I gave this place a 4 stars because I waited an hour just to pick up my device, I had done everything online. But after the hour I got my equipment the lady who helped me was super friendly and literally 5 minutes I was out. The staff was friendly and super clean just need a better system for people that already went through the steps online. I went after I got off of work so after 5 maybe that’s when they are the busiest.
The customer service is very disappointing. I need a technician to come and inspect the condition of the cable from the main box to the house because I do not have internet. They schedule me for a technician to come. However he did not come. We also left a phone number for technician to call before he arrives and he call a different number. I am working from home and need a internet. They did not care. They have to put me on writing list if a technician is available. Two hours later they have send me a text saying that they do not have available technician to come and fix the issue. At the same time I am driving down the street from my neighborhood and on the gas station seeking a xfinity technician car number 170806 park on the pump without using the pump just uses it a parking space. The technician inside of the xfinity vehicle is SLEEPING. This is not acceptable.
I have been a costumer of Comcast for over twenty years, I never felt so insulted. I did not do anything to her, except walking to the store and ask to talk with a service representative. She talks down to me, and I regret I did not leave the store, because no one should feel that way, specially if you have been paying your bill religiously
SCAM ARTIST I moved into my first house and got my service through them online I entered my address it said someone had there service at the address and to call a number I did and was granted service (which I don’t understand how I literally just got there) then it was terminated literally 2 days after because they said I needed to give them a lease agreement as well as 2 other bills to disassociate me from the previous owner definitely would not recommend they give you the runaround and they don’t tell u what they need till u have there service a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND 50 dollar deposit I only got to use my service for 2 days don’t waste your time and the customer service rep was very sarcastic and rude
I just left this Xfinity in humble after picking up my equipment. The young lady that helped me was SO kind and informative. It bothers me that I cant remember her name, so Im leaving my receipt # and hopefully the kudos can be passed on to her. Very efficient. In and out in less than half hour. New set-top box + 2 wireless pods + 3 new secondary TV boxes. Friendly staff. COVID secure dividers at counter. Everyone spaced appropriately.
The service here was top notch and unbelievably efficient. I came to return my equipment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee who checked me in. From there, there was a socially distanced line to wait. I waited for less than a minute. Another employee escorted me in and quickly scanned my equipment for return. Then she escorted me to the cashier who completed the checkout process. I left and all three individuals greeted me out. It was the most impressive customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend going here.
Dont bother calling if youre calling to report fraud. No options I wont let you talk to an actual Person. Took me over 2 hours to get someone on the phone & then Kept getting transferred.

I will give it two stars because the Hispanic staff that works here is very rude, I am Hispanic and I could tell that the Hispanic girl takes only one client to attend, she was with only one client all morning and worst of all, only telling jokes and that her classmates obviously dont understand because of the language difference, and they dont realize that she is simply lengthening the time to go to lunch, while the rest of her classmates were more friendly efficient and quick. After waiting almost 3 hours I was seen in 4 minutes by a very considerate and professional American.

My 90 year old parents moved to a senior living facility and I scheduled to have their services moved since that is about all they do is watch TV - I had to go into store to schedule as after many attempts found that online scheduling DOES NOT WORK, but that is another story - Iwasn’t able to be there at time of appointment but naively thought it would be an easy transfer ...my dad called me after the scheduled appointment to tell me instead of sending someone to transfer services they sent someone trying to sell him a security system.... in a senior living facility.... he told them ‘no’ but when I came for next visit the senior facility administrator told me she had papers for me to sign for my request for personal security monitoring to be set up....I explained that no, we were not going to set up our own security on top of theirs that we were already paying handsomely for.....I made a trip back to Xfinity’s inconveniently located store and rescheduled for the service to be transferred on another afternoon several days out....on the scheduled day I arrived to be there in case of questions and NO ONE SHOWED!!!!I called Xfinity and was told the appointment was rescheduled for the next morning....since this would be a conflict for me, I know it is not something I I would have never agreed too!when I insisted to know why they had not appeared as previously scheduled nor informed me of the rescheduled time, the lady said ‘hold on-let me talk to a technician’ then came back and said the technicians were on their way and would arrive in 6 minutes!Needless to say to those of you who are not as gullible as me, they did not show up-I called back a couple of times and after many questions to verify identity and sending of ‘pins’ the calls would get disconnected!!!I am sure their call center is just reeling in guffaws at how they treat their customers but I am not amused snd still awaiting transfer of my poor parents’ service .... which they are paying for but not receiving-My dad has already told me he wants me to get a refund for time he hasn’t received service...Another big guffaw!!!!!As for myself, I would NEVER use nor recommend Xfinity

Really hate going here to be honest. Great internet and cable service but try to do everything through the app as much as possible. This store sucks, and thats being nice. Unorganized will mess up your account. The company as a product is absolutely amazing will not regret but the service at the store. Yikes!!!

Clean, well lit store in strip center with free parking. One way enter/exit & markers to help with social distancing. Mostly helpful personnel, yet attempted to be overly familiar, calling everyone by first name instead of using more courteous salutations (Mrs., Mr.).
Courtland was not helpful. She refused to talk to me when my son could not pick up our new equipment. She told him for me to call customer service to add him as a user. When I called it said to go online and add him on there. Which I did, and he was told that was not it. I understand their policy but if I tried to do as she said and it was not correct it would have been nice if she could have just talked to me and guided me on how to do it. Very unhelpful poor customer service.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM COMCAST OR XFINITY OR FROM ITS SUBSIDIERIES OR STOCK OPTIONS. HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY TOWARDS NEW CUSTOMERS. THEY CANT SEEM TO USE THEIR BRAINS AND JUST STARE AT THE COMPUTERS AND CELL PHONES RATHER THAN WAIT ON CUSTOMERS. SHAME ON YALL.

I returned my cable equipment today due to upgrade, I’m very thankful for the help this location gave me. I am disabled with multiple sclerosis and I have problems walking, I couldn’t find anyone to help me with my return so I took a chance drove to the Humble location, a customer was leaving I ask if she could get someone in the xfinity store to help me & two xfinity employees came out to help me they told me to stay in my car they got the return equipment and brought the receipt to me. It’s a blessing for kind people to help a person like myself with a disability. Thanks so much for the employees who assist me. StaySafe

I think the service at the store actually got better since all the Covid protections started. Went quite awhile back and had to wait a while. I have been twice in the last month and I think I was in and out in 10 minutes or less. Thats with the place being pretty full.

I had an appointment for 11 a.m. which is opening time. There was a line outside and everyone was masked and practicing social distancing by using the marked spots. An employee approached me and took my info, then moved me to the front of the line. I was allowed inside within a minute and assigned to a service employee. I exchanged my equipment and was out the door within a couple of minutes. It was a very smooth and quick process. I highly recommend making an appointment!
The light skin black lady with the curly brown and black hair in the glasses has a bad attitude. They gave me a modem that had not been scanned into inventory. So when I got home and attempted to do the self-installation I had problems. When I called customer service the representative informed me that my modem had not been registered into inventory. and that I had to go back to the store and have the modem scanned before it can be activated so the first trip was just a blank trip a waste of gas and a waste of time. I probably would not have taken it so badly if her attitude wasnt so funky.

This company comes and cuts off service accidentally while turn on service for a neighbor. Then gives the run around about fixing the situation.Ultimately takes 24 hours (the best they could do after elevated to urgent) to correct THEIR mistake. They are over priced and very poor customer service. Furthermore, you cant even speak to someone local. Cost my husband and entire days worth of work because he was having to work from home due to Covid. Absolutely no interest in their customers, just want to take their money.

The wait took a bit of time but all employees were working so it was just busy, I was acknowledged upon arrival.I was anode to upgrade my modem in 2 seconds once an agent was available and spent only about 10 minutes total in the store.
Incredibly unprofessional, discourteous and occasionally insulting sales staff who are in no way interested in fine tuning their sense of customer service/relations, or, holiday cheer for that matter. A very unwelcoming and unhelpful environment that I do not recommend to anyone who values their time or money.

Almost empty store and i had to wait outside in 90+ degree weather. Poor customer service. We pay $300+ for cable every month and i can’t even get a seat in the store. The lady after me walked right in so i must just have a vibe that i need to stand outside in the heat. Be wary if you give that same vibe. Rude people here.

I went to see if I can move my service but it happens to be that they dont service the area where I moved to. They still charged me a cancelation fee even though I didnt canceled the service because I wanted to.. They just dont service the area Im in now. I went to ask why they were not charging me the cancelation fee and the customer service agent basically said that that they didnt care that they werent unable to provide me service where I move to and that I would still need to pay them that fee.. Hopefully I never ever need of their services because they worst company even and cant take care of their customers.

Store closes at 6pm I arrived at 6:02 to pick up pre purchased equipment. An associate was outside breaking down the marketing tent when I arrived. I asked could I pick up my order and he turned me away because they were “closed”. There were customers inside and the store wasn’t exactly closed. What great customer service, TUH! This is not the first time Xfinity has shown me that they’re not willing to “go the extra mile” or “save” a customer. Poor customer service.
This place is first class. Very professional personal. No hassles to change services. Comfortable seats and great movies to watch while you wait. They called me up so fast. I was enjoying the few minutes of the movie. Thats ok though I can watch it at home. This place wont let you down!

It was the first time I had gone into an Xfinity store for many years. So many things had changed. The waiting period was beyond believe. I was there only for about 10 to conclude my transaction. The Customers service was EXCELLENT! The atmosphere was Very Comfortable. The store I visited was in Humble, Texas on FM 1960... I can Highly recommend it.

The lines moved quickly, and the staff sanitized seats as customers left. They were very helpful with the pick up of new equipment.
It was terrible but does it matter! Im 70 and a Senior. You dont have any program for Seniors or low income Seniors. There agencies that help us with 8 months of electricity through the summer. We qualify for food stamps and numerous other programs. Yet NOTHING from Xfinity. IT IS WRONG! You would have customers if you had a special program for Seniors low income or not. I currently pay over a tenth of my income!
