difficult to find in auto repair shops. I dont remember ever having to pay more than the estimate that was given. In fact it has been less a few times. I have to say I never consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. There is simply no reason to.

Nicks is the absolute best! Ive been going there forever (when it was Ricks) and even though I live 40 miles away I still sometimes make the journey when my car needs it. They know what theyre doing and they treat me with respect and are loyal to all their customers. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else!

I needed an unscheduled repair. I was able to bring my car in, get an estimate and leave it for repair. Nate called to give me an estimate of $362.00. I agreed to the price and said go ahead. A couple of hours later Nate called and told me the car was ready. And the repair was only $205.00. So, professionalism, punctuality, competency and honesty, make a very powerful combination. I love Nicks. They are very professional and have the equipment to do everything from computer work to transmission work to laser tire balancing. Everything is explained in detail and they try to save me money or let me know whether a repair is urgent or can wait. I highly recommend Nicks.

Not from the area. Had a vehicle issue while taking a family trip. Stopped at Nicks shop and they checked the vehicle out for us, and assured us things looked OK. Very professional and helpful. Great service and very knowledgeable about both imports & domestic. There are few reasons to pay dealership rates when independents like Nicks are an option. For 15 years I have trusted them with all my vehicles - even my 59 classic.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. The place is very clean, even the shop! I would recommend them for mechanic work.

Nick was very accommodating he diagnosed what was wrong with my daughters car and he was absolutely OK with the fact that I wanted to put in the part myself and once I did car was fixed . We have been having our vehicles serviced/repaired here for several years. Work is always done as scheduled and I feel they are very competitive as far as rates. I like the idea of shopping local especially when you very pleased with the product.
