I had a bad car battery recently. The dealership was able to quickly get me before they closed. The service department luckily had the correct battery in stock for my car. So to say the least, I have a new car battery. My car is still running great.Thanks
Do not service your vehicle here.First, I apparently purchased a service package that was already included by Hyundai. I tried to dismiss it cause I should have paid more attention... but still its unethical.Next, something as simple as an oil change... I make an appointment, go in today and get out in less than a hour... This is great cause I have a million things to do... fast forward 3 hours and my husband calls me saying there is oil in the driveway. The Hyundai is leaking oil... So I track the car to the football game where my daughter has just arrived to in the car and bring it home. He goes under the car to find a loose bolt and then drains the oil, cause the oil that is leaking is dirty. Peculiar for a car that has just had an oil change hours ago. See for yourself... I have never had a full synthetic oil changed with black oil. Did they run out of oil at Humble Hyundai, time, technicians... or are they in the business of replacing motors.
Richard in the service department was very helpful and walked me through the step by step process for a recall-warranty that was issue on my vehicle. This was actually my second time having service at this location and I have no complaints.

Worst experience ever.. Your sales team need more training in terms of how to deal with customers. Let your customer know if you dont have any available unit over the phone instead of asking them to drive to your dealership and ask a lot of documents and just to tell us after two hours (Despite of asking the agent if theres an available unit every five minutes) that you dont have the unit in your dealership. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle .I started typing out all the things that went wrong and realized this review would have been a novel.You wouldn’t think buying a new car would be difficult.., trust me, they find a way.I wouldn’t recommend anyone shop at this dealership. It was one of most unprofessional and aggravating experiences of my life.
Im always comfortable at this dealership service department. They are cordial and professional. The service was performed in a timely manner and was quite satisfactory. I also got a ride to and from the mall :).

Sales Dept: I had the one of the worst and most humiliating experience talking to a guy in the sales department yesterday. I was inquiring about a specific model and trim and the way the guy treated me was extremely condescending. He was trying to teach me the basics of supply and demand. Dude - I have a double masters in that area and work professionally. So, first of all get off the high horse and dont talk down on people. Second, do not turn your voice from friendly to hostile in a min, just because I dont want to pay 12 grand over sticker - like most sane people dont. Just because of a short term supply crunch youre trying to squeeze money out of your clientele is not going to make you and your dealership successful in the long run. Play the long game and be a better human! - especially if youre in the business of selling! - Thats your sales 101

I came in for an oil change and complimentary multipoint inspection. I have always used Hyundai for service since at least initially independent dealers were not familiar with Hyundai vehicles. Whenever there is a recall for my vehicle, the dealership takes care of the repair when I am in for an oil change. This location is very convenient for me.

It’s my fourth trip back to the after sales service center after we bought the brand new Palisade. The tire pressure monitor sign came on the third day we got the car. Then it came back again and again after every trip back to the service center. I’m not sure how bad the problem is or how experienced the after sales engineers are, anyway, it’s a huge disappointment.
Awful customer service, manager for service department hung up in my face. I was told I could contact another location, contacted dealership for recall of break lights defect that left my car immobile. He stated I was responsible for tow because of year of vehicle. Yet the recall is the very reason for my car being immobile. Called back after he hung up in my face and his line went straight to voice-mail. Very poor service skills.
Bought a car from this dealer ship on 4/8/2021. I dealt with Heath Williamson(salesman) and Eric(finance). Told Heath exactly what I was looking for and wasted no time getting me to where I needed to be. They were absolutely amazing and were able to get me into what I want. I am not only happy with the service department but with my Hyundai Kona. Everything about is perfect for us. My husband is 64 and he loves it! He told me a number of times how comfortable it is and how excellent is the gas mileage. It is a perfect size! We drove from Houston to Jackson, Tennessee recently. We filled it with gas in Houston and stopped only one time to fill it up. What a great car.

I talked to Hyndai and was told my vehicle was still under the 8 year/80K mile warranty Called Hub Hyudai for the repair and was told they would need $150 to check to see if it might be under warranty. Called Chris at Humble Hyudai and he said sure its under warranty. We brought it in and the repair was done at no charge. Humble Hyudai knows what customer service is! Thank you Chris!

I was in a pretty bad crash recently. I did my new car research and knew exactly what I wanted. Called Humble Hyundai for an appointment. Chris Mason called me back in short order. I explained to him that I was waiting to find out the official state of my totaled vehicle and could not commit to buying immediately, but would like to see the 2021 Kona Night edition in person and he was quick to set an appointment that fit perfectly into my schedule. We met, it was perfect, I reiterated my need to wait and he was not in the least bit pushy. Several days pass, I text him to let him know Im still interested. He hadnt harassed me in the least and was just waiting patiently. I finally get the total out and call him immediately, made an appointment with my bank and planned to meet him immediately after. My bank had a pretty good deal and I carried the paperwork with me, but when I arrived Chris had worked up a seriously KILLER deal for me. I called the bank and cancelled their loan in favor of Hyundai financing. The Finance Officer (Im ashamed to say I do not recall his name) made the deal EVEN BETTER!I have NEVER experienced this kind of service from a dealership and when the time comes, I hope I can return to do business with them again. Ive recommended Humble Hyundai to several people since and will continue to do so. You cannot go wrong with this team. THANKS GUYS!!

I gave my old Santa Fe to a friend with over 175,000 miles on it. I purchased a new one with it being the third vehicle I’ve purchased from Humble Hyundai. They give great service, good prices, and don’t play games. I’ll be back when I need to buy our next vehicle.
The Service Representive was very helpful and took care of my GPS problems. I had an update on my GPS that I did not know about but he found the problem and updated it for me. Now Im able to use my GPS which I need to use a lot. He was the only one that listened to me.

Humble Hyundai is the best, they were the only dealership that was able to get me 2021 Hyundai Elantra with fair numbers and I love it the new car. Their customer service was outstanding.
We had an extremely unpleasant experience with the service center. We have a sonata which qualifies for the Theta class action settlement which gives us lifetime warranty for the engine. When we discovered engine issues with our car, the dealership refused to honor it and demanded us to pay over $6000. They then negotiated down to $3500 and booked us an appointment for the replacement. When we requested to cancel the appointment they demanded us to pay $450 cancellation fee which weve never been notified. They then offered to reduce that down to $225. After speaking to the Hyundai headquarter. None of this is acceptable. The replacement of our engine should be free. They just seem very shady and trying to get something out of you if they cant get more. We were hoping to have a trusted dealership that can have a long term relationship. They just completely broke our faith.

***Posting on multiple sites to reach as many buyers as possible*** The sales staff was helpful and the price very reasonable. That portion of the process went exactly as youd expect; Chris was great. The issues started in the finance office where a monthly payment was established with a warranty, but a $200 error on their part in regards to taxes led to a new substantially higher payment per month. Mike attempted to explain that away as being amortized over the term, and had the nerve to tell me to not speak to him that way while attempting to explain multiple times that the taxes couldnt possibly be the only change made to result in such a high increase. After further insistence, it was revealed that not only had he increased the finance amount by $200 but he also more than tripled the interest rate and attempted to casually pass that off with the tax change only. By applying some coupons and selecting the only lender offering that rate the rate suddenly dropped back to what it was before the tax change. Ive never seen someone so callously attempt to swindle a customer or a deal turn sour more quickly than this evening. After all this, we walked away with a great car at a great price at the reasonable finance rate we were originally offered; well just go elsewhere for any future needs. 2 stars.To the dealer: we all know finance is where you make your money these days; just be upfront about it.To future buyers: Write down every number quoted to you and hold them to it.To Mike: Dont think I didnt notice your small error at the end between the quoted payment and the final one on the sales sheet was actually in favor of the dealership; who has the energy to fight for $2/month after all that? Enjoy your $120 bucks extra.

Rude and unhelpful staff. returned over and over again with my car under warranty for them to refuse to fix it. I have never had a dealership call me and say your car is broken and we wont fix it. try calling corporate
I will never buy from humble hyundai again. I purchased a 2022 kona with 11 miles on it. I get almost home and the engine light comes on. I called the dealership to speak with my sales rep nothing I asked for the supervisor nothing. I drove there after work they scheduled a service appointment I took it in they claimed they fixed it. Drove it 5 miles and the light was back on. Calledand have been getting the run around. Im now in contact with hyundai cooperate. The purpose of getting a new vehicle is not to go through this trouble and the lack of help is the worst. Do not purchase from this dealership ever. They are horrible. I will be reporting them and possibly take legal actions!!!!!!!
March 22, 2021 Julian Sterling at Humble Hyundai was extremely helpful in us purchasing a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy. Julian learns his vehicles as it was obvious during our test drives in selecting one of two potential vehicles and their differences. Julian was very patient regarding my technical questions and if he did not know the answer, it did not take him long to research and provide an answer. Now some dealerships (salespersons) do not go out of the way to learn their products and bluff their potential customers with lies, etc. I am very savvy regarding vehicles and look for a salesperson that do not assume their potential customers is unknowledgeable regarding vehicles researched. Of course I do not let on how knowledgeable I am and let the salesperson show their knowledge or not. A good salesperson is one that learns their products before they attempt to make any sale and enables their customers to be satisfied after making a purchase and realize wow no complaints regarding the sell. I am always told that doing the service at the dealership is not worth the money paid. I never agreed because I like accountability so I have always taken my cars to the dealership. For the last two or three times, I have not been satisfied with Hyundai service. I do not notice any improvements on my car but I kept trusting the car was in good condition. This last time, I totally felt I was taken advantage of by the dealer. Not only I was way overcharged but my car was there for hours and 2/3 services promised were not completed. When asked about the invoice I got terrible responses trying to divert my attention from the fact that I was been overcharged. Basically the dealer was caught and could not get out of it talking.
Hyundai in Humble is a very good place to buy a vehicle. Professional personnel always eager to help you in all aspects. I would recommend friends and family to buy there. Keep up the good work.

Great from since I purchase the vehicle to servicing I have had no problems really . Although I called once and one of the tech advisers was very rude when I asked about a recall on the vehicle that I were charged for Its the door modules for the lock and the gas sending unit in the tank . I had to pay when it sunder warranty and a recall on the vehicle. I never got back because I am busy but will.. However the gentleman who deals with my vehicle now is very good and the young ladies who call to inform or schedule are very good.

Brought my 2017 Sonata in after it broke down due to oil light being on (I had just gotten the oil changed so I was thinking there may be a leak). Took them a week before they decided to replace the...fuel injectors... When I asked them if everything with the oil was okay, they said it was all good, and that there was no issue in that department. Since I don’t know much about cars, I trusted this, and made my scheduled trip to San Antonio later that day. Lo and behold, the oil light comes back on once I reach San Antonio. I drove the car down to World Car Hyundai North in San Antonio (Highly recommend if in the area). I left the car there over the weekend since service department was closed Sunday and I got there Saturday night, and it took no time at all to realize there was a major oil leakage in my car. It was fixed that very day, and I am now all good. Humble Hyundai’s service department seemed clueless and uncaring, as they must not have even looked for an oil leak in the first place even though that was my initial thought (the people in San Antonio were shocked at how this could be missed). I will most likely not be returning for service at this location.

Be careful... They wont deliver on promises after you leave the lot. If you dont give them perfect scores they wont give you the window tinting, The service shop will try to upsell you on services even though al routine maintenance is supposed to be included.

I have been hear a couple of times. The first time they didn’t plug up my oil service correctly and i was leaking oil but the next time the service was better but i didn’t receive the current services that i needed to be done till after i had left from the dealership. That needs to improve.
The staff at this store were very helpful and understanding of what I needed. I came in as a first-time buyer with a teachers budget, and walked away with a car that was even nicer than what I expected I would be able to get. I appreciated their transparency and helpfulness in the process and would definitely recommend them for other first-time buyers or anyone in general!
I would rather do my own oil change than go here again. 1) my car is now making a noise that it most definitely wasn’t making when I brought my car in and 2) my car now REEKS of oil. Not happy...

On November 20th, I walked into Humble Hyundai just to browse. I really had no intention of purchasing anything that day. I was greeted by the very friendly (and not at all pushy) Clarence. When he asked me what it was I was looking for that day, I relayed to him that I was in need of a new car, but didnt necessarily need the latest and greatest. He assured me that no matter what, I would walk out with a smile that day. And, boy, was he ever right!We discussed and looked at a few different models, including the bright blue car right there on the showroom floor. He suggested a test drive.And I kid you not, two minutes into that test drive, I was sold. It was everything I was looking for and more. Even though I was nervous, it became very clear to me that Clarence was very good at his job. He made me feel comfortable, while working quickly and efficiently and less than two hours later... I drove away with a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited! I could not be happier with my new car or with the excellent service that I received from Clarence and the team at Humble Hyundai! Our Salesman, John Coach Montgomery went out if his way to help us. We met when I came to look at the car for my boyfriend who was out of town. Now I dont know a thing about what to look for, etc. and Im pretty sure that was clear to him. Coach was straight forward, answered all my questions, gave me realistic expectations and was happy to help me figure things out. A few days later, I was happy to hear the guys made a deal they were both happy with. Ill be buying a car in six months or so and Im going back to Coach because he was genuine in all our dealings.
