Awful! No bottles were delivered or picked up for my last 2 scheduled deliveries. On the website they showed as Incomplete the day after scheduled delivery. The first time I used their email customer service report and 5 days later was told I need to call. When I went back to my account online I see the delivery was changed to delivered and I was INVOICED for a delivery that did not happen. When I called customer service I was on hold for 40+ minutes!!! The representative was friendly and rescheduled a delivery and cancelled the fraudulent invoice. I received water days later with no issue. I wrote it off to a one time issue.On my very next scheduled delivery for last week the exact same thing happened. No delivery/no pickup but my account shows delivery and an Invoice is posted. When I call Customer Service it immediately tells you they have a high call volume and disconnects you if you try to stay on. How convenient. Guess what? You also have to call to cancel your account!! I wonder how many months I am going to try to get this cancelled while paying for deliveries that are not happening.

Have been a customer for over 20 years. This last delivery has been a disaster. Website said water was delivered. It obviously went to the wrong address. Rescheduled for two days later again said it was delivered and picked up 6 empties as per drivers note but never delivered. This was verified by the 800 number I called. This after seeing your trucks not a half mile from my house. Waited on phone to speak to someone for like 15 minutes. Rescheduled again for this Friday. We will see.,MarianneHumble Texas.

This place is absolutely terrible!!!! They don’t pick up their water, they don’t pick up their phone, they stopped making deliveries for MONTHS without notice and just showed up again?????

Though the delivery driver is always courteous, getting him here on the scheduled days is suddenly a problem. I completely understood their need to reschedule after the freeze and the week of everything being closed in February. My issue is not being informed in any way that our delivery has been rescheduled. I called, complained, was compensated, but its happened two more times with no communication since then. Theres no shortage right now. The stores are full of cases of bottled water. Im currently looking for an alternate supplier.

The worst company ever..$4.99 to talk to an agent after I’ve waited on the phone for 45 minutes..The water man could come by knowing I’m a customer,but they keep driving by only looking for empty bottles..Get off your can and do a better customer service please…..Poor poor poor…😡😡😡……M.E in Spring Texas….

Even after I have been paying almost $10 for about 10 years (equivalent to purchasing 10 or 12 dispenser full price), they still charged $50 for dispenser conditioning fee and another month of rent without the dispenser.
