Purchased a new dress for my daughter. Almost $3000.00 . Brought the dress home and took it out of the bag for the first time today to find a stain on the dress. Called All Brides Beautiful and they said there was nothing they could do. Very poor service. Very Sad!!We are not disputing the waiver was signed. We were looking for better customer service than you are willing to provide. The dress has not been out of the garment bag since it was purchased. The fitting area in the store was not very well lit at the time. The dress was taken out of the bag today to be fitted for alterations, which is when the marks were discovered. The room we were in for alterations allowed for full sunlight, and it was very bright out at the time. A wedding is a once in a lifetime event, and we purchased a beautiful gown. When the marks were found, we immediately bagged the dress in the provided garment bag, and called the store right away. I was expecting a response and a level of customer service commensurate with the gown that was purchased. I was sadly mistaken.

I NEVER right reviews (seriously this is my first one) and I just HAD to for this place because it is THAT great. They made me feel so special and walked me through the process and provided such good feedback on possible alterations I could make. They pulled so many great options and each dress looked more amazing then the rest! Cannot recommend enough!

I had a wonderful experience finding the dress of my dreams at All Brides Beautiful. The whole journey from beginning to end was seamless - never once did I feel stressed or worried how my dress was going to turn out. For a bride planning a wedding out of state, thats huge!I can truly say I felt like a princess at All Brides Beautiful. After my sister-in law had a bad experience on her wedding day with a larger chain store, I knew I had to go to a custom bridal shop that had excellent staff and great designers. Every dress I tried on was SO much more beautiful than the other - and, in the end, it was really hard to choose the perfect dress due to all the wonderful options.Bobbie, Sadie, Emily and the staff helped offer their expert advice. All in all, I loved my Jim Hjelm dress, and wanted some alterations and enhancements added to it, such as a custom neckline, beaded belt and sweater for an early winter wedding. Sadie did an amazing job with the alterations, transforming the dress into a work of art. The All Brides staff were nothing short of accommodating and supportive. They stayed in constant communication with me as I traveled back and forth to Ohio for fittings. It is amazing how the staff at All Brides Beautiful are not only fiercely talented, but also very warm, inviting and creative, as well. I instantly felt like I was among friends from my first visit to my final fitting.I was nothing but thrilled on my wedding day - and my only regret is that I cant wear my dress over and over again. Obviously when it comes to getting a dress for one of the biggest days of your daughters life you want them to be treated with respect and like a princess.The quality and brands of the dresses are obvious online, but you owe it to yourself to take some time and go in and look.Its worth the drive and after speaking with them I know you will be happy you did as well. I feel they CARE and you are not just another person looking to buy, but rather part of the family.AA++++

It may not look like much on the outside, but on the inside, there are dresses I have never even seen before! It’s a cute and intimate shop with really a great array of dresses to choose from. There are, of course, some of the typical “cookie-cutter” dresses, but the majority of the dresses are so unique and gorgeous! They offered all types of dress styles! I worked with Alicia to find my perfect and dress and I worked with Sadie to customize a vest-like silhouette to attach on-top of my dress. My overall experience was truly incredible. Alicia is so knowledgeable about the business and the products in her store. I was thrown off by how young she appeared, but she truly knew what she was talking about. Everything from the fittings, the customization and the final alterations – all were completed on time and the finished product was beyond what I had expected! I ended up purchasing my veil here too during one of their trunk shows. I could not have asked for a better experience! I would recommend this shop over the others in the local area for sure!

Such a good experience!! All of the dresses they gave me to try on were not only well in my budget, but absolutely stunning. And the staff was so so helpful and kind. The building was also just a beautiful facility!! Loved the whole experience there. I am so glad I booked an appointment here.

From the second I walked into All Brides Beautiful for my very first wedding dress consultation, they were so welcoming and inviting. I never thought I would find my wedding dress the first day looking, but they had the exact dress meant for me. Everyone in the salon is so personable, approachable, and fun to work with. Saddie did all of my alterations, and she was absolutely wonderful!! Her attention to detail was incredible, and the dress was perfect for my wedding day. My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from here as well, and we were all so happy with how everything turned out. They have such a variety of dresses that fit all price ranges, and they were such a pleasure to work with!!

I normally dont write reviews but for this girl I had to! Sadie is AMAZING!!!! It was an honor to have someone so talented alter my dress. I am an out of state bride and most of my family lives on the west coast. She let me bring my ENTIRE GROUP of 6 women. I will rave about this shop forever!Because of how amazing this store is I canceled my order for my hair piece and am now going to buy a new one from All Brides Beautiful because I would love to have a little piece of their shop with me on my big day.Thank you all so much for making this process so amazing! I will be back in your store this weekend to get a hair piece :) LOVE THIS SHOP!!!!!

Im a last minute bride, and All Brides Beautiful bent over backward to help me out. I didnt end up buying my dress there, but they get 5 stars for customer service.

I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Our wedding was over 3 weeks ago and I still cant stop thinking about how beautiful my wife looked in her dress. Over the last year I heard about how wonderful your shop and seamstress were with my wife and during her fittings. We couldnt be more grateful for how wonderful of an experience you helped to make. As a new husband, I thank you for taking stress of the bride. Ill recommend your shop to anyone and everyone I come across.

I went there because I had a terrible time at a different bridal shop and always heard great things about this place. Emily K was fantastic! She gave great fashion advice and really was super friendly! She was a great consultant! Definitely telling all my friends to go there even though I didnt buy my dress there.

This place is FANTASTIC!!!! Super friendly staff that give full attention to the bride-to-be. Very accommodating to groups. Beautiful dresses. This was our first dress shop of many (to see the options) and nothing compares. We went right back to ABB!!

Although I did not buy my wedding dress here, Megan was a great consultant. She did everything I asked with ease, on top of being the only person working there that day (dont ever do that to that poor girl again)! I was a little disappointed in the selections available there for the price. My budget was $1,500, which is more than a lot of people I know, and there were only a few dresses in my price range. But, it was a very nice experience and cute shop.

Just after I got engaged, I stopped in to look at dresses. A woman asked if she could help me and I described the type of dress I was looking for. She proceeded to tell me that the style I wanted wasn’t for curvy girls and recommended the complete opposite style of what I was looking for in a condescending tone. Not a great experience.

I wanted to write to recognize how wonderful the ladies in this shop are. I did not make a purchase here but they were professional, warm and sincere.

A great experience, my assistant was very kind, not pushy, and helped me with anything I needed. A smaller selection, but all of the gowns are very high quality!

Let me start this review off and say I am not a girly girl I was so nervous about wedding dress shopping because Im picky and get frustrated when things dont sit right(and anyone other than a size zero knows sometimes stuff doesnt sit right). Alicia was my consultant and I wanted to take her home. She was so supportive and complimentary. Their dress selection was large and I found multiple dresses in the style I thought I wanted and some wild card picks. The last dress I tried on(the one they pulled off the mannequin for me) was a dream come true. I didnt want to take it off. I have gone back to this salon for bridesmaids dresses, accessories, and alterations and every time Alicia checks on me, because shes the best! Their seamstress is more than that, shes an actual dress designer who customizes your alterations to look beautiful and natural and functional. The only issue we ran into was when my neices bridesmaid dress was stolen through the mail system. ABB had insured the package and put a rush order on a new dress to make sure we got it in time for the wedding. They have been nothing but a delight to work with and worth the drive no matter where youre coming from.

Marsha was very helpful in searching for flower girls dresses and it was a successful visit....have to wait for the debut in June.🍾💍
