Great people with great customer service
This Companies Service Techs are also sales reps. I work in facilities and have good working knowledge of how AC systems work. I was pretty sure our system was low on Freon and also pretty sure we would need a new A Coil in the inside unit. I let the Tech come out and trouble shoot and give me his assessment of what my system needed. The Tech came to the same conclusion. Low Freon and new A Coil. The Tech proceeds to up sell by telling me that just replacing the A Coil may have adverse affects on the compressor and that I would need to sign a statement saying I understand the risks. Then hits me with an estimate of $4000 to replace the A Coil (in a hall closet not the attic) and recharge the system. That is outrageous!
