This is a great spot to support local farmers and businesses. They sell all natural, no hormones or steroids meat from local farmers. They will grind the meat right in front you. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They also make in house frozen pre-made clean meals that are superb! If I want something healthy and quick I buy one of those, throw it in a crock pot and voila! a healthy made meal without the hassle. I signed up for the clean eating meal program with them. Every week I pick up pre made clean meals for the week. There is a menu and you let them know the friday before what you want and pick it up the following monday. I cant stress enough how helpful and nice the owners are. I am proud to support a small local business with quality food!
