This is the 2nd time I have purchased from Mattress Firm at this location and I’ll never go anywhere else. I needed a bed that day and they worked to research in stock items and presented them for my choice. Their store delivery was booked for the day so they assisted in getting me set up with a third party delivery service, which lacked in service, however not the fault of Mattress Firm.

I just came from 30 days trying out the Leesa Mattress. I was really pushing it out to 30 days to per recommendation. By Week 3, I was already looking up more mattresses online and reviews. Why? I had a friend that was so adamant that online mattresses were the best. They give you a 100 day trial, made of foam technology, blah blah. Well kids, don’t let the online mattress companies, any reviews, or your friends tell you about what your body needs – and this is exactly what Juan from this location told me. I knew from the beginning that I needed something soft despite what everyone and every online source was telling me. I am a strict side sleeper. I’ve always slept in fetal position since I was a young lad, and now I sleep in fetal position like an old lad. I’d crushed myself to a limp cardboard box texture if I have the America’s standard medium-firm mattress. Any who, he started off asking me exactly how I sleep and where my pain points are. He also went straight to asking for my budget. This of which, I appreciate right away because I don’t want to waste too much time on a multi – 1000 mattress that I might trade for a King later once I get a house. He then sent me some links for low, mid and high-end mattress. By then, I was led into my “feels” – I went to lay on them in the store, took my time and spread out with a bag of chips simulating a day in a life. I was in between two softest beds in the store and when I asked for dearest Juan for his opinion, he gave an honest answer referencing that I don’t plan to keep the bed for extensive amount of time but long enough that I need a quality bed. Boom, they arranged every single thing for me. The shipping of the mattress, the frame, the payment all remotely since I made my decision after taking some time out of the store to think about it. Bought the mattress mid Feb and it is indeed the best mattress Ive ever owned. I baby it with mattress cover and everything, omg.I’ve never had a really great impression mattress “salesmen”, car salesmen, papaya salesmen, etc. however I think this location (or perhaps it’s just Juan) that really made my experience customized and personable. At least, I felt that he listened to my needs and just wasn’t pushing whatever expensive mattress he had on me. Will recommend to my friends and family, I’m sure with their cranky attitudes they need a better mattress too.

The salesmen are great but when your beauty rest mattress side breaks down after 9 months you are out in the water with no paddle. Store refers you to website. Website does not respond. Phone number makes you listen to 5 minutes of recording choosing different options then refers you back to the website. Call beauty rest and the representative refers you to the website. So you purchase a mattress that last 9 months ?? Would not recommend Mattress Firm or Beauty Rest unless you can afford a new mattress every 9 months

Me and my wife were in the market to replace our bed. I arrived first and was given a warm greeting by Carl. A few mins later my wife arrived, and even though Carl had already started to talk about the levels of mattresses he was more than happy to start again so my wife would be on the same page. Carl was more than patient with us as we bounced all over the store test driving the different mattresses. One we settled on a mattress Carl explained the different purchase methods and then the delivery options in a clear and simple manner. Once we had made our purchase he worked with our schedule on getting our mattress delivered in accordance with our crazy schedule. Great job and thank you.

I urgently needed an adjustable bed for a newly diagnosed medical condition, so went directly to Mattress Firm Atascocita East since it is convenient to my residence. The Manager was courteous, informative and professional as I discussed the need for an adjustable bed that lifted my head/torso and had lumbar support. There was only one model that offered both, so thats the one I selected. With bed, adjustable mechanics and a premium mattress, the cost was approximately $3,000.Upon delivery the next day, I noticed the remote control was different than the one in the store, and it did not offer lumbar support. I called the store Manager while the delivery/installation team still was at my house. He informed me that the model I selected was out of stock but the one he sent was an upgrade, and he would not charge me extra for the delivered set. When I reminded him of my requirements (that we had discussed in detail), he reported the model I selected would be out of stock for two weeks, but he would send an installation team to exchange the adjustable mechanics as soon as the unit was available on December 21. That was almost one month ago, and I have not heard anything from the Manager or anyone else at Mattress Firm, even in response to telephone calls ... and my condition has continued to deteriorate in the interim.All that to say, in this particular situation, I experienced a Bait and Switch, to my physical detriment. I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but inventory was checked while I was in the store. I was assured the selected model was available and would be delivered the next day. Obviously that did not happen, and the problem has yet to be remedied.Im sure most transactions that occur with Mattress Firm are fine ... but this particular one was not.UPDATE: Another store manager contacted me via telephone the day after I posted the above review. After a sincere apology, in which I shared since I had not been persistent in my follow-up with the store, arrangements were made for the prompt delivery of the adjustable bed I selected. Fortunately, the lumbar support is doing all I had hoped, and I now sleep in comfort every night, even if my spine has caused intense pain throughout the day. I am very pleased to revise my earlier two-star rating to five stars ... which is a more accurate reflection of all my transactions with this branch of Mattress Firm.

Our family visit here was fantastic.We took our 2 year old with us and everyone working there had a blast with him. They have a nice little Lego table to help keep the little ones busy .Sadly I forgot the name of the lady that helped us but she was great. She did a nice job listing to what we needed and kept the options she tried to sell us on within that need. We felt like we were being shown plenty of options without just being shown stuff that was simply more money.Delivery of purchased items was right in the middle of our two hour window. The installers set everything up quickly and made sure we checked it all out before they left.

Before we even got to Mattress Firm, we had a bad experience buying an online mattress. The first mattress we bought at a store was a bad one because the sales person was so pushy. My wife was nervous about laying on a bed while people might stare. So we were very nervous by the time we got to Mattress Firm.We got there and were greeted by Juan. He did a great job showing us the different types of beds there are. Juan walked away while we tried the different mattresses which was great form my wifes anxiety.Juan never tried to pressure us and made the buying an easy purchase for us.The online mattress took a month to come in so I waited til we got the delivery form Mattress Firm before writing this.Delivery was just a couple of days and they wore shoe covers without asking and did a great job delivery.We did what Juan said and walked on the new mattress and we both got a great night sleep. I love our new mattress!I would recommend going to this Mattress Firm and if you do ask for Juan.
