Every time I come to this location to get an oil change, I have to wait 15-20 minutes or longer for someone to even wait on me or even acknowledge my presence. And I’m here within minutes of the doors opening. So far I’ve been here approx 23 minutes and still have not been waited on. There are 3 customers here including myself and only 1 has been waited on.
The former MGMT and staff were lets say incompetent. Maria the new manager has this location under control and they are getting the work done faster than ever.

Great customer service!!! Customer service in store and over the phone couldnt and wouldnt solve my problem. But the Manger in Auto care did. My problem was solve in less than 30 minutes. Thank you all again

Well everything was going very Walmart Well until I had the luxury of speaking with the Automotive Department Manager in Hueytown, AL.... Realizing that it was 7 a.m. with workers just now arriving, my question was a very simple one pertaining to batteries and where they would be located in HER specific area (the part of the automotive department that is closed off at night includes tire inventory, battery inventory, and the front greeting desk, so, like I said, my question was a very simple one, or so I thought). The rest of the interaction is blurry because you would have thought that I just asked her to rebuild my engine, starting right now, using all of her workers, and it must be done for free!!......LOL!! I mean, I really was torn between anger at the attempt to humiliate me with her condescending tone vs pity because I was destroying her work day with my battery question.
Bought new tires, that was great. However I learn three weeks later that they stripped two of my studs on my wheels, however they did payto have them replaced. SO BEWARE OF THEM TIGHTENING YOUR LUGS TOO TIGHT OR NOT PUTTING THE LUGS ON WITH THEIR FINGERS FIRST. No I dont recommend this car care center.
Didnt have any work done. Wait time is horrible and you cant schedule appointments for oil change and hour minimum and thats coming at 7 am. As I waited before I left a gentleman was upset because he came in for an oil change and when they finish his oil pressure light was on as well as service engine light came on. It may have just been a fluke or that one person, but after I heard this I left and went to somewhere else. Although Walmart prices are very good especially for semi and full synthetic oil changes I could not risk having something not done correct or stripped bolts or screws. They may do good work, idk but I couldnt wait 2 hours for an oil change or have any lights come on in my car. Great prices though!
Went in at 7:00 am to have my free tire rotation done since I purchased the tires from there. The lady couldnt get on the computer to sign on until 25 minutes later because issues with the time clock. The counter lady was not only late but very rude. She eventually wrote my ticket up for rotation and maybe a patch in the front right tire. Asked her to hold up and let me see what the price of two new tires would be instead of patching the tire. She told me she had already written the ticket up for rotation and patch and couldnt change it. Now I know that any ticket can be voided and rewritten. Got with the manager on duty and told her that I will take my business elsewhere due to their incompetence.
Got tires put on wait time was good. But employees dont with each other when one get off and you are there then other one come on they dont even know whats going on because the other employee didnt tell the other employee thats the only thing I dislike about Walmart auto center.
It was slow. There was no one at the counter to offer assistance. I am to select my own part and take it to the front for self check out. The service there has gotten worse over the past few months. I wish they would get it together.

Very poor customer service. Dropped car off for service at about 12 noon and was supposed to get a call back when done. I tried to call them for 2.5 hours to check and no one would answer the phone. Finally reached someone around 3:30 and they said oh your car is ready but needless to say no one ever called. After making payment I realized that on the receipt showed time job completed was about 1:50pm. Lesson learned... you get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always better😐 Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Went to buy 2 tires...there was only 2 employees working on cars..told my wait would be 2 hrs..😰.i left...because i have the warranty thing with my other 2 tires purchased extra with my other new walmart tires..well i caught a flat. Soo i took the tire back for the free repair..☺what a mistake.😒 Should have paid for repair elsewhere..i waited about 3 hrs or maybe a lil more to get it repaired 1 tire 1 tire 😞😞omg...i had very good service at walmart in trussville but 2 bad incidences at this one so back to TRUSSVILLE WALMART😀

Customer service at this store is horrible. I am going to start taking the extra 10 minutes to drive to the next one. Never had so many problems at a single Wal-Mart, and the feel of the entire management staff from CSM up is of absolute disregard for customers: no time for them, thry have other work to do.

Walmart auto care is always taking care of all my vehicles such as oil changes and simple things is changing light bulbs and also Autotire selections and not only that but remember they have road hazard for your tires just in case if you travel a lot if you buy tires from Walmart with a road hazard if youre out of town you can always get your tire fixed or replaced special thanks to Walmart for doing that
