The Quick Lane was busy but I didnt have to wait very long to get my car serviced. The staff was very courteous.

I go to the Quick Lane counter they arhelpful and friendly. Especially Michaela McCann, always very personable .

Very slow service..alot of techs walking back and forth thru waiting room area and cars not getting done in timely fashion. Was there 3 hrs for oil change tire rotation and check engine light. Also once again no car wash cards available..everything they are out of them!

I just left Quick Lane with a smile. When I walked in, I was concerned about a check engine light and a tire pressure light.When I initially called, I was told that I would have to take it to Nissan, but upon calling a second time, I came in. The staff stepped up to the plate to help me. Josh decided to run the diagnostics on my car instead of going to Nissan and fixed the problem. I was so appreciative that he took the time to help me.The rest of the staff, Dale, Michaela, and Tony were also very helpful. At no time have I ever had an issue with this companyIf there was, the staff has always been very helpul--especially Dale.Two years ago, I bought my car at Hudson Ford have had it serviced at Quick Lane since then. Highly recommend Quick Lane.

I am leasing my car through Hudson Ford and took my car in for a recall and oil change. I have never been to Quick Lane for an oil change but they were so nice and friendly. They also told me I didnt need my tires rotated and that made the price even cheaper. I would highly recommend Hudson Quick Lane. All around great customer service. And the waiting area is so comfortable!

Nate and his staff at Hudson Ford were so helpful to me! I was passing through from out of town, heading to Madison for a college tour with my daughter when my check engine light came on. With my plans to drive to Madison and back within the next 36 hours, I wanted to be sure it was OK to drive. Nate took the time to have his staff check the codes at the end of the day and verify that I was good to go. It was even his wedding anniversary and he was still working past closing time, helping customers with a smile on his face. So grateful for his assistance.

Truck was well taken care of after I brought it in for service this last time.The only reason that I didn’t put 5 stars is because of the intake and pickup process of your vehicle here.In my opinion, at a minimum when dropping off my vehicle for service, the rep should read back what work is initially being planned and a cost estimate for that work.Also, when picking your vehicle up, the same steps should happen: a read back of the service that was actually done and an explanation of the cost.These basic, key customer service steps that help ensure the service department and the customer are on the same page have never happened when I’ve brought a vehicle in for service here. Just a pet peeve of mine...as a customer, I don’t like not being informed about what I’m paying for.As an aside, Hudson Ford, and other companies ask you to rate them after they perform a service for you. In their request, they ask that if you’re not completely satisfied to call them. This seems like a tacky way to help ensure they are getting good ratings. Just get it right the first time, please. I’m giving an honest review of the service actually provided.

I bought a new F-150 from myself. Just as expected I exceeded my own expectations! Seriously.....Levi the financial aid gave me the red carpet treatment as if I were a walk-in customer. Adam the detail manager went above and beyond to make sure all accessories were on in a timely fashion & my new truck was finished spit clean. I did appreciate the internal customer service.Even though I work here, I bought something and was given the opportunity to experience great customer service which I and the rest of our staff provide Daily ! Two thumbs up!!

Only place I will go for my oil changes.

I want so badly to go with 5 stars but my last visit was a klunker. I have never had bad service here as everyone is super friendly and get me in and out of the quick. They do occasionally try to do the add on stuff like air filters and such which are WAY cheaper if you do it yourself.My last visit however my bakes went from green on the last visit (4-5 months ago) down to red with 2 left. This means one of two things....theyre lying, or they werent checking them properly the last few times. I was also told that the noise I was hearing when I turn was the front struts and quoted $1100 to repair. Problem is, there has been NO noise AT ALL and no suspension issue. Sadly the service writer was very matter of fact and didnt take well to my objections. Unfortunately makes me question what the deal is there right now. Ill go back and give them a second chance as they have been great in the past...but Im approaching with caution now and would suggest the same.

Had oil change rescheduled due to someone getting sick and then started on it 30 minutes late. My oil change was free because of it. Mikayla is always really nice to talk to.

Hudson Ford is great! I went in to buy tires. They drove me to a friends house and pivked me up,so I didnt have to wait in the shop. Excellent service!
