The owner arrived within minutes of my call. Two days later, my high quality door was installed and working perfectly. In comparison, it took Overhead Door six days just to provide a quote.The owner is responsive and prompt. The only nit I would have is that his work crew was two hours late. That said, they were courteous, professional, and spirited away almost all the mess. They even put up with my constant peeking in on their progress. What good sports! They were also keen to be sure I was happy and able to maintain the door before they left. I would definitely call on Shumsky in the future.

Called today when a pin and roller fell off the door as it was opening. Got immediate service (within 1/2 hour), helpful technician who fixed problem, looked over both doors to make sure there weren’t any other issues, and was extremely pleasant. So glad I called! Will refer and be a repeat customer for sure!

Had a new door installed recently ...Mr. Shumsky had to order the door. The parts came in when he said they would. He got the door installed when he said he would. It looks great.Were very pleased.

I thought I would be needing new doors at about $5K... Mike came on the next day, and on the spot did the maintenance need in less than a couple hours... its like night and day... saved me a bundle...
