They sent a misleading flyer saying you are invited to a special event, experience what Costco has to offer, please present this invitation at the entrance. Sure send like they are letting you try Costco. Rude customer service and a snaky flyer guarantees I wont be joining.

I cannot say enough great things about the tire department. My mom went into the store last Sunday with a flat tire. She had just bought tires somewhere else and was faced with having a flat. The girl at the tire department helped her by not taking advantage of my mom. She could have just sold her a new tire fir $156, but instead was able to fix the tire. My mom was so thankful as was I at how nice this girl was. Her name is Ann. I appreciate her service, patience and kindness to my mom.

Costco is always great! Gas is cheap, as is everything in the store relative to the outside world. Picked up some salmon, Chex Mix (so many places dont have this!), sweet potato chips, mushrooms, had a bunch of samples including quesadillas and beef jerky. Churros were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, was quite tasty.

We occasionally went to Hudson and saw very good stuff for winter’s..all the jackets and clothes are ver good on less price…

WOW. Super crowded Sunday morning. Found all (but 1) of the things I needed. Long lines to check out but lots of registers open, 2 people at each to expedite. Very organized and impressive.

Much bigger than my previous Costco stores. They had everything Ive come to love including things that my home Costco stopped carrying. The store was clean and well organized and the gas station was fast and the cheapest prices Ive seen in a long time. Wonderful experience!

I called Costco and asked if they took walk-in customers for Covid-19 vaccination. They said Yes. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door with a sign that said Covid-19 vaccination walk-ins welcome. I headed over to the pharmacy where Im going to assume she was the pharmacist couldnt be bothered from looking down at her computer and asked how she could help. I stated I was here for a vaccine. Which one she replied...sigh I already knew this was going to go South. Oh well let me see she stammered as though she has no clue why somebody would just walk in. Finally comes back to say Im going to have to make an appointment. Then got in the car and immediately called to which I was told again by the same pharmacy that Yes they take walk in appointments.

I love this Costco. It’s new and clean and nice. The best part is that I can swing by here on my way home from work on week days and it’s never too busy. They always have delicious free samples too!

The cashier named Torvechek (he is about 510 blonde in his 40s to 50s) Worst customer service ever!I went to costco with my wife and when we checked out, I had her card and the cashier scanned it. I handed my wife the money to pay and I went to get boxes.I handed the box lady the boxes. Then my wife went to tend to our daughter in the food court.The cashier asked to scan the card again so I handed him the card. At this point he started to get aggressive with me stating that I couldnt use the card because it wasnt mine. He asked who the person on the card was and I told him that was my wife. He stated that he couldnt help me because my wife wasnt present. He went on about policy and procedures, so I pointed to my wife in the food court litterally 10 ft away. He still said he couldnt help me.At this point I waved my wife over and the problem was solved. I couldnt imagine how big of a mess this would have been if my wife wasnt there.I expect more from a cashier, especially from Costco. You litterally just saw my wife, you saw me hand her the money, watched me get the boxes, then forgot who my wife was and started to hassle me.My wife and I are executive members and even own stock in your company. The experience we just received was by far the worst we have received within a Costo.I would highly recommend training this guy again and watch for some aggressive behavior.

What’s not to love about Costco? Everything you need and want and do not need or want is available. Great products at the best price, and test return policy I have ever seen anywhere. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and we love everything they have from food to household goods. apparently, he could take a nap while your wife is shopping.. 😂😂😂

I have better customer service from the Macedonia Walmart than I do at Costco where I pay an annual membership. I’m not knocking Walmart by any means! I’m here to comment on Costco’s lack of customer appreciation and do diligence to make sure their membership fee have more value to it than industrial size packaging.For example, a woman I spoke with on the phone from administration had zero concern for what I was actually saying. She was a robot repeating one line over and over, not engaging in a conversation that would have helped me resolve my problem.

Costco is always great. This one appears to be new.Stop in for the$1.50 got dog. Always a treat.

Costco is by far one of my favorite shopping destinations. Even during this time of lines as long as the building is deep, I made it through checkout in just over 10 min. Fast, efficient, and polite is my best description of the cashiers and staff. The shelves are well stocked compared to other local stores and prices are great. I shop at the Boston Heights location in Ohio. Thank you Costco, for all you are doing in these intense times.

Was pretty ticked when the reason I went to the store was for Kirkland brand VitaRain and they did not have any. I live 45 miles away...sometimes I wonder why I keep my membership...the lines were ridiculous too.

This Costco is very good. But one problem would probably be the checkout line, the employees try their best and that’s really good but they go really slow. The experience there is really good and the whole store is really good. I love this Costco and would recommend it

My wife and I visit the Boston Heights store monthly, and generally spenda decent amount to stock up on things. Today, (1/4/21) we were there at 9 a.m., and found our items within an hour. At the checkout, the cashier was very courteous, professional, and rang us quickly. However, the packer was one of the rudest young men I have ever seen. Told an elderly lady two positions ahead of us to bring her cart up and unload, (not offering assistance, then hurriedly did the next customer, (silently) and when we started to move up, he very rudely told us to step back. I am a retired commercial/retail manager, and had it been one of my employees that treated a customer in this manner, it would have been their last day at the job. And, if this store is allowing this to go on with ANY of their employees, perhaps its time to consider a change in management structure.This Costco is approximately 50 miles from our home. However, there is also a Sams Club 7 miles from our home. If were treated in this manner the next visit to Costco, you can rest assured it will be the last time we travel to Boston Heights.

Didnt have the frozen Whymen blueberries. I usually buy 3 bags at a time. Very disappointing .

Terrible produce. Potatoes were rotten and smelled. Asparagus was out of date and rotten. Didnt want to leave empty handed, bought a rotisserie chicken. Terrible mistake, that was even bad, dry and not even seasoned. Threw it out. Going to Sams Club from now on!

Well managed store.

About half way through the store I became very hot and pulled my mask below my nose. No employee bothered to say anything to me. While leaving, however, of course the person who reviews my receipt told me my mask needs to be worn over my nose. I figured Im already leaving and said oh ok (as in Ill know for next time). Im with someone so this employee gets really extra and kicks me and my small child out of the store when Im literally already trying to leave and then reviews my receipt with the other person Im with instead of me. Employees care more about policies than human decency at Costco.

Only complaint that I have about Costco, is that they need to have a “scan and go” option like Sam’s Club. It’s so much more convenient that having to wait in line for registers.

The only downside to Costco is when it shows you things you dont need but really want. This location is usually less crowded than Strongsville and Mayfield Heights.Some items are less expensive at ALDI in terms of unit cost and you cant always find certain vegetables, but overall its a lovely store.The employees are always pleasant. And as a bonus, if you enjoy hot dogs you best grab one to go from their food court.

I went here to purchase a Bayside Furnishings Kitchen Table Set. I was told that they were on backorder with no solid date. It is not available for online purchase and they would not deliver. I was told that only the display model on the floor would be available. I tossed the idea for a while that day, as they were not going to give me a discount on the floor display that everyone has been sitting in and touching. I called back later that day after deciding I needed to just go ahead and purchase the set because I am on a deadline for getting furniture into my home. As I talked through coming in to purchase the set, I was then told that they would not disassemble the table legs for me so that I could get it into my vehicle. When I asked why, they said, because they would have to waste time building another set if I bought the display model. I have been an executive member for some years now and I am not sure about Costcos customer service or going out of the way to help a customer. I ended up buying a set from a furniture store, which they are delivering today.

I really like Costco. Their meat selection is plentiful and has a great variety. They have weekly specials for great savings. If its on sale and wont expire then buy it. This is how you take advantage to receive the full savings. It is very clean and everyone is wearing a mask. I feel very safe at this location.

Great to see consistency in COVID policies across Costco. I live in Texas but back home in Ohio. We bought the 1/2 Turkey breast with stuffing, yukon gold mash potatoes, green beans and gravy ready to cook meal and could not have been happier with taste, flavor and easy to follow directions. Topped off with Costco famous Pumpkin Pie and had a perfect meal for 2-4 people and reasonably amount of left over. Thank you Costco for thinking of smaller family gatherings.

Costco is fantastic...there are 2 issues with Costco. We used to live in PA and the one up there has a huge selection of kids clothes, costumes, bread, etc. This one here is kind of limited. Not a lot of choices. The second issue is the bakery. The croissants are burned; although, the danishes are delicious.Having said that....they are very kind, helpful, and the store is very clean!! I shop there all the time.

It would be a much better store if they had better fresh baked bread. Anybody can sell that stuff in the cellophane. He need some Jewish rye and Italian

They do no even offer to call you back, you have to wait on the phone... great technology. Corporate office is useless. Employees are not responsive. Is this why i paid for membership?

Ive shopped at Costco for at least the last 20 years. This year I had to leave my in person job due to covid and I do not get unemployment. I do get food stamps which helps a lot.To the woman at customer service: I don’t care how long it takes for you to refund some of the items I bought, or how much you look down on the poor, at the end of the transaction the correct response is “thank you”!Same thing happened at another Costco I think it was Strongsville. It took me a long time to find my membership and eBay cards and then I counted out a lot of change and the cashier was visibly irritated with me.Still. At the end of the transaction is a thank you!
