Call me old, but prismacolors used to come in a Tin plated can that would have super great packaging and make you feel like you’re buying a “worth it” decision but then to realize that things have changed, Michael’s has changed.. for the good of the store or of the customer is the question? I vote for the good of the customer at the cost of his own leniency against the presumed quality of which the same product bought years prior is now in a plastic container with anti steal guards; mockingly almost humiliate both the guilty and the passionate. (Cause peeps be stealing and what not)Anyway that’s not why I went there I was wanting to paint on some canvases.. as such that experience was great at least the painting experience was..Also the 8$ acrylic and water color set are my new favorite. Hey im just sayin..!

Store workers really seemed pressed when I asked them for location/direction. Walked in and asked the 1st register where the yarn was, she huffed and quickly said that way with a swift hand movement. This is a big store, saying that way and waving your hand in a vague direction isnt good enough. A simple isle number or 2nd to last row wouldve been more helpful.

Everything I wanted and needed easily found. Plus my cashier was kind enough to pull up the coupon on her phone because I accidentally deleted mine. So unexpectedly kind.

I could not find the frame that I needed, the clerk was so helpful in finding what would work as we discovered my picture that was ordered as 11 x 14 actually came in as 11 x 15 so it would not fit a regular frame. She was helpful in helping us find a solution as this was a mothers day gift and of course I waited til the last minute. I appreciated the assistance!

I went to pick up a curbside order today and it went great. The online ordering is very easy to navigate. Also I really like that they are offering curbside with actual curbside parking spots making it very easy to pick up the orders. I went last week to a different Michaels on (Bunker Hill & I-10) and it was a bad curbside experience. They dont have a designated curbside parking area so they have customers line up in front of the store making it very hard for other vehicles to go through the shopping center causing them to honk at the curbside customers to move out the way. That was very uncomfortable. BUT this time was a very pleasant experience at this Michaels in Humble on FM1960. Thank You to Michaels in Humble for attending to all your customers specific needs. You get and A+ from me!! I wish the other Michaels would follow your example.

Had several subpar experiences here, just a cold vibe at this location overall. Rude employees, that look upset at being there. They treat you like you are dumb for asking for assistance, or for simply showing a coupon.

We traveled from Porter Texas to Michaels in Humble Texas looking for stencils for my husbands wood working business and all they had was stick on stencils and nothing else we were very disappointed! We have been to other craft stores and they have the very same thing! We are making Military and Veterans sine to donate and cant seem to find what we need at these stores! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the stop. I was able to ask for assistance, purchase my item in all of 10 mins. Love this store.

Doesnt really have a big selection of items. When asking if for assistance theirs noone to be found. The cashier was lovely but was very slow 🦥 took her 20 mins for 4 items.

This last visit was disappointing. Had called to confirm they had an item in store, lady said they did. I drove all the way out there and the item was not available- not even a place on shelf for the item. As one person was helping me diligently search, another worker came up holding a completely seperate conversation, as if I wasnt even there. So rude. She had to tell her that they would talk abt that later because she was trying to help me.

They didnt have many workers to ask for help. The store wasnt stocked enough but I found a diamond in the rough. A beautiful cork board design. I think there was only one more left

I love Michaels period! This particular location because Im used to the layout. They always have what I need and great deals available to help artists get material at lower costs to make bigger profit at sale with collectors.

Michaels has been My Go To for My craft needs but, lately, since the latest epidemic, they have been pretty low on stock of My craft and business needs. I still have an affinity for Michaels though. I have hope that their stock will build back up.

I Came In Search of finding everything I need to create a black knight fortnite costume for a party we have tomorrow and I have an entertainment company and this was last minute because Amazon prime nor Walmart nor any of the other 10 Halloween costume stores could deliver a costume within a tenday frame . Customer service was fair not really as out going as Im use to experiencing at Michaels.

Ive been in this store 3 times just to browse or pick up a couple of items and Ive walked out everyone due to the insane line. Also in noticing the craft items are dwindling and the home decor items are taking up more of the store. Thought this was a craft store guess its changing.

There is stuff. Craft stuff. Stuff on sale. Lots of craft stuff. So much craft stuff. Like, you can buy crafting supplies and stuff.

I can never walk out of this place spending less than $100.00 ♀‍🤦🏼...thank goodness for their rewards program and coupons lol. I love Michaels...I just wish they would carry a more variety of glitters.

I found what I was looking for, namely yarn on sale & quite a bit more! Went in looking to spend less than $50 & spent $150! Employees friendly & efficient. Sadly, Michaels doesnt provide a scooter for disabled customers. This is one thing that keeps me from going there to shop more often.

I absolutely love micheals. I like to decorate my house and the fact that they have a system that keeps up with your receipts is awesome. I lose paper receipts all the time. I also like the fact that they always have coupons online very convenient and awesome are check out. O would recommend this Michaels anyday of the week

Theyve pretty much everything you need. Love the costume jewelry department. You can find what you need to repair your favorite earrings, necklace, or even create your very own.
