Needed balloons for two balloon drops, a balloon backdrop for pics and and forth of July esquire decorations to hand from the ceiling. Carrell helped me plan it all out to keep it affordable. I was very happy happy with what she helped me select. Everything came out beautifully. The balloons lasted a long time before they began to drop. This pic was taken on the 9th.

DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this party city. I bought a chocolate fountain 3 days ago and I ended up not using it so I came to return it. The lady at the register opened it and said that it was used. I never even opened the box myself. I was basically sold a used item. That is disgusting! I didn’t even get a refund.

Amazing selection, the staff was super helpful. I like that fact they are now doing balloon deliveries within a 15 mile radius and they infate the mylar balloon for free! The manager on duty was super helpful with picking out piñatas and decorations for my kiddos birthday 🎂

Its the best place to get whatever you may need for a party. However it never fails there is always something I need in a theme that isnt carried or out of stock. You had the spiderman plates, napkins, balloons, hats, party favors, banners, but sold out of the table clothes.

The manager of this party city racially profiled my sister. We ordered an arrangement that she paid for. While she was helping me order my extra balloons he asked her if she bought the arrangement she was holding or if she just grabbed someone else’s arrangement when she paid for it two seconds before the question was asked. Never coming back!!!

Needed some things for a bachelorette party and found more than we needed and all for less than our party budget. Will be returning for the bridal shower items we need.

They had lots of variety of birthday party supplies. The employees here were nice and they greeted us and had positive attitudes.

Customer service was top notch. Way better than I expected. There is someone at the costumes and she tells the back which one you want and what size, then its waiting for you at the back, just follow the monster feet stickers on the floor.Checkout was also quick and friendly.After waiting till the last minute to get three kids costumes, the experience was optimal!

The experience was pleasurable!Ms. Shevona assisted with my inflatable balloons; 16. Its a little pricey but the quality of the material is truly worth it.

Cashier was super friendly and was having a conversation with my little boy about Pokemon cards. He made my sons day!

Placed a balloon order for pick up. It was not ready until 30-45 minutes later. After speaking with the manager, I was told “It’s not my fault, I was the only one working. You should have placed the order for earlier if you wanted it ready.”Horrible customer service. I won’t be using this location again.

Listen .... this store has the best team members ever !!!! I totally drop the ball and tried to carry out my balloons and one twisted mess later I came in and they saved the day ! Smiles and all . I appreciate all their effort and hard work!

DEFLATED BALLOONS THE VERY NEXT DAY ! I was not told they would last 6 hours ! Why would I spend all this money for My Moms birthday only for them to deflate the next morning. I will not be returning.

Came in today for a set of balloons and watched Debra “the general manager” per her shirt tag handle customers in the most rude way. The way she responded to customers questions was beyond me. Coming from a business owner, you all need to have a little more respect for customers who are supporting your business. ESPECIALLY UPPER MANAGEMENT. The only reason I gave two stars is because the other ladies, sharell and Annie were very sweet and accommodating. If everyone weren’t to have had shirt tags on, It definitely would’ve been hard to tell who was “management”.

Always a fun place to go into. Would be nice if they added a touchscreen computer so you could check other Party City stores for things or order items out of stock... But otherwise its pretty much the one stop shop for all your party needs!

They held some items for us until I got to the store and the were very helpful with our tax ID info. I cannot explain enough how awesome they were for finding, holding and helping us out. Definitely an awesome experience.

Yesterday I had a terrible experience, I ordered balloons online and went to pick them up and took them to my friends apt because they were a surprise then 3 hours later they were all deflated, it was not the surprise I was looking for I paid over $60 and was very disappointed this was a birthday surprise and it was ruined. I do not recommend you ordering balloons from here

Staffed by liars. I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. They said they did.When I arrived I found out they did not actually carry what I was looking for. I drove for half an hour to get this shop and am very upset. Will shop online before I shop at this chain again.

I dont buy much here but if they had a costume i want, they got it. Its no high costume like Boruto anime but if its simple, they got it. Bathrooms are clean and so are the aisles. Since I live in Beaumont, I call this my checkpoint for when Im getting close to the mall.

The fact that I could purchase Five Nights at Freddys (or slither.io for some weird reason) birthday decor if I wanted to, but NOT Curious George for my 4 year olds birthday was actually severely disappointing. Maybe the rating will change if they actually have what I need next time.

Party City is always fun to bring the wife to, dont get me wrong, but I really wish that they would have more costumes better masks may be bondage rope!?

Ive never had good customer service at this location. And today topped it off. There is one young sweet girl working at the front by herself (handling both the register and the balloon counter) while people are waiting in line. She had even said out loud Sir Ill be right with you! (To the guy that was in front of me) There are TWO other females putting items out not even bothering to come to the front to help her!! It took a customer in line to say Hey ladies...Can one of yall help up here? And the one that stopped what she was doing to go over there looked like she had an attitude. Totally unacceptable. And if you dont like your job, go find another one. But while you are working, customer service comes first .

I purchased two costumes before Halloween I asked the girl at the counter what is your return policy she told me you can bring the costumes back for a store credit so I purchased the costumes when I try to return them due to the weather they told me I couldn’t. So whoever their worker was lied to me and I will never ever buy anything from party city again . O and I ask could I speak to a manager and she told me no that they already had decided not to give me a store Credit..

Customer Service is very poor at this location. Order balloons with high float and paid more for the high float. Picked balloon up at 8:00 that night and the next morning they were all deflated. I waited in check out line for someone to help me for 5 minutes. When she came to help me I had a refund I was needing done (which she refunded me) but on top of that I had balloons I wanted to add and take off my future order and the lady checking me out told me I had to move over so she can check out everyone in back of me and make me WAIT.. (When I was there FIRST and had to wait for HER). Very poor customer service....CHECK your balloons people...

I wish I got his name, but the guy that helped me with my #8 balloon was polite, friendly, kind and understanding. Because of him I would go back to this store.

It took awhile to get assistance for balloons. Ordered 12 balloons to have the next morning at 7:30 for a senior display. I paid extra for hi floating. I got the balloons from Party City at 4:00 p.m. but by 8:00 pm the balloons were almost to the ground. Staff did not inform customers to take them out of the bag but should not deflate in four hours. I spoke to manager but the manager offered more excuses rather than help. Managers tone was unprofessional and unsympathetic.

The best for birthday decorations.

This was the worst Party City that Ive ever been inside of. I wanted singing balloons. I asked the sales representative. She states they dont have any. She didnt have good customer service skills at all. I found the ballons. I paid for several ballons and the helium was malfunctioning. It took about 15 minutes to make it work. I wont ever visit that store again.

It seemed very disorganized despite that they had friendly employees. But upon coming home just a moment ago, the cashier forgot to put the pair of vampire fangs into our bag even though we paid for them. We did not receive a receipt either, so we could not prove that we paid for them since we had over $140 worth of items. The worse is that we tried calling the store for an hour and no one would ever answer the phone. I will NEVER go back to that store again and I hope they one does either. They also do not tell you that you can not do any exchange or refund on what you buy until after halloween even if you bought it the same day. The moment you paid for it, you cant do anything about it. It is their unwritten gray area rule. Unacceptable in every way.
