Jewelry Art has a great selection of designers to choose from. There are a variety of styles ranging from classic pieces to more artistic and unique designs. They did a nice job fixing a gold necklace I brought them to repair, and it was better than new when I picked it up. The salespeople are friendly and willing to take the time to let you look or show you suggestions. Ive gotten numerous gifts here over the years for family members special occasions.

Excellent selection, top quality merchandise. Very courteous, helpful and professional staff. Their website is also absolutely top notch. I chose options I liked through the website then went in person to choose my engagement ring. They had every single setting option I was considering in the store so I could see it in person. Had several diamonds to choose from to fit in my setting in a range of price points. Designed and purchased my engagement ring and love it! Have had a few repairs done there also, which went well. They are my new jeweler!

They worked with my modest budget to create something I am sure my partner will love.The experience: I was so stressed about the engagement ring process until I met with Barbara for the first time - she kindly agreed to an educational meeting (no obligation) to familiarize me with the basic principles of identifying a quality diamond and the different considerations of various ring styles and settings. After our first one hour meeting I felt so much more knowledgeable and comfortable in my ability to make an informed decision.I met with Barbara several times after that initial meeting, beginning with a fun, lighthearted session which included my partner. Barbara presented a variety of diamonds and settings to gauge my partner’s interest, as well as sizing her ring finger, taking detailed mental notes about what my partner seemed to like which she shared with me discretely afterwards. It was clear my partner wanted a unique ring which would have to be made from scratch, and once we had the blueprint of what she liked Barbara made a stunning design using CAD software which blew me away - and when the ring was ready it looked exactly like the renderings. Through and through the best possible outcome I could have imagined despite thinking I would hate this process!

We were overjoyed with the re-creation of my 38 year old engagement ring/wedding band that had been stolen two years ago. Using weddings pics and our memories of what it looked like, Barbara and staff helped us relive the memory of when my husband slipped it on my finger for the first time. They also were able to enhance my husband’s original wedding band by overlaying it into another wider band. The staff was very personal and very knowledgeable and spent lots of time with us. Barbara is amazing! My fiancee and I were handed down his grandmothers wedding set and wanted to use the materials to have a custom engagement ring made. I never cared much for wedding traditions and hate the pressure that is put on people to spend money on engagement rings. However, Barbara weighed up all of our scrap metal to use as a credit and we got the most perfect, beautiful ring I could have ever imagined, all while keeping well within our budget. She listened to all of my ideas and made them into a beautiful, practical piece. Barbara made a our experience easy and enjoyable, and I get compliments on my ring all the time. My husband wanted a unique band for his wedding band and we located one at Jewelry Art that he wanted to check out. We made the drive from Columbus and it was worth every ounce of gas! The ring was spectacular and we were able to work with the designer to add some special touches so that it was truly one of a kind! We worked out a payment plan that worked with our schedule so we had the ring in time for our wedding. He gets compliments on it ALL the time and we are more than happy to tell folks where we got it!

Giving five stars for staff. However we went today because website shows open Sunday noon-4pm but sign in store window says Closed on Sundays. This needs to be fixed.

Great service, great products

I recieved an engagement ring from Jewelry Arts and a month after I was given it I had a diamond fall out of my setting. I called them and they said it would be a same day fix. When I called to come in to have their mistake fixed for free since it’s been under a year they told me it would be a week to ten days and they would ship it back to me when it was done(we live 8 hours away now). They also were in a rush to get me off the phone and extremely rude. All the girl kept saying was “we’re busy now so call back later”. I now have to use my insurance to get it fixed. I would not recommend them ever. They have lost my business.
