From the moment walking into the store I was greeted by customer service. Gentleman spoke professionally and clearly, was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. During checkout he asked if this was a personal or business transaction. I stated business and we went through the process of setting up a business account to receive additional discounts on future purchases. Spot on experience the whole way through!!

Square Trade sent me here to fix the cracked screen on my Samsung s10+. Screen was out of stock for a week, never called when it came in, fixed it quickly, maybe too quickly as the phone lost its waterproof seal. It didnt even get submerged and its now foggy inside in front of all 5 camera lenses. Square Trade said within 30 days authorized repair centers are supposed to fix the repair for free. Batteries Plus Bulbs - Hudson said they would not fix it unless they got reimbursed, also said they were not trained in moisture repairs, which makes sense since they didnt know how to prevent the moisture from entering the phone after replacing the screen. I called SqTrade again, they said they would sent me to CPR for warranty repair. AND not charge me for it.

I was in search for a 27f battery for my Tacoma so I went to two local auto parts stores, one even twice, and every time I entered a store neither the clerks or the customers were waiting a mask. Since I am health compromised this COVID thing is no joke. These stores and individuals are irresponsible to the communities they are in. Their feelings of loss of freedom or inconvenience supersedes my health. I went home and and went on line, found Batteries Plus, found a great battery and pick it up curb side. Easy!

The owner Casey was very helpful and knowledgeable on his products in the store. He will bend over backwards to make sure your battery needs are met. Highly recommend his store in Hudson, Wi.

Most recent visit was very disappointing. Please think twice before purchasing anything from this store! I brought back a Duracell lawn & garden battery that was purchased just 3 months prior and had already failed. The battery was tested by the assitant manager and registered an absolute zero. Rather than exchange the battery under warranty, the store decided to blame me- the customer-for an improper application or abuse. This battery was used 2x in a Zodiak tender to start a 20hp merc 4-stroke with absolutely no other power draw. A perfect application for the product. This was clearly a defective battery. However this store chose to blame their customer. They chose not honor a warranty that should clearly be in effect. Buyer beware--this location will NOT do the right thing and honor defective products and fight those battles with their suppliers. They would rather be lazy and ineffective as a retailer and blame their customer. In the COVID-age of retailing, this is exactly the type of retailer that does not deserve the customer that goes out of their way for an in-store visit. This customer will never return to this store and will steer others to a worthy alternative.

This purchase was for a car battery installed by BP. We have purchased batteries for vehicles, boat and lawn mower. The cost is competitive, the product is very good and the great service make this a go to for batteries. Our previous experience was also for a car battery that BP replaced in -20 temps. Owner and staff make doing business a great experience.

I was charging my iPhone when it slipped off the table and fell on the floor. Result—the tip of the cord snapped off and lodged in the phone’s charger port! Casey to the rescue. He removed the broken part in less than a minute. Panic over😊. Thanks for the fast, friendly service👍

Got a great price on house batteries for our RV. Our choices were Ever Starts from Walmart for pretty close to the same price or Duracells here for a few dollars more. Glad we stopped.

HERE, LET US RUIN THAT FOR YOU. Just go to the Apple Store.I went to Batteries Plus with a phone that had water damage to the screen. (There was a black hole on the display that I had to maneuver around.) The phone was otherwise completely functional. I repeatedly told them it was water damage inside the screen itself (they didnt quite believe me at first). It was indeed water damage inside the screen, they went to install the new screen, and it all seemed fine until they attempted to put it back together. The new screen went completely black. They thought it was the battery, but the battery was fully functional.THEN they tell me that this sort of thing often happens with water damaged phones and they arent equipped to work on them. The guy said hes only SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED ONE PHONE SCREEN WITH WATER DAMAGE, and all other fixes werent successful. Didnt bother sharing this with me BEFORE taking apart my functional phone.They put my now useless phone back together - didnt seal it properly at all - its half falling apart. I have a completely black screen. They told me I should try going to go down the street to their competitors because they were equipped to handle water damage. They wasted an hour and a half of my time doing something they knew they probably shouldnt do in the first place.The guy did call his manager who told him to just give me my phone back. Thanks guys!

Went in there with an almost dead van. The owner and one employee could not have been more helpful. Ultimately our van needed a new alternator, but they were generous enough to give us a ride to the rental car office and let us loiter until the tow truck showed up. Never have the batteries I need. Been told twice to just order it through Amazon. Employee couldnt answer any of my questions about phone repair! Told me I had to call back the next day and talk with the owner.

I went in to get my IPhone 7’s screen fixed. The screen was so cracked it began to affect the coloring on my phone. There were different streaks of color lining the screen as well. My home button was also unusable due to the damage and it was nearly impossible to open the home screen. It took them an hour to repair and I received it looking like new. Home button was fixed as well with no extra cost. Pricing is better then 2 other places I reached out to. These guys are awesome.

I went there to replace my phone screen. Before everything on my phone worked but after they replaced my screen my mic for talking on the phone stopped working and my cameras were not connected. I went in less than two minutes after leaving and told them that my cameras werent connected and all the man said was Ive done this a thousand times and Ive never forgotten anything. Were not liable for that. but they checked before touching my phone to make sure everything was working and it all was.
