Very helpful, MEGA huge store, They didnt have the 8inch Zero squishmallow. But I did get what I needed and What I came in for I used my $3 reward cube when I got my Snoopy Thanksgiving card for my aunt. Very bright & clean store with large inventory! Also, me & my mom ran Across some homework nightmare before Christmas wrapping paper 2 of them buy 1 get 1 free $4.99 and you get the um 1 for $2.50 thats a great deal. Ive looked at other paperstores luckily this store had the gift wrap paper! Wasnt even looking for it, but we did get it.

When in to buy birthday gift for my wonderful Grdboys. And I fell into a beautiful store. Not only do they have great gifts for children but also fabulous birthday cards. The EMPLOYEES are Polite, helpful, thoughtful, and most of all knowledgeable about their store. Always helping the customer. I cant wait to have a reason to go. A good place to find cards and a quick gift, but I really miss the larger card selection when almost half the store was cards. I understand that they probably make a lot more from non-card sales, but the shift definitely has me going in less often and looking at Hallmark online more for selection.

If there is ever a place to visit it definitely is The Paper Store because just the staff alone provides exemplary customer service and is just a joy to be around. It seems to be a positive environment loaded with beautiful trinkets such as: everything Vera Bradley, jewelry, hats, scarves, mugs, shoes, magnets, Hallmark Cards, ornaments, sale merchandise, books, perfumes, body lotion, calendars and other unique gifts that will tweak everyones fancy. I 💘 spending my 💰 here because its a great place to unwind and see great gifts being appreciated by awesome recipients.

Best paper store I have ever been in! The customer service is excellent! Every single employee I have encountered at this location has been very pleasant and helpful. This is the only paper store I will shop at now! Great choice of employees!

Its scary that people still live under a rock when it comes to racism. Theres not other way to describe it. There were 4 other customers in the store (white) that were ALL greeted and asked if they needed help. I literally made eye contact with one of the 3 women working and not one word was spoken to me. I mean, at least fake it... Acknowledge my existence. And you may think Im over reacting but when the cashier literally looks over my shoulder to the woman behind me and asks if she needs help and gives me a dirty look (still not speaking To me) yea... Theres no other word for it but racism. Its not until Im at the register ready to pay that Im acknowledged.Word of advice. Treat everyone the same. I was actually the only customer in that store that was MAKING A PURCHASE yet THREE of you couldnt acknowledge me. I was in that store probably 15 minutes. Im not offended, I feel more sad for you all that you have to live your life like that.

I love this place! It has been my favorite store ever since I was a kid. I have since moved away, but I always make a stop here when I am in town.
