Mark and the team at R. Fraser were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was more than fair and beat out several other quotes we received for our project, without all the nickel and diming and line items for things like trim removal and replacement. Flooring and carpet selection was great. Mark even went out of his way to order a larger sample of one of our choices so we could see more of the details of the grain.The installer from our project, DJ was also top notch. He worked hard, was polite and did a fantastic job. He was also a one man show due to unforeseen circumstances and worked his tail off to ensure our project was complete.Overall I would highly recommend R. Fraser and look forward to using them again on future flooring projects.
