He pays attention to the details and customized our items. I went and took my dress to be altered and wanted sleeves added. He thought it wasn’t going to worn out, but he made it happen. After many tries at different stores, we finally found the perfect place to purchase our Quinceañera’s dress!We arrived at ilusiones and were greeted right away ! Mr.Ramon listened to everything my sister was looking for! My sisters dress and accessories were so beautiful & I felt a relief that the package included everything that is needed for that day ! To top it off the colors matched perfectly with the dress! I’m so glad we made the stop ! Horrible experience. First of all I called before I went in to the place to ask if my sister could try on fifteen dresses because we were looking around to see wich one she would like. We get there and the lady in the front treated us politely and said we were able to try 3 dresses only and we said ok thats fine. As we are walking to the fitting room the guy said what color of dress are you all looking for and we said rose gold he said well that one that you have is not rose gold is champagne. We said oh its fine we still want to see how it looks on her. He asks what Is your budget on the dress and we said we dont know this is our first fifteen. He said well that dress is 1300 and up so if you dont have that I dont think she should try it on . We said excuse me? Were just trying to see how the dress looks. He said yall cannot try it on if it doesnt fit your budget. So we walked out because it was horrible customer service. Dont go there ! Theres many other places were they give you a better customer service than them!!!!!

Illusiones is the perfect location for your princess to find her one of a kind Quince or Sweet 16 Dress. The quality of knowing that there is no other dress exactly like my daughters was such a privilege. The dress is absolutely beautifully crafted. Ramons service was impeccable. He was always there when we needed him even after the photoshoot when the horse dribbled cud juices on my daughters beautiful gown. Although I panicked, Ramon instructed me what to do to take care of the stains and then had me bring the dress to him to be steemed fresh. This was the first stop my daughter and I made, just window shopping for a backyard 15 so we were thinking not enough time for the dream dress she wanted. but it would be nice to try something a little out there, I can really say this was the best place with the best costumer service we have ever received and we walked out with the dress of her dreams. Terrible experience..! Go to Sarahs Couture or Stephanies Bridal instead!!! Dont waste your time or your energy here!!! We went in with my niece to try on quinceanera dresses that were at the 15 Expo just that past Sunday.. the guy said she could try them on, but that she was limited to 3 dresses because there were people waiting. He had 2 brides trying on dresses and then we were next. I said ok, no problem. (Only 1 fitting room, btw) I personally saw the brides try on 2 dresses while I waited for my sister and sister in law. Well, 2 dresses turned to 3, to 4, to 5. He didnt have many dresses to choose from to begin with, but he was letting them try them all on - All while we were standing there, waiting. He kept coming back to us and telling us we needed to pick a color - when we told him we wanted to try on the 3 dresses, he said, thats not the color you want, thats a champagne color. We said ok, well we like it, and its close enough, so we want to try it. He proceeded to grab another wedding dress for the brides to try on. After waiting an hour and continuously telling us we could only pick 3 dresses and we had to stick to 1 color, we walked out. Wasted our time. Completely useless visit and regardless - they didnt have any other dresses to choose from besides the ones that were at the Expo. Dont waste your time!!

My daughter had an idea of what kind of dress she wanted, but she couldn’t describe it, she just knew she wanted something different. We attended the 2019 Quince Expo where we saw the dresses that Ilusiones exhibited. My daughter fell in love with one of their dresses, but after trying it out it turned out to be a little on the heavy side, beautiful dress, but heavy for a short awesome girl. As she was taking it off she saw a Rose Gold something hanging, and she asked Ramon if she can see the that, and it was the most beautiful, perfect, one of a kind dress we had seen. It was Perfect! She received so many compliments for her dress. Thank you Ramon and Ilusiones Quinceañera and Bridal for making my daughter’s Day so special. If you want a one of a kind this is the place to go.
