Prices are higher than big stores like Micro Center and Best Buy, but that is to be expected from a place that doesnt buy quantities like those stores. But the staff were very friendly and very helpful and they had an item I have been searching for for months. Im happy to pay a premium to support local businesses.

I had a corrupt BIOS issue on my all in one, they were able to correct it in 1 day for a very reasonable price, very professional I would definitely go back for any other issues. Thanks for the quick fix.

My recent experience with Showtime Computers was nothing short of EXCELLENT! The staff is pleasent,, helpful and knowledgeable.My laptop screen needed to replaced and they completed the job within only 5 days.In addition the price I paid for the repair was about HALF of what Best Buy and Staples wanted.They also have a good supply of everyday needs for your devices.I suggest that if someone has issues with their computers they contact Showtime Computers for help before turning to the larger places like Best Buy that pressured me to replace my device instead of repairing it.

Sadly a very mixed bag. Bottom line: they do good work. The actual work on my computer was very well done.HOWEVER, they are not transparent on their pricing. And if you’re not good with computers and immediately understand that the computer “needs to charge for two hours” means you’re going to be charged for those two hours at a rate of $60 per hour.When I confronted them about this discrepancy they were rude and dismissive and insulting. Particularly a individual behind the counter who was not part of the transaction who was very confrontational and rude as I was leaving.Very negative experience. I advise going elsewhere and if you do insist on going there, make sure you force them to be explicit in their pricing so you don’t end up on paying far more than expected.They need to be more transparent with their pricing. And their customer service is nonexistent.

The guys at showtime have been so helpful. I had a MacBook Pro with a damaged display I called to get a price on the repair and they were able to give me one right over the phone. I then asked if I could have them order the parts so they could do the repair faster since the display was not one they stocked. They had me put a deposit down and called me when it was in. They were able to turn around and have my MacBook repaired in less than 2 hours which for someone who needs their laptop daily was incredible. My family has had multiple computers repaired at showtime and never had any complaints. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs anything computer related

First of all, the owner is very rude and doesnt care about customer service. Second, I took my computer for them to fix and they said they would do something and charged me for that service. But after I went to see and put my files back on my computer, I found out that they didnt do what they charged me for. I called them to resolve the situation and they didnt want to hear me and even accused me of being rude. But I wasnt being rude and just wanted a solution, since I paid to have my computer fixed. Do not waste your time with this place. They are not honest, they take your money and they dont do what they promise you.

Brought my pc in for cleaning and maintenance cause I needed a new power supply. Said they cleaned my pc but all they did was push air around. Dust all still inside my pc and on my fans. even on my processor fan. Was not cleaned to my standards or that of anyone in the industry in my opinion. The staff/owner Tried to make if right in the end and I appreciated that. But service should be clearly explained before leaving your pc with them.

I came here for a screen repair for my HP laptop. It was $150.00. Which was a great price, Best Buy said it would be around $200.00. So I definitely got a deal. It only took a few days for the repair.When I went to pick it up, I noticed when I logged in, my Windows account have basically shut me out, and had an update of some sort which basically wouldn’t let me enter into my laptop. But Showtime was able to figure it out ASAP and fixed it for me and created a new user. — free of charge.Even though it was probably an easy fix, it was an inconvenience for me. But they fixed it SUPER fast and didn’t give me a hard time.first time here, but won’t be the last!! Thank you so much !

It is the best place in 70 miles to see and compare monitors. They have a great return policy if you get something you are not totally happy with. Friendly staff. I drove over an hour to see what they have and better than best buy, bjs, Costco and staples combined when it comes to computing related hardware.

Asked them to build 2 identical PCs, they used as different parts as they could. The guy charged me extra for paying with a credit card. This was a while ago. More recently I needed some case fans and a CPU cooler, and I told the kid behind the counter that I needed two 3 speed fans, Arctic thermal paste, and a powerful cooler for a high end gaming rig. I ended up with anemic 2 speed fans and a cooler so weak that my CPU is now--AT IDLE--about 70 degrees C. I ended up hospitalized the day after, and didnt get to install these for nearly a year after. I do not know how accomodating they would have been about exchanging them for the proper parts. The reason Im so upset about this is the fact that I TOLD THE KID I NEEDED HIGH END GAMING COMPONENTS. Ive learned alot about PCs since then, and I would like to one day be able to trust Showtime, but burn me twice. . . I cannot allow a third attempt unless I was to speak to the owner.

Great prices, even during a gpu shortage they were able to give me a fair price for todays crazy market. They do need to go over all options in detail more as if the customer knows nothing, and needs to know little things like the wi-fi card that comes with bluetooth (was told it didnt after but it does) doesnt fit the Mother board that they sold me so I would need a blutooth doggle to use anything bluetooth which I had no way of knowing until after I was home going crazy trying to connect bluetooth that wasnt there. Its the little things, attention to detail that provides great customer service, and a smile once in a while lol. Thanks again for a great build!

The team at Showtime was AWESOME! They fixed my 9-year old HP desktop computer and made it work like it is BRAND NEW. They adhered to their expected time frame for completing the work, and their prices were more than fair. I cant believe I got a new computer for the price I paid for the repairs/restoration. On top of all this, the customer service rocked. I called a few times to ask questions before dropping off my machine, and they were friendly and patient each time. The representative in-store was friendly, and knowledgeable, and he even went out of his way to meet me in the parking lot to hold the door open for me because he saw me coming in with my two young kids. I am so thrilled with the service and the product of work. NICE WORK...thanks so very much!!!!!

Their prices are competitive, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the selection of merchandise is more than acceptable. I have used them twice for computer repairs and they did a great job each time. Repair turnaround is average (about 5 days) but thats mostly because their popularity means a lot of clientele.

I ordered a fan on 02 JULY, they were one of the only places that appeared to carry the very specific fan I needed. I understand that I made my purchase around the holidays and I waited patiently for a tracking number. I never received one so I emailed. no response. I called them and they told me they were aware of the inquiry and would have a tracking number sent out as soon as possible. Its been 12 days with not even so much as an acknowledgment that my order was processed, or shipped or anything. Id love to be able to say Id do business with them again, but maybe you should take your business elsewhere too if this is what is to be expected.Update: I called again and they told me they ran out of the fan I ordered, called back about 10 minutes later and said they actually had some and would send it out the next day...that was 11 days ago and still no tracking number and usps.com doesnt show any incoming packages. CHINA MAILS THINGS SIGNIFICANTLY FASTER!! I guess Ill be calling AGAIN to find out where it went this time.

Did not specify I couldnt upgrade my laptop, so I bought a battery and now cant upgrade my laptop...couldnt return the battery so now I lost money and didnt get any help. Hopefully next time they can educate people who are not computer savvy to not make the same mistake.

Floor help changes a lot here. For repairs theyre okay. I went in for an Ultra SDHC SanDisk and was told theyre not made any more. So I went online and purchased a half dozen.

My daughter had a Dell laptop that was slow in aggravating I suggested for her to have a solid state drive install so I took it In and they install the proper SSD card in the computer. Also saved all her data and photographs she is a happy woman. Thank you Showtime Computer.

Promise to have laptop fixed in eight days never called me after eleven days on the eleventh day when I called the wrong part was order when asked for a discount or explanation the owner laughed and told me call the better business bureau and then told me to pick up my laptop knowing this was for a child to go to virtual school.

Owner has a horrible attitude. The work is not done on a timely manner and is over priced.

Showtime Computers seems to be competent with most computer issues and they stock generic computers for sale. Unfortunately, they seem to be limited to the common/popular computers that are generally available and unable or unwilling to research difficult requests.

I have always enjoyed shopping here. Im glad to see that their name got fixed. For a short period of time Google had a different name, & I thought theyd closed. I always enjoy local vendors.

Doesnt advertise products as used. Very poor communication and no tracking info. Battery I bought was supposed to be an extended travel battery. Capacity was 1/3 of its max capacity and in comparison to the standard first battery position it only holds half of that in its current state. Currently in the process of returning the item due to its misrepresented state

Knowledgeable people with stuff computers and accessories not unlike how old radio shacks used to be the great kind of way.

So, not only did I enjoy the original purchase of my laptop with wonderful results, I further took it in a few months later to update it with an SSD (solid state) drive... Glad I did, since it moves faster than ever and it rocks!...... Anyway, keeping in mind that computers can be quirky and can cause headaches for (even) your repair/upgrade vendor... Showtime, in this instance, not only took care of my upgrade in a professional fashion, they noted an important glitch during the duplication (mirroring) process and spent the extra time required (at no additional charge btw) to secure the final details to return a very stable running machine.
