I cant say enough good things about this dealership. I went there to look at 1 vehicle and ended up purchasing different one. Right after the sale I had an issue with the new tires they put on the truck. Not only did they change them for me once they changed them a second time when I didnt like the second set they put on. So not only did they fix the issue (small issue) until I was happy with it they came to me so I didnt have to miss any time away from work (45 min away). All that being said, my wife and I liked them so much we ended up buying the first car we went to look at as well. Top notch place that goes above and beyond even after the sale. Highly recommend. We both LOVE our vehicles and when the time comes for my daughter to get her first car (1 year away) we will be back. .

WOW, What an awesome car buying experience !City Auto Sales of Hueytown impressed me with the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had !I previously had sold my car, and was looking for The Right Car. I spent a lot of time on the on-line auto sites, and I found The One at City Auto of Hueytown. I called and talked with Donnie on the phone. He was very helpful, I explained that I was looking for a really clean car, he assured me the car I was interested in was very nice, and he felt I would not be disappointed. He provided a clean carfax report, that showed the car only had two owners, and lots of service records, nothing bad . I told him I would make the trip from Atlanta to look at the car. I rented a car, and drove from Atlanta (2.5 hour drive). When I arrived, the car was freshly washed, Donnie had it parked out front where I could look it over good. We took it for a test drive, and when we returned, I looked at every nook and crannie.on this car. The car was very nice. ( I have 20+ years experience writing Auto Body Repair estimates, I know what I am looking at)Donnie, Ken the owner and myself worked out a great deal. EVERYONE there was VERY SINCERE, and HELPFUL !. They went way above and beyond to make this work for me, I got a great car at a great price ! I found a truck on carguru.com at this lot. And inquired about it to the sales manager on a Saturday. Well Monday morning about 10:00am I got an email from him saying thanks for the inquiry if I had questions about the truck to call or come by. Well I got in car and drove all the way there about an hr and ten minutes. I had the cash to buy the truck outright. But when I got there. A salesman told me they sold the truck Saturday. Classic bait and switch tactic a car salesman favorite tool. But I was looking for a specific truck not just any truck. Why send me an email saying you still have the truck when you dont. Desperate I guess. DO NOT SHOP WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE 💯

I had the pleasure of dealing with Donnie and Keith and let me just say they are both AMAZING and made purchasing a vehicle so easy!! I arrived at the dealership about 430pm and they close at 6pm. I went to test drive a 2012 Acura TL and when I got in to crank it the battery light was on. After getting the financing options down I voiced my concerns about the battery warning light being on and the key fob was a little loose. Keith asked one of the ladies that works there to please take the car down the street to have the battery checked. Turns out the car needed a new battery and City Auto sales had the battery replaced right then!! I am going back today for the key to be replaced. If you are looking for a car or truck DONT go here the sales man was sweet but they didnt do what they said they would do the truck has no heat and we now have to pay for a truck that my husband cant drive thought we was getting a great deal and we was so wrong!! Dont go here go somewhere else and get a car or truck that you need!!!!!!

They basically gave me a car that only worked for less than 3 months. I had to take it to a shop and the mechanic told me that I needed a new motor and it was going to cost me $6200. But I had a warranty but due to the fact the car was over 100,00 miles,the warranty was no good and I couldnt get it fixed. Its sad because Im still paying on the car and the car was already over 100,00 miles when I got it.

Allen helped us out and right before closing time. This was a cheaper, older car (they have a lot of nice cars on the lot, we just need something cheap to get us through a year or two) and he still took his time even though he had to stay after closing time. I was concerned about reliability and he gave us a 90 day warranty to soothe our apprehensions with buying an older car. Not something you usually see. These guys are good. Thanks Allen!

Bought a jeep liberty. City auto had there mechanic check out the check engine light. Originally was told its the Cadyllaic converter. They offered to have it fixed. Came back after several days and said it was just a sensor. $3800 later it really was the converter. Buyer beware. Someone knew and got me a good one!
