We love our (FIRST!) new car. Big thanks to Bernard and to Tyler for helping us through the process. They made everything easy and not once gave us the runaround or hassles that you may experience elsewhere. We were greeted outside and attended to but never pushed any direction or into any decision. Covid has created a hellish envirnment to live in regardless of age. Most deciplines and businesses have been turned upside-down, sideways or shut down. I am glad I am a 78yr old retiree. I sincerely hope your dealership servives the next 3yrs. Your competition is tuff-they substitute quality with aftermarket parts and gouge when they can and fail to give the customers valid info. The above applies to the public in general. Robbins should contact GMC hq. to provide a worker phycological program to avoid burn-out and stress for your employees.Yall have a pleasent day now
Got our new 2022 Trailblazer from Ariel he was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Patrick the Sales Director got the numbers right for us as promised and Tyler in Finance got us in and out quickly and with no hassle. Connie is no help. I’ve been dealing with her since February 2020. She’s no help what so ever! I told told her I got warranty on my whole vehicle that I bought from Robbins and she didn’t even trying looking up my Information so I paid over $1,000 for stuff I have been paying for. Thank God for Sam and him checking on me. Sam is working on getting me my refund.
Two and a half years ago I walked into Robbins Chevrolet and three very nice patient gentleman helped me to purchase my dream car. To my surprise the same 3 gentleman was apart of my special day of an important purchase. Thank you Marcus, Pat, and Henry you guys made this experience great for me.
This is my second visit for an oil change etc and it was much better than my first visit. I purchased and get emails from the dealership I bought it at and they send me discount emails. I rather go and support my local vendors, its a choice and as long as they provide great customer service Ill continue to visit, thats a priority in my choice of place.
Horrible customer service, charged way too much and they didn’t even fix the problem. I was not offered a loaner or a ride home. You would think if you bought your car there, they would know how to fix it or at least be compensated in some way! I got nothing but a big bill and a broken car!!!!!!
The worst part about buying a car is feeling like you are forced or sold. I drove 3 hours to this dealership only due to them having the car in stock. I was planning on driving to a Ford Dealership and test driving an Expedition. As soon as I met Marcus and shared life stories I didnt want to buy from anyone else. He is really good at what he does, you are very lucky to have him on your team. Tyler is great too, similar experience with him. Very nice people that are knowledgeable.

I think Alex was nice but did not follow up with a phone call I had in about my service. I had a recall and also asked if he would check out brakes and whatever I needed and never heard back until I got home. The next day I got email about what needed to be done on the truck. Should of had done while my truck was in for repairs. Also your customer service in your parts department are terrible. You think they would great you when you walk in but was asked what do I want. I asked the girl I was looking for Alex and she pointed down there. Down there where. They need to be trained better on CS. Also your cashier needs help. My card didn’t work so they tried another customer and his did not work and they sent us over the the quick side and again they did not work. So back over the the other side and they said internet was down. So she took my info down and I have never heard back of you charged me. You guys need help. Sorry for the bad write up but you need to know.
Transmission work requires leaving vehicle for unspecified number of days in “the queue”. Not customer oriented. Although the transmission flush was under warranty, this really should be treated by GM as a recall since the service bulletin states that GM modified transmission fluid specification because of moisture causing stutter on low shifts. Jimmy was very helpful.
We went into the dealer ship after a let down at another one.. here they automatically made us feel like we were gonna walk out with the vehicle we were looking for.. they did more than that, they gave us an amazing deal that we just couldnt walk away from!! I purchased my 2021 Chevy Silverado a year ago, I have done 17k miles with service carried out by Robbins. The last service was 3 weeks ago and i have done 550 miles since that service. The check engine light came on over the weekend, call Robbins yesterday and took the car in. Opening hours didn’t allow for a pick up so I had to wait to be collected for an hour. Today I received a call that Robbins had a loner, again hours didn’t allow me to go after work so I got an Uber. When I got there service could not tell me how long they needed my truck, so the loner car requires a physical credit card of which I don’t have other than an e version, so no loner car, Robbins would not take a debit card for the $50. I had to leave via Uber, so the 2 Uber trips were $38 paid by debit card. Robbins, customer service is paramount, opening hours around your customer, adopting new payment methods would help - certainly for me this has been a bad experience.
I just bought 2021 Equinox! I love the dealership! they helped me tremendously! Especially Ariel Rivera! Ariel is the best! He is very profesional, patient and knowledgeable. He gets things done quick. He makes the dreaded dealership experience look like a walk in the park! I highly recommend Ariel! If you need a new car Ariel is your guy! Call him!
My vehicle was in the shop for 22 days. I have been having minor problems with the vehicle since we purchased it. Would not recommend to any one.

My husband owns a Chevy. He needed his inspection sticker updated but his check engine light was on. A notice came in the mail about a recall and the recall could have been the resin for the check engine light. I placed a call to the service department and spoke with McKenzie. She was great and provided excellent service and conversation while setting me a next day appointment.I arrived at the service department about an hour early and walked into a busy service room. There was a line and people waiting, I thought I’d be there for a while just to drop off. That was not the case. The line moved swift and efficiently and then it was my turn. Jimmie Tillman was great from start to finish. Not only did he get the recall done and check engine light handled, he also got the vehicle inspection complete.The best part was he stayed 10 extra minutes past closing so I could pick the vehicle up. Ask for him, he provides ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service.

Service was fine, just kept calling to see if my vehicle was ready. 1.5 hour turned into 5 hours for an oil change and transmission fluid. No one called to let me know it was ready.
We had an appointment with Jimmy at 7am. He was there and ready to get us taken care of. We were there for a passenger side airbag recall on our Suburban. He called us when the truck was ready and and just made the whole process very easy.
I came in looking for a pre owned vehicle not knowing anything and I walked on with a brand new Blazer that I could afford thanks to Jacob Jacobo. I will definitely be recommending him and the Robbins Chevrolet.
Connie has terrible customer service. She took my initial call to setup my appointment. Then, when I arrived to drop off my vehicle, there was no appointment in the system. Also, after I approved the services on Monday, May 31, the vehicle was promised to be ready by Thursday, June 3. I arrived at the dealership on Friday, June 4 to find out that my car wasn’t ready and they didn’t have the parts they needed to repair it. They were still waiting for them to come in. Then, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle after it was ready on June 8, she was very rude.Rick has great customer service. He treated me like I was a valuable customer. He listened and paid attention. He sorted things out when Connie lacked responsibility.If it were only for Connie, I’d never come back.If it were only for Rick, I’d definitely come back.

Was in the market for a new truck. Texted Marcus what I was looking for/interested in. Went over the numbers with me. Ended up going a different route. Marcus was upfront with me about everything during the process. Marcus even went as far as bringing the truck to me at work and picking up the vehicle I was trading in. That following Monday went in and finished the paperwork on the truck.

Horrible customer service!! The salesman I worked with, Hunter, was amazing!! The dealership as a whole is dishonest and very unprofessional. Hunter worked so hard to find the exact Tahoe I was looking for. These cars are especially hard to find these days and he was so persistent in finding one. I actually found another one about the same time he found me this one. The other dealership was much closer to where I live and the total drive out price was $5,000 cheaper. I still wanted to go to Robbins purely because of Hunter.That original meeting on Saturday went great. They worked with me (a little…not much) on price and showed me a vehicle very similar to the one I was going to purchase. I fell in love with it!! I was told the car I was going to purchase wouldn’t be in for a week. This was perfect because I was going to be out of town for a week. I let their team know this and alerted them that I would be extremely busy and hard to reach that week, but that I would respond as time permitted. I paid the “deposit” and left feeling very happy with the situation.That immediately changed 3 days later. On Tuesday I received a call from Hunter that my car had arrived. I was excited and he sent pictures. Later I received a call from his manager, Brian Stricklan, questioning when I would be by to pick it up. Not thinking anything about it, I said I was out of town (as I had said I would be when paying the “deposit”) and that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until the following Monday (6 days from then). I could immediately tell this was going to be an issue. His whole demeanor towards me changed. He started speaking to me like he didn’t believe that I really wanted to purchase the vehicle. My Tahoe had been stolen the week before and this is why I was looking to replace. I was honest about this from the very beginning about waiting on insurance. Again, I didn’t think this would be an issue because I had been told the car would not be in for one week. I started getting nervous that I wasn’t going to get the car. I even questioned them several times that they wouldn’t actually sell it since I had paid a “deposit.” I was told I needed to take action soon.I started panicking not sure what to do. I had an extremely stressful/high demanding event I was managing at work and didn’t have time to deal with this situation. I received several (and I mean several…maybe 12-15 calls/texts) on Wednesday morning asking when I would be in and if they could deliver the car to me where I was. This was completely ridiculous as I would have had to cancel my flight back home to drive the car back, plus find time in my already incredibly hectic day to deal with going through the paperwork and officially buying a car. They made an already stress situation almost unbearable. I did not want to lose the car after I had finally found it, but there was nothing I could do for another 5 days (at this point).I was told that the GM, Jimmy Stallings, would not hold the car for my any longer. That by holding it for me they were possibly losing a sale. Come on, these cars are in such high-demand, there was no way I was losing them a sale. The whole situation is totally ridiculous and I believe they were pressuring me to get it sold by the end of the month (again don’t know for sure, but just my perception). So basically the “deposit” you put down for a car at this dealership does nothing. When I signed the paperwork when I put down the deposit there was no time frame of when the car had to be purchased, but then again, I had been told the car wouldn’t even be in for ONE WEEK. Given they were closed on Sunday, they sold it to someone else (yes it sold within minutes) within 2 days. I will never do business with this greedy dealership ever again. They may act like they care about you, but they don’t care as long as they can sell the car. Again Hunter is amazing. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from him, but I refuse to give Robbins any more business. Do yourself a favor take and your business elsewhere.
This was my third purchase at Robbins. It gets easier every time. Matrix had everything ready to go by the time I arrived. Quick, easy, and convenient. I’ll definitely be using Robbins for all of my vehicle needs, and will also recommend your team to anyone who’s in the market.

I would never recommend Robbins because you’re customer service is a joke. Connie Kendrick was horrible at her job and would never call us for updates on anything. We had to call and find out what was going on with our car and even when we did call we always got a voicemail. It took us days at a time to even get ahold of someone and not only that my car isn’t even fixed, in fact it’s actually worse now and we have to take it somewhere else to actually get fixed because apparently everyone at robbins sucks at their jobs and I would tell anyone to not waste their time here! 0/5

I recently purchased a 2018 Silverado z71, and let me tell you the experience was actually amazing. This is not my first car purchased so I know a bit about the car sales tactics. The technician didn’t too off my fluids, didn’t use my correct mileage and didn’t put enough oil in my vehicle. I told the service manager and he did nothing except said that he would figure out what happened then he never came back!
I feel like I was over charged for my oil change. I have never paid $80.00 plus dollars for one. I have always paid $50.00 plus dollars at Davis Chevolet.My appointment was for 7:30am and they kept my car from that time until closing. I called twice asking about my car between the hours of 11am and 12 pm and got no new information- but, was told to wait until my service guy comes back from lunch. I had a problem with my emergency brake light andthey couldn’t find it. I feel like my time was wasted and I was unimportant. I won’t be back.My car will remain going to Davis Chevolet which is where I purchased it. Their service is better there anyway. I came to this location because I live in Humble, such a waste.
Jimmie was super nice and helpful when I had my truck towed to the shop. He gave me a reasonable time limit and explanation in how long it would take to look at my truck and make a plan going forward.

This is the 3rd time my truck has been to the shop for the same issues (lifters) it always has to stay there for 4 to 5 days .They will not give me a car and it’s the shops fault that my truck keeps going back!!! Last tome I picked up my truck all my settings were reset bass for my speakers were turned all the way up! This time picked it up my A/C is not working and it was when I dropped it off-sent Alex a message telling him I would have to bring it back and he still has not responded and it has been 4 days now.The service department at Robbins sucks!!

I didn’t feel like the people at the dealership were trying to help me with my vehicle problem, GM engine was replaced 8 months prior to another problem but Gm warranty wouldn’t cover because We didn’t have enough oil changes. This never happened to me. This dealership was also going to charge me $3000 more than other places to replace the engine.When talking to a sales person about my options of trade in etc, I didn’t have good experience. He was not very friendly, had an attitude more than being understanding. I would not call him to help me with a car purchase for sure.

I like that I was greeted when I arrived. The sales lady wore a mask practiced social distancing. She was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. She assisted me with no hassle. I will be back so Clare C. Eustaquio can sale me a vehicle.
Staff does not have customers interest in mind. From Diagnosis to repair took 7 days. Vehicle was dropped off at 9am and it wasn’t diagnosed until 5 PM after my warranty was closed on a Friday. Had to be without a vehicle through the weekend just so that I wouldn’t have to pay $300 for the diagnosis. Finally get a rental on Monday-I only had rental reimbursement covered for one day and dealership couldn’t even assist with covering any more than that due to more time taken with parts coming in late. Repairs were not complete until Thursday.
I just came and had my brakes service not even a week ago and my brakes are making noise already . Its like i just was robbed out of my money. My truck have a factory defect on my taillight with a recall and you guys wont even replace them.
Took my camaro with seat issue and see if they could repair it but needed to order new one. Had to wait at least a week because it was on back order. Dropped my car in the morning and was done earlier that day. Great with getting back to me what was going from beginning to end. Excellent job also seat looks great! Thanks
The dealership said they checked my truck but the truck is still acting the same. I asked Alex did they check it he say the computer told them nothing was wrong with my truck. First gear transmission is showing hesitation.

Had a blow out on my car but was able to get it to the service shop they told me they did not have the size I needed so I went to another tire shop got a tire brought it to them they told me $30 to change it but it took about twenty more min because they had an issue then charged me $158 for putting on the tire I bought somewhere else. I called and spoke to the person over the service department he told me he would find out why they charged me that much but he never called back. I walked over looking to buy a new car but after that I will buy from another dealership.
Ms. Connie was professional and very supportive. A great Customer service attitude and courtesy. Also Mr. Chris was supportive as well throughout the process of information shared serving my car.

When taking in my 2015 Camaro SS for service, I wouldve liked to talk to the tech who did the work to get some feedback first hand on what was done and what he thought about the repairs and condition of vehicle.

I give them 0 stars. I went in to get a simple throttle body reset on my 2011 Suburban and they made my vehicle stuck in v4 mode. They charged my over 700 dollars for messing up my Suburban having it run way worse then it ran before. They also wanted me to pay over 3000 to get other things done that are just fine!! The GM Jimmy did not help me out at all! He said he would call me back to figure things out but never did. Luckily I found a trustworthy mechanic that told me exactly what was wrong and fixed my vehicle in 5 minutes when I was at the dealership for 5 hours! They are crooks there I would not recommend anybody to go there!!
Jimmy was very knowledgeable and accomodating. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my daughters vehicle and took care of the issue. Your establishment is the first place I will go to when needing fany further care for the Tahoe.ln fact, I am planning on scheduling an appointment to check the sensors and the door seal on my daughters car. Robbins Chevrolet Service Department has once again provided super fast 5 star service at a reasonable price. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and was sitting in the waiting area for all of 15 minutes.
Really disappointed in this place as well as Jacob (salesperson). Found a Blazer that we loved on their website for 43k, and we make an appointment to come see it and test drive it, letting them know that we were basically going to buy it. When we arrive we are told that they will sell it for 48k. We filled out a form that they sent us for a trade in on my husbands truck, and the trade in estimate was between 51-55k. But we were told that they would give us 47k without any explanation as to why the price dropped. We drove an hour and 30 minutes in the rain, and they spent less than 30 minutes with us. Dishonest on two accounts. Would not recommend. -Johanna
Horrible experience trying to buy a new car. like many dealers at this time they are price gouging (they call it market adjustment). car price is 3k over sticker or at sticker with 3k fees very dishonest. I went elsewhere and got a fair deal which was under sticker for the same vehicle. The sales person I had, Rita, kept saying I was in banking...I understand numbers but when I would ask what these fees were for or why the price was over sticker the answer was I dont know? I will have to ask my manager Will never go back and advise others the same.

Went to repair a sudden fuel leak on my 2015 tahoe and I left with a broken air conditioner. While I was there I figured let’s change the oil and serpentine belt. Returned the following day to report the issue hoping they forgot something simple. The diagnosis was 2 temp. Control actuators failed at the exact same time, possible sure 🤔 likely nooo 🤨, which was followed by a $700 price tag. I couldn’t believe the stroke of bad luck, so I decided to remove the panels on the passenger side to expose one of the actuators and yep it operated. All trust was lost at this point, so I checked pressure and added Freon myself. Air conditioner works fine now. I purchased the Tahoe and SS Camaro from this place, but never again will they get my business! Beware
Alex Fierro was great, however Buddy was not very helpful. I brought my vehicle in because it had failed the emission test - cat and evap monitors were not reset. I told Buddy I had went through ai least 15 driving cycles in an attempt to get the monitors to register. But, to no avail. His answer was to drive more miles. My response was that I had driven close to 500 miles to no avail. It puzzled me with his answer. His solution was to replace the engine, since it had a tap sound when it was started. Even with an engine replacement, there was no assurance it would pass the test. It appears that there was some disconnect between the monitors and the car’s computer. I was very dissatisfied with his response. The dealership his a place I have always brought my vehicle to for repairs. But, this time they could not repair the problem. This now has put a doubt in my mind about servicing my vehicle at a dealership.

I wanted to trade in my vehicle, and in one day while I was at work Matrix help me get the Chevy Traverse I wanted. I went in after work. Handed my keys over to Matrix signed some paperwork with Henry the Finance guy and I went home with my 2021 Chevy Traverse. I had such an awesome experience and Matrix made it so easy and smooth. I have had nothing but issues with my 2019 Chevy Silverado ever since I bought it at a different location (Tipotex Chevrolet). Most of the service staff at Robbins Chevrolet, have always been super friendly, and willing to help (Mckenzie the service agent, and Chris the service manager were my fave!). This last time, Buddy, their transmission engineer was rude, and frankly inefficient. The service director (Mike, I believe that was his name) was arrogant, and literally spoke out in front of his own service manager (Chris), saying that both Chris and Buddy did not know what they were talking about! This was in regards to nobody there, including the service director himself, being able to provide the correct operating parameters for the repair that I was there for. Needless to say, I was so disappointed with the poor attitude that I was met with, from the service director and the transmission engineer, that I will never go back there again. In addition, due to their inability to provide the proper information to me, or the GM agents handling my case, I was left where I started...back to having issues w/ the faulty vehicle that GM sold me.

Bought a new truck. From Ken Allen. He lost my drivers license. From his desk to the copier. Now Ive wasted three days trying to get it back. Still waiting on my spray in bedliner!! Not happy with my experience at all. Should have kept my old truck. 84 month payment. Never heard of that before. People just keep your old ride.
