I found what it was that I was looking for, for the most part HOWEVER was very disappointed that the staple gun they sold didnt have staples to match. I was still able to my project though &&the staff was very helpful. I also like the fact that they almost always have coupons when I go!!

Whether you are crafty and looking for supplies or just looking for gifts for crafty gifts to give, Joanns is a great place to shop. They always have really great sales. Christmas deco is 70% off before Christmas so you can get affordable items to decorate for the holidays. Fabrics, candles and most of the stock go on sale. Many items are greatly reduced at this time of year. The staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

I hanmdnt been in Joann Fabrics in years. Over 10 years. I was pleased to see so kuch stuff you can choose from. Almost a mini Habby Lobby but more emphasis on the fabrics. I will start going back here for my needs.

First time Ive been to joann fabrics with my wife and it was a pleasant experience. We came here to buy some material for our dining room chairs and the employees went above and beyond to help us out! I definitely recommend this place 100%. I wish I could remember their names but everyone in that place helped make this place have a great atmosphere. 5/5 Stars!

Ive been to different locations and everyone is usually so friendly and nice! But the staff at the deerbrook location are always extremely rude. Ive never had this issue at other locations and its really disappointing because this is the closest store to my home. Id rather drive the 40min to a different JOANN than go here again.

For the location, this is a pretty small Joanns. But I was still able to find what I was looking for and the ladies were nice!

Joann Fabrics, .. hmm they have lots of material. Wire selection of products too .. but the customer service was absolutely awful.Its really hard for me to give a bad review. But this one is well deserved, .. and earned.We went in to the store with full intentions of purchasing at least 12 yards of material. But they didnt have have any of the types of material with 12 yards available. We asked if they had more available .. they said if we didnt see it on the floor then they dont have it. ... Okay, . Well is there anymore at any other stores ..they said .. while standing in front of a bunch of computers .. I dont know .. then she called on the radio to another employee, .. and asked do we have anymore of xxxx material? We heard the other employee (not on the radio but walking through the store) said very nasty ... Tell them to get online and look it up.My wife replied .. WOW!! thats terrible customer service!! Shes right though .. we left our house, got in our car and drive about 15 minutes to JoAnn Fabric to be told .. basically you should have just stayed home and looked it up!Theres a reason why brick and mortar stores are having a hard time competing with the online orders ..When this happens to stores like JoAnn Fabrics . and these employees, .. customer service representatives will be out of a job.The end of the story is I bought 20 yards of material from Amazon.Sorry JoAnn Fabrics .. you missed out on a sale .. but more importantly I hope you who are reading this review, think about this review .. and I really hope the management reads it and has a talk with the staff.

Love love love.. I go to joann fabrics at least once a week. I love creating things and being artsy. The staff is always super helpful and they will help you find it even if it is not in the store. Parking is short walk. This is a smaller store still a good store I recommend it for all your needs.

Didnt find everything I was looking for but overall a good selection

I typically have a decent experience when I go in, however this time the lady in fabrics made me feel like a criminal. She asked if she could help me & I said no thank you, that I was just looking... she then rudely replied well, then what did you come in here for then? I replied inspiration, I suppose. Then, she told me that they didnt offer five-finger discounts!! I was appalled! I told her her how absolutely rude that was & asked to speak to her manager, I was given the runaround. She then removed her name tag and refused to tell me her name. It was beyond inappropriately rude. Wish I knew that older ladys name, she shouldnt work retail. What a way to represent JoAnns. Ill never go back!

Great fabric selection but staff make you feel uncomfortable. Not all of them but some are rude. I spent almost $200 but separated because I was buying fabric for my clients. The lady in the cutting table was nice but the cashier was like in a hurry I couldnt use my coupon. I always go to Weslayan location but the humble location is near me.

Great curbside service. This location is alot better and has better customer service. I reccomend this location.

Bernat loop yarn sign advertized said 11.99 sale for 7.99..then said buy 2 get 3rd free..People in front of me were given 40% discount for same amount of yarn like I had..manager told the lady I saved u 10.00..when it came to me she told me u saved a penny..Im very disappointed and upset.the customer before me said to me they will adjust the prize and give u the discount like..BUT NO THEY DIDNT..VERY WRONG

Let me begin this review saying that the store in Humble, Tx HAD BEEN my go to store for literally decades while I lived in Humble, I now live in WV. When I would come to visit family in the area I would stop in for my sewing needs.Today I did just that and was so disappointed in the stores HORRID customer service at this location. Never in all my life would I have thought that an entire staff could share such poor etiquette to their clientele, consideration or behavior. This store, has however, accomplished opening my eyes to new disrespect. Every employee I encountered was rude, harsh, moody, grumpy and down right nasty. This is the absolute LAST time I will EVER visit this store. The manager apparently condones this behavior because she mirrored it as well.There is simply no excuse for their behaviors and the attempt of laying blame on COVID-19, the shortage of employees, which there were PLENTY (of rude ones) or any other lame explanation is not worth the effort because the truth is, customer service has gone to hell and this store is just one more in a list of many who need a reminder of how their bills are paid, BY CUSTOMERS!

The store is ok but the yarn isle was bare. Check out was relatively fast especially since they only had 1 cashier. She was also very friendly.

Much improved from my visit last month. They have a lot more inventory, they actually had everything I needed. Last month they didnt have anything in stock I needed.

Great store, lots of options, staff was very nice and helpful. But only 4 stars because they dont have many boy theme fabrics (car, truck,etc.) Most was for younger boys or babys.

Busier than ever with pandemic in place but people were super nice and they always have a great sale!

Let me start by mentioning that Im a young male and was interested in starting upholstery. I walked into this location and was immediately greeted by the cashier. Surrounded by tons of fabric, I felt lost in a sea of fleece. I decided to check out some sewing machines where I took a liking to a Singer Heavy Duty unit. This time a cute young associate kindly explained the machine, needles, threads etc. She made me feel confident in my endeavor, therefore I took home a new Model 4452 and Ill be starting my newest hobby, sewing. Thanks to Joann Fabric, I felt ready to dive into a new challenge and I appreciate this locations attention to customers.

Good selection but the staff seems like they dont really want you in their store. I was shopping for an upholstery project and taking a while deciding on materials. Keep in mind I wasnt asking for assistance just going back and forth trying to make up my mind. One of the workers starts loudly talking to a co-worker, while looking at me, complaining about customers coming in and spending too long in the store.

The Joanns in Humble is horrible. They closed for a time I guess to upgrade the store but I see no real difference. I prefer the Woodland Joanns or Willowbrook Mall location. They have a great variety. In my opinion they should permanently close the Humble store.

I came because I was interested in a embroidery machine, and I called before going and was told I didn’t have to wait in line for a machine only for fabric. The lady at the front was rude and didn’t even bother to help. Just straight told me it was 900$ like if I’m not able to afford it. Very disappointed will not be going back.

I am lucky to live close to a JOANN store! I recently picked up sewing and am happy with the selection and sales at this store. This location is full of knowledgeable employees and the locals are friendly. I do have to say that the checkout line always takes forever. I end up checking out at the same time as others but never have I seen them request for “back up” at the front end. However this will not stop me from getting those deals!

The Christmas sale was amazing, a crafters dream..

As soon as we walked in we were greeted. We asked a question to the greeter. She informed us were to go. When we got to that area there was a sales person there to help. We found what we needed and more. We looked through the whole store. Loved it. Thanks for the advice for Joann Fabric app.

My wife asked me to get something she needed to repair a dress. I asked a lady and she helped me and I was on my way in no time. So even if you dont sew or do crafts you can shop here or send your husband to shop for you!

They have everything you need for craft work and good people to help you find what you need.

This Joann location is the best. The staff sets it apart from the rest of the stores. It maybe because they seem to enjoy you coming into the store and shopping. We felt like an inconvenience at the Woodlands location. So we left.Glad your open. On our way!
