Great place! Friendly service! Been going here for my needs for last two years and wont go anywhere else.

Great selection however some of the employees are not great. The guy with the brown shaggy hair is constantly on his phone or playing on some sort of gaming system every time I come in. I’ve never witnessed him help anyone when there are customers in the store. The blonde manager is never helpful either, and seems too glued to her phone to help anyone. I definitely will not be returning and I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere. 👍🏻

I bought this brand new I was told that the reloadable ones are exchangeable or a refundable or repairable the only ones they only return and give you 20% off are the preloaded ones Mara was completely rude oh I guess I can only come in on Tuesday or Saturday when one of the owners are there however I would never trust them once again they’re making money hand over fist and they won’t even help you with a product when it just needs to be looked at

We always have a good visit at this shop, especially after the remodel. Staff is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the amount of product that is offered is awesome. I personally love all of the options for CBD products the most, and my fiancé loves the new cigar selection! 10/10 would recommend this store, but I can only give 5 stars. 😂✌🏻💜

Great people and theyve remodeled since the Covid-19 lock down. Added a humidor for cigars and really polished it up. Looks great.

My friends and I got there just before close, the 2 beautiful gals that were working were extremely nice and knew what they were talking about with the pieces and pretty much everything else in the shop. Just like the other locations Ive been to, good selection of almost all products that they carry. I would definitely stop there again if I was around that area and needed something!

I found this place a while back, as I take my kid to the game store next door, almost weekly.I was amazed by their e-cig and e-liquid selection. I am trying to quit smoking and I thought I would give the e-stuff a try. The staff was well schooled on the products and answered all my questions. I even got to sample a lot of types of liquid before buying them.I would recommend going here before anywhere else in Hudson and sure beats buying one at a gas station like I was going to.

Hideaway is the best vape shop in Hudson. They have some knowledgeable staff. Prices are ok, you can find cheaper, but again convenience has a price.

Warning!!! This place is very shady!!!! They put prices up then change them on you and tell you that was an old price! I plan on reporting them to the city and attorney general for false advertising! This place is a joke. They sold me a stone pipe (since they dont have glass like every other head shop in the world does) and after wondering why it barely worked at all I realized thats because its a cigarette holder! there was a sign right by them that said they are stone pipes for 9.99 and a staff member actually told me how much it would hold. . False advertising and the staff was very unfriendly. Horrible experience.

I just wish they could sell glass products, but its against city ordinance. Great selection otherwise.

Bought a vape pen the sales person recommended, it broke due to defect 3 days later. Since i did not have the packaging the manager said they wont replace it. Dont bother with Hideaway. Buy online or elsewhere.

Tried 3 different ecigs, over a few month period.. blues, enjoys and fin. They all were gross and threw them all away. Needed a lighter one day and ran into the hideaway. Looked around their VERY CLEAN pleasant shop. Staff was very nice and let me trie all of their ejuices. The girl took her time with me and made me feel Very welcomed. Im now down to a couple analog, (real) cigs a day. Been into the shop three times now and they are always great. Also great Prices on their stuff. Ive been to the other smoke shops in the area. They are not very sanitary, unorganized and not as welcoming. THE HIDEAWAY wins my vote for best smoke shop in the area!!
