Had some bad luck recently where a shipment has gotten lost (a rear sight for a 1911) but still an excellent place with excellent people. Prices are more than fair but keep in mind the owner does not like to stock low quality equipment. If thats really what youre after though, they are excellent at handling requests.

I have to give this place 5 stars. This place was awesome especially Ronnie, he provided the best customer service hands down. He fitted my wife and myself new set of golf clubs and was amazed on the performance we had on the greens.

Ronnie is a professional club fitter hands down 100%. He was on time for my appointment. I went in and listened to his instructions and every time he made club adjustments my numbers improved until he found the right combination. I look forward to the new set. Thank you Ronnie.

This is a GREAT place to buy firearms and golf equipment. Staff is very knowledgeable and Ronnie was very informative, giving expert advice and recommendations when it came to purchasing a firearm w/accessories. Customer service was top notch and the staff goes above & beyond to fulfill your needs. I will definitely be telling others about this place and of course I will be back again!

What a wonderful experience doing business with caring people at Dr. Golf & Guns! I had purchased 1911 (now my carry gun) and my first AR15. Ronnie and the team went above and beyond in service and to make sure I was completely satisfied. And let me tell you that I am very satisfied. I am now taking on building my own AR10, and Ronnie is helping me each step. I love doing business with local people who truly care and earn my business. I highly recommend this place!

First of all the customer service was outstanding! As a woman with my CHL I go to many gun shops and get belittled or talked to like I’m stupid because of the fact that I’m a woman! These guys were very nice, respectful, and beyond helpful helping me choose my next concealed carry gun. Definitely recommend them for all your gun needs! They have amazing deals and prices!

Went in for a putter and Ronny took time to look at my putting stroke and educate me on the differences between putters to give me a better understanding of which best suited my swing. Nice down to earth guy. I will definitely go back!

Im a picky person when it comes to my guns and these guys were able to help me get the exact Remington model 700 hunting rifle I been thinking about getting for a couple years, also ordered me the exact Leupold scope and mounts I wanted for the rifle too. They went the extra step to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I also told my father about this place he went to check it out and ended up getting them to build him a great looking ar chambered in 7.62x39mm.

Went in to get some clubs regripped. The salesman was friendly and extremely helpful. He went over a couple of options and in the end steered me towards a high quality and inexpensive grip. Did not try to push anything pricey and we all know how expensive this game can be. Also, had my kids with me, and he was very good with them. My 6 year old of course wanted to get in the putting green. I said no because the putters a high dollar and I did not want him to damage any of them. The salesman offer him I kid size putter for him use. That went a long way with me. I have been in some places that just out right say no kids on the putting green. Would recommend this place. And will do business with them again.

So apparently these guys have a gun shop now, and wow just wow, the guy running it looks pretty cool but when he talks you know he knows nothing about guns at all. He had a Long range Shot gun with a 10x scope on it. Man listening to him talk made me realize they give FFL’s to just anyone.

Went to the grand opening of the golf and gun shop lol. But all jokes aside Taylor was very helpful and knowledgeable I broke the bank that day in a good way. Went back recently with a friend from work and spent more. Also told some friends and will be coming back soon with the wife.....thank you Taylor

New owner... excellent experience. Great attitude, friendly, and knowledgeable. Went to have clubs reshafted and ended up getting professionally fitted. Glad to finally have an excellent golf store in Humble.

Went in a few week or so ago cause I saw the sign driving by and ended up finding 2 of my favorite things in 1 place golf and guns! Didnt start off so great as I started talking to the big guy behind the gun counter. I asked a few questions and he seemed excited about being there but to say he didnt know much other than what he liked and had is an understatement. Luckily a long haired dude came over and things turned around. Not only was he ultra professional but very knowledgeable on both the guns and golf (which we talked about at the very end). He gave me some solid advice on a new scope for my 270 and some things to look for and consider when researching me new AR build. All in all I ended up leaving with the information I need and will definitely be back to get my AR started with him.

Taylor was very knowledgeable about firearms and walked me through the benefits of different calibers as well as what ammo to get.

Worst customer service experience ive ever seen....sat behind counter never saying two words to me...never tried to offer anything or sell anything . It was quiet and awkward as a salesman I can tell you it was a moment that should be corrected and trained on......just sad ...i wont be back.

Im sure this is a good store but I rarely find the salespeople here to be friendly unless Im buying something or am showing interest in a high priced item. Kinda wish there was another golf store in Humble.

Just went there yesterday and was completely impressed with service. The gentleman working there was very informative and knowledgeable.

I routinely send as many people as possible to see Ronnie and Jeff. They are the absolute epitome of customer service. Just one of many instances of the kind of first class guys your dealing with was when on the 15 hole one of my playing partners received a call from his company informing him that he was booked on an earlier flight and was need in Denver that day for an urgent matter. Although when he arrived in town he had purchased a new set of clubs at another store, he had intended on looking around for a travel case later before he left the next day. He had just enough time to get back to his hotel pack and head straight to the airport. While calling him a cab he realized that he had no way of getting his clubs back with him that seemed feasible at the moment. It was 10 min after 5 and on a Sunday. Having known Ronnie for some time and having his cell number( which is on every business card by the way) I decided to see if there was anything that he could do for him. I knew that his shop wasnt open and he might not be able to answer, but on the second ring he did. I explained the situation and that the only time my friend could stop was on his way back to the hotel from the course which would be in 20 25 minutes or so. Without hesitation he said he had just left the shop and was turning into his neighborhood (20 min away) but he could be back there in 15 to meet him. When my friend pulled up Ronnie was holding the door open and already had a couple of travel cases he thought would work out of the box on the counter for him to choose from. The whole thing took less than 7 min and my buddy was back in the cab on his way to the hotel. He caught his flight with only about 30 min to spare. And to top it all off he threw in a free bag tag for my buddy who he had never met. That is only one of the several times I know of that the staff have gone above and beyond forme or someone I sent to them. And I am only one customer. In the age of instant gratification and the internet the only way a small brick and morter shop like this will survive is to treat customers just the way they do. Whether its a regrip in 10 min, a little extra time making sure you leave with the right set of clubs for you or just letting you know what the best set is for your game even if you choose not to purchase from them( regularly 10% less than big box stores) I highly recommend that you help keep this place around by shopping small and stopping in to see what Im talking about. State of the art fitting equipment and the ability to perform ANY repair or custom job, if they cant do it, it cant or shouldnt be done. If you walk out satisfied with your experience please be sure to tell a friend or even a stranger. Places like this are getting harder and harder to find.

1 star review 100% based on the fact that I’ve gone by twice during the posted business hours, and both times the doors were locked. Maybe the hours are wrong? Maybe it’s by appointment only? Will update if I’m ever able to go by when they want to be open.
