Very clean and prices are reasonable. I truly enjoyed going to one particular persons line when they were working. This older lady Lola made my shopping a ton better. She was so nice and always treated me and my daughter on a grand scale.Now shes not there and neither am I.

This place used to be good, but its getting worse. The produce section is usually half full and the quality is poor. Meat section is hit or miss, with the fresh brats a highlight item. Service is still good, but they are short staffed a lot and wait times can vary greatly. Fingers crossed they get their stuff together soon.

It was great as always. Love the meat counter where I can pick the meat I want and not get what someone packaged for sale. Highly recommend.

I try to go here for the superior meat section but the reorganization and design of the store to remove the center walkway is a horror show. Instead of going from produce into canned vegetables and other meal bases you are now presented with a wall of sugar drinks and soda and then have to go around the end of each aisle to find what you want instead of walking through the center of the store and easily locating items.

I dont think I could tell you why exactly, but I dont like the layout of the aisles in this store. It could just be because I dont go here as often as other stores in town? But thats just personal preference, its not really disruptive to my shopping or anything.Caribou Coffee inside is a nice touch for anyone getting an early jump on their grocery list. Checkout cashiers are always tremendously friendly, and if something isnt on sale at the other grocery stores in town its probably on sale here.

Nice size store, not too big or too small. Well stocked. Caribou coffee shop attached. Generally clean and well organized. Good prices and deals for frequent shoppers.

My favorite place for Groceries in Hudson. The meat counter, veggies, and cheese varieties make the cut. 4 stars because the deli help tends to be a bit on the slow side. Sometimes great, sometimes not so much. All in all, a great grocery store!

Havent been here in a while because the checkout lines take too long and they are always hitting you up for money for a variety of reasons, boosters, charities, private groups, schools, newspaper sales etc. today I walked in and the whole store smelled like an expired milk carton. Gross. I didnt feel like buying food after that so I left. I love the meat counter and produce but now the competition (County Market) has those things too, plus self check out.

This grocery story supports the community of Hudson BIG TIME and I support it. I still go to Aldi periodically as well but guess what Aldi gives back to the community? Zilch. And thats a big deal folks. And Family Fresh had an excellent deli and meat market that keeps me coming back.

I like shopping there I can get in and out quick easy to find things ( once I got use to the rearranged isles ) one thing I dont like is the modern music is ANNOYING some times it is really loud and I cant wait to get out of the store .The out her thing some times there are products that I like then they are gone I have spoken to employees and some things have come back. I am a Life Time resident of Hudson and buy 90- 95 %of my grocery there .Thank you to the store and the employees are frendly and helpful .

Unlike Walmart, the convenience of not being so rushed and crowded made it a pleasant shopping experience, expecially since I have a nine month old child. Also the cleanliness is amazing, which gives you a satisfactory feeling your buying safe food, in a safe environment. I would defently shop here again.

Great place to shop. Prices are very fair, parking is a breeze, specials/sales are phenomenal, customer service, however, is mediocre. Nonetheless I recommend shopping there and give it a +4 out of 5.

Family Fresh is a competitive grocery. I noticed for the first time, that there is two handicap parking spots right front of the standard entrance -- only one spot had a cart stand. All other handicap parking spots were far from the entrance. Not Good!

Clean store with full shelves, parking is much easier than the other supermarket on the other side of the highway.

Some of their prices are too high for the same quality of food you can get it cheaper at Walmart and Aldi, some of the prices are just too high

Ok so I like alot of things here but theres usually only 1 or 2 registers open so lines are ridiculously long & their cashiers are usually old & slow (No offense) but their just not driven, otherwise I love their fresh produce & meats & clearance. However their hot & ready deli really sucks the staff that works this area doesnt keep the cases full & God forbid if they have to cook something fresh they really make you feel like your an inconvenience in this area.

Clean and beautiful with a good health food section, but I was frustrated that on a couple different occasions I could not find really basic things like fresh mint or dried shiitakes. I appreciated though that the butcher took the skin off the back of a salmon fillet for me, that would be tough to do at home.

Great looking displays...love the fresh deli soups and salads. This morning picked up just darling Christmas doughnuts for my grandkids...nice to have local care.

I do most of my grocery shopping here. The meat is kind of expensive but they do have very fresh fish at their meat counter.

Might want to have a talk with your manager Chad and the disrespectful way he talks to customers. Really sad considering most people there are extremely nice. To have such a foul mouthed jerk represent your store is pathetic. His condescending tone and the way he treated my husband was disgusting.

My daughter is vegan and she was able to find a great selection of food reasonably priced.

Went here to get green beans to pickle, they didnt have enough on display for my needs, so the sales clerk promptly went in the back and brought out a whole crate of fresh beans! Super helpful and friendly!
