The manager, a young lady, made the entire process of setting up and securing a storage unit, easy and quick. Beforehand though, she gave explicit information on the administration process, the actual units, prices, in a very professional and warm delivery. I appreciated that so much as I feel that good customer service is missing now a days. She showed exceptional customer service, and I teach communication at a college. Thank you so much!

Clay and his team were amazing! Two times we used them to move out of Boston to Hudson and then another in-town move. Clay and his team always show up happy and ready to do the job. They are super-fast, take on challenging furniture with ease, and waste no time. They are careful with fragile boxes and furniture. In the three part shuffle we needed for our move, nothing was broken! They always go above and beyond not only taking everything out of my apartment, but also volunteering to help remove the mounds of cardboard for recycling. They were a pleasure to work with. The prices for moving and storage were very reasonable. Great value for a superior service!Kent was also a great resource. Our moving schedule was pretty complex and Kent worked with us to make sure we found a time that worked for us. Thank you Amazing Movers and Storage Plus!

Ive had a storage space there more than 10 years. at least twice, ive lost my bank card, and when they give you a new one, the number changes. So my automatic payments didnt go through, and i didnt realize it. Both times, the manager went way beyond the call of duty to get a message to me so i could fix it, rather than just locking my space up and selling my things.The hours arent the best, and the place does get quite humid in the summer, but the people are so nice they make up for it.

Ive stored a car here for many years. Theyre always great to work with and just got off a call with them because I was late on a payment (for the first and only time) and they had zero problems waiving the late fee. Thank you!

A hot mess, They quoted me wrong for my deposit & when i called between business hours they wouldnt answer the phone. I will never ever rent from them again. They are a sorry rink e dink place whos greedy for money because they dont have many customers...This place is destituted!

When we moved over the summer and had booked a truck a few weeks in advance, to get a email to say we can pick it up in Shrewsbury, the day before because all the trucks were gone and no one answered the phones or emails.
