Very disappointed in my shirt experience here. We showed up on time, their doors were closed and they opened late. The car I wanted to see wasnt available then when I was trying to talk to the salesmen he kept playing on his phone the entire time. It was rude and disrespectful. He got me approved for a car loan in the price range that I wanted, but never called me back to tell me if he got a car in in my price range. I ended up buying at another location.

Omar is the most difficult person Ive ever done business with. I purchased a 2016 F150 from Premium Auto but he damaged the display screen when cleaning the truck and blamed it on mere coincidence. Omar agreed to replace the screen but Ive gotten the run around from him for close to 2 months and I still dont have a functioning radio. A few days after buying the truck the drivers door lock began malfunctioning and I had to pay close to $400 to replace the door lock actuator. Less than a week later, a loud grinding noise developed under the rear wheel. Omar downplayed the issue and blamed it on worn brake pads. I knew this was not the case but let him replace the pads regardless. When finished the issue persisted, it turned out to be a bent axle. Omar blamed the issue on wreckless driving habits but I had yet to drive the truck more than a few blocks from my house before the grinding noise started. Omar agreed to cover half the repair cost to which I agreed. But the worst part of my experience, has been Omars inability to communicate. Not once has he called to provide an update on repairs or parts. Its always me who calls to ask for an update but very rarely does he return my calls or text messages.I cant count the number of commitments and promises broken by Omar throughout this ordeal and Im considering reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau.

Edited this post because I thought it was resolved. It has been almost a year that this dealership keeps giving me the run around about the registration and plates for a jet ski trailer I purchased with my jet ski. Not to mention the trailer fell apart as soon as I used it more than once. I don’t appreciate the lies “DMV is backed up”. I will upload text pictures when I get the chance. Starting to think trailer is stolen. Owner just ignores me now.

BE CAREFUL. I took a car for a test drive. It drove nicely, it was clean and the price was good. I asked why the former owner traded in. I was told because the car would not start. When I got home I did more research and the car had been flooded. They lied to me. They will lie to you. This car dealer is just like all the others. BE CAREFUL.

Out of all the shops I have visited, Premium Auto Group did not fail to disappoint. Very reasonable pricing, excellent condition cars, and even better customer service. I was able to purchase a car quickly with no complications or trouble. Umer is extremely welcoming and understanding towards his customers. These people have a history of not telling you information on what has happened to the car they sell you. You can buy a salvage car with Japan parts and think it’s worth a new car.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Premium Auto Group. Umer was amazing. I had called to find out if the vehicle we were looking at online was still available. Sure enough. A couple days later I was able to make the trip down to Humble to look. My husband wasn’t able to go, thankful for FaceTime, and the truck was there.What we were looking for was a “farm truck”. Something that we needed to get around on our acreage. What a NICE looking Chevy 2500HD, and gas to boot!! There were a couple of things that Umer went above and beyond taking care of, such as a small dent with rusting in the hood and the tailgate latch that wouldn’t cooperate, but otherwise the truck was SOUND! And he DELIVERED to my home, with those details FIXED!! He knew I had traveled from the boonies to get to his dealership, haha. I am so grateful that this was such a headache-free transaction. Ran my credit and basically blew me off because it would have been my 3rd car loan. I clearly told him I wanted the van for sure no matter what the financing options that were available, I just wanted to see if it was a option to finance anything,. If not I would have paid cash. I wait hours for call back and then he told me its sold. Literally would have bought the van cash, but he was to busy to even communicate with me. Horrible customer service and wasted alot of my time.

I went there today and the guy was too busy to even help me with anything he was more worried about his phone told me to hold on while he dealt with somebody else that walked in after me didnt even come back to see if I needed help ask him to unlock the car and lock it from where I was and basically just put me to the side I didnt really think that was great customer service at all . Didnt even give me a key to start it nothing just told me okay this car is too old to finance this car yada yada you know when you can tell that somebody is not really interested in what you say thats exactly what I felt today so I decided Im going to leave take my business somewhere else thats someones more attentive and actually cares about their customers and wants to help them and you know get them a cell apparently this guy doesnt

They looked like our kind of dealer, the cars and trucks were in visibly good condition and there was very little pressure when we entered. Seems to be a father-son family type of business, and it shows in how they do business. I was honest with them about our budget and they worked with us on price to get the deal done. I walked out feeling that everything was fair.When it came time for another vehicle, I told my wife that there was only one place I wanted to go. Again we had an honest conversation about budgets and trade in values and in less than 3 hours my wife and I drove away in our new (to us) truck.Long story short, this dealership is definitely a diamond in the rough! Even though were moving away from the area, Im still going to keep them in mind for a future purchase!

First stop looking for a new car and they helped me find the perfect one! Got a 2012 Nissan Altima for a great price. It was worth way over what I got it for but he worked with my budget. Went to look at 3 other car lots in the area and they were way overpriced and wasnt near the condition the Altima was in. They were all also very friendly and quick to fix any small problems. I went to look at a completely different car and when that d idnt work out they found me this beautiful GMC YUKON DENALI....its an older truck and had some hub bearings that went out. They ordered the parts and I brought my truck back a week later and they fixed it...no charge....I definetly recommend them.
