If only 0 stars was an option! I order from Edible arrangements quite often, and just moved near this one, and they did a horrible job! I ordered a bouquet that had letters on it and one of the letters were delivered broken, it was missing grapes like the picture showed, and looked NOTHING like the picture, and it was very sloppy looking! My 6 and 7 year old sons could have done a better job! Why would you all deliver an item that cost almost $80 as horrible looking as you did? This place definitely need some better training, not only in fruit arrangements but in customer service as well! I spoke to a lady named Lisa to explain my disappointment and she was so nonchalant, asking me What do you want me to do?.... NEVER AGAIN! I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand!
James King was the delivery specialist for an order that I made.It was being delivered to our family members house.I input the wrong direction...by mistake. I did the order at 5am so I was still half asleep.😊But anyways the driver named James courteously called me and tells me that the direction was incorrect and patiently waits as IVerify the address I entered in 2 numbers incorrectly.He delivered it and my family members were so Pleased and Thankful as was I .King James you are a blessing and have great Customer Service.
Okay, so I know you cant always get things the same as the picture advertised, but I have to say the arrangement I paid 119 dollars for was delivered to my husband today for his 55th birthday was put together so sloppy, my 6 year old granddaughter could have done it better. My first thought was to make my own, but I decided to order one because the picture was pretty awesome! I wish I knew how to put comparison pictures on here. I would have, been embarrassed to present this arrangement to anyone if I had made it myself. Sad, very sad there was not enough pride in their own work to make something desirable to look at and then ate. My husband was happy because he new I wanted to order him something nice. He would never say anything bad about a gift from me or anyone else. I guess I can say that is the only good part of this whole experience. I know better in the future! They get 2 stars because the did this same day and managed to get it delivered to the right place.
First time customer to edible arrangement and the customer service needs major work. I placed an order to do in-store pick up. My arrangement was completed in time. Looked beautiful. The issue came when I told the female employee that I wanted to look at it and she became extremely annoyed with me. She didnt give me any instructions like Ive seen with other reviews here. The chocolate was a little melted by the time I drove across town to deliver it to my husband tho he didnt mind. For the price one pays you would think the customer service would be better. The quality and presentation of the arrangement was top quality. I purchased both the sleeve and a balloon from them as well. I attached the balloon myself.
I had at least three issues to deal with for my nest home doorbell and nest thermostat, the google consultant that I talk to, by the way his name was Michael, anyway Michael walked me through The issues and patiently help me to resolve them all. He spent enough time with me to make sure everything was okey-dokey. Thank you so much for your service Michael and Google. A very happy customer,Angelo
This is my go to gift. Covid is still keeping away from each other but we can send gifts to people. Always a great experience with the website, never any issues. If the recipient is not home they call me and let me know and they will re-deliver item.
We placed an order for a birthday delivery, same day. The driver called to let us know that the recipients were not home. He offered to deliver another day or for us to call the store to schedule another time. They were able to make the delivery and the recipient was extremely happy. Awesome customer service!

I ordered at 8:30 am and still at 4 they hadnt delivered. I called and cancelled bc the person that was receiving the bouquet was leaving at 4.They didnt send updates as approximatly what time theyll be delivering. . Sorry but I dont do business like that.

Im only giving them one star because I cant give them zero stars! We have used several Edible Arrangement locations including this one but our service this last order has been the WORST we have EVER experienced and will NEVER use them again!! We placed an order that was supposed to be delivered 12/18/20 which was never delivered, after several calls and excuses they gave us they reassured us that they would make things right and get the order delivered. They did finally deliver the order on 12/28/20. But when my sister went to open the gift basket she noticed the fruit had mold, slime and other disgusting things inside the basket. When she called us and sent us pictures we were mortified! The company delivered her the original basket they made on 12/18/20, the tag was still inside with the 12/18/20 date. It sat in someones delivery vehicle and the store for 10 days! Instead of making a fresh basket they delivered a 10 day old basket! We have called everyday since the delivery. Every time with the same response I will let my manager know when she gets in tomorrow. And we will call you back and make this right. Well tomorrow has come and gone for the last 12 days. Still no response and no attempt to make it right. I dont know if Lisa and Leslie are the same person but it sure seems like it, suppose to be the Manager whos going to call me back and the same person I speak to every time I call. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a small business who is trying to save their company during this difficult time we are all going through with the coronavirus.
Will never be ordering from Edible Arrangements anymore, only gave them a star becausethats the only way to write a review. I placed on order to surprise my cousin for her birthday and I called the location at 11 am to get a time frame for delivery. I was told that my arrangement was ready and it was waiting for the driver to pick it up. Well hours later and arrangement had not been delivered. My cousin had to leave her house to go have lunch since she was celebrating her birthday. I called the location AGAIN!! The lady that answer the phone was not polite AT ALL. They told me that they had made an attempt to deliver the arrangement but it wasnt successful. By this time it was already 3:30, I told the lady on the phone if my arrangement was ready since BEFORE 11 am and it was just sitting at the store for a long time the fruit isnt going to be FRESH. Her reply was they have vehicles that are refrigerated. I understand but if my arrangement was sitting ready for such a long time why wasnt it delivered when it was ready was my reply. Her answer was because they had to wait for the other arrangements that were going to be delivered to the same zip code to be ready. If that was the case they shouldnt had made it so early and let it sit there. Its now 9 pm and guess what my cousin DIDNT GET HER SURPRISE DELIVERY. These arrangements are not cheap and for them not to be delivered at a proper time is not acceptable and having rude employees is not acceptable either. Now my cousin is going to get some old fruit arrangement that has been sitting for a day, old fruit for $80 is what I paid for. Will never order from there anymore they have lost my business.

Ive purchased from here two times in the past and both times they were a big hit... The in the store staff was friendly and had suggestions for future orders as well... Its a unique twist on flowers for special occasions... You cant go wrong with fruits and chocolate... Lol
We sent to a friend and she LOVED it! she had never had choc covered pineaplle and we chose to send her the additional diay pineaplles dipped in chocolate! I love them and so did she!

I was really impressed by this Edible Arrangements location! It was delivered on time and there were specific directions on how to keep it fresh, sanitary, and cold until it was retrieved by the recipient! It just so happened to be for my husband at his job, and I tasted the fruit and most were chocolate covered. I have to say, it was magnificent and delicious. The fruit was fresh and beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a sweet and fresh gift!!!
The only reason why I gave this store 1 star is because the supervisor refunded me with no problems other than that I wouldn’t have given this store a star at all. I placed an order this morning that was going to an Elementary School. I placed in the delivery comments that school was over at 3:00pm. You would think someone would have called to say the arrangement would not make it by then however I called around 2:40pm and it had not been made at all! Not only had it not been made but while I was talking to her she placed me on hold without warning while I was speaking to her. I was willing to work with her such as I would have picked it up until she was rude so I asked for my refund but was denied and that’s how I spoke to the supervisor who refunded me. When I asked for His employees name he said she was a temp so he did not know her name. Weird. However, I will never place an order from this store again. I’ll tell my husband to do the same as he always sends me edible arrangements from this store. Customer service can kill a business! It wasn’t a problem until she became rude. Find better help next time.

I have ordered several times and usually have a great experience but this one has me flabbergasted. We are out of town on business and had to send our daughter a birthday gift from afar. Knowing how much she loves the fruit and designs offered, it was a no brainer. She only knew something was coming but not what until it arrived. She eagerly sent a pic but I was horrified. The display was supposed to come with 12 strawberries but guess they got hungry during the delivery because one was missing. The work was also poorly done. Not at all what I would expect from this company and will think twice before ordering again.
Probably the worst experience I experienced with edible arrangements!!!! Scheduled my pick up for after 130 with the w lake Houston one! I get there at 230 and had to wait til 330 to get the Valentine chocolate covered strawberries with the bear and balloons! Waited a hr! And they didnt the 3 foil Valentines balloons! I had to settle for a random I love you balloon! The worse! Ridiculous!!!
I urgently wanted to celebrate my mom and needed some beautiful flowers. I found this place online because it was close to where she lives. I sent in my order in the morning, and they called me afterwards to let me know that the certain flowers I selected were ready. They were able to deliver the flowers at my moms place and this really made her day! Would definitely recommend!

I love Edible Arrangements! EVERY TIME I buy from Edible Arrangements... I am never disappointed. They usually deliver earlier in the day than later. The strawberries/fruit are fresh and in perfect condition. Once, I ordered strawberries from another company for my moms bday and the strawberries looked like they got in a fight and lost - they were all cracked and sweaty. So now I know, I will always order strawberries from Edible Arrangements!
This store has horrible customer service. The lady was very unfriendly and she did not seem to want to help me. I needed a fruit basket for a special occasion and her horrible customer service made me leave and go to nothing Bundt cakes. This is very disappointing and I will not be coming back to edible arrangements again.

Horrible! I went there to pick up my order which was supposed to be 2 dozen chocolate covered fruit and a half dozen of chocolate covered strawberries. I looked in my bag and was missing a dozen. So the man said they would make it for me while I wait. I waited 20 minutes and while I was another man was also waiting for part of his order they left out. The girls at the desk had to keep calling the manager to talk to phone customers about their complaints. I finally got my order and next day gave them away only to find out they were not strawberries but bananas. So I called and was told I could come back and they would make it for me. No way am I going back there. Just horrible place.
I missed my gift that was delivered to my door, they left a door hanger with information about the gift and place of business. I called them and since it was 15min till close they were kind enough to let me swing by and pick up my gift. The gift was chocolate covered fruit and several balloons, everything was in its place and very delicious!

I placed my order online, thousands of miles away from Texas, but I was able to choose from a large variety of options and trust the product would be fresh and delicious when delivered & they did great! My order was on time and looked like the picture of what I ordered (as we all know sometimes that does not always happen with online shopping in general). My recipient was thrilled with their treats and I was thrilled with the experience and ease of ordering.
I am a valuable and repeat customer of edible arrangements. I usually order from their stores for every special occasion and holiday, but I will no longer be doing so after today. I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift for my man Feb 5th for delivery on February 14th. By 6pm it still had not arrived, so I called the store and the employee assured me that it was on the truck and would be delivered tonight. Come 10pm it has still not arrived and my loved one is left without a special gift on this special day. I hope it at least arrives tomorrow but I will not be ordering from them again unfortunately. So sad because I love their arrangements very much.

My daughter has been sad lately and on Tuesday I placed a order for a dozen chocolate strawberries and a few balloons. I told her she had a surprise coming . All day Friday she waited. I called multiple times, and was forwarded to VM and of course it’s full.... I’m out 80 dollars and the joy those would have brought my daughter... never again will I use a edible arrangement company... sherry berries from now on. I called and they issued a refund but never received an apology, very sad.
I order from the Humble store every month. My friends really enjoy the fruit platters, so healthy and delicious. I decided to treat myself as I fell in love with the carmel apple bites in a cup and carmel apple. The sweet/salty combination is a winner.

Ordering online is extremely quick and easy and they keep you updated throughout the entire process, until delivered! The fruit is always fresh and tastes absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!!

I want to be fair and state that I have ordered from Edible Arrangements before at different locations and never had any issues. I am writing this review based off the horrible experience and service I reviewed from the West Lake Houston location. This location was a nightmare to deal with and I will NEVER order from this store again. I had placed an order that never got delivered. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation order number that was suppose to allow me to track the status of my order. The online tracking never worked and it kept stating the same thing. I grew concerned about my order and called. The gentleman that answered my call told me they were “super busy with orders and understaffed” and proceeded to tell me not to worry and that my order was out for delivery and that the online tracking wasn’t working. Needless to say, the order never arrived. I was upset and called back the following day early in the morning. When I called to inform them they didn’t apologize and only said they could give me a refund or try sending the order again. I spoke to the manager and she argued with me about how there was a pandemic and people dying and I was worried about my order not arriving. They put me on hold over and over and kept getting different people on the phone to deal with me and all told me different things. I wasn’t asking for any hand outs and had no issue paying but was upset that they told me the order would be sent out again at no charge and then when I called back to ask about the order the manager yelled at me and told me, “ Lady you got your money back why would you think you could get an order for free.” Lastly, the order never got sent and the manager told me to make sure when I left this bad review to include that I got “ my money back” and they refused to give me their names or the number to their corporate office.

Waited all day for a surprise my husband, he told them my business hours and they said that wasnt a probably. Had they told him it wasn’t guaranteed be delivered by that time he would have ordered from another one closer to my house and had it sent there. People at the store were sooooo rude and no help. The forward all the calls to their voicemail probably because they got tired of hearing all the complaints because they have bad customer service and lack of communication. The only person that communicate with my husband was the delivery guy and I appreciate him. Didn’t get my delivery until almost 9 at night when I’m already in bed but I appreciate the delivery guy for delivering after hours and making sure I received my valentines. NEVER GOING TO BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE LOCATION AGAIN.
Ordered the bunny assorted fruit platter for my daughters birthday. It was beautifully done. However the fruit didnt taste ripe.The pineapples and strawberries were barely sweet. The apples and grapes were ok.But for $54.99 plus tax I expect the fruit to all be ripe and sweet. Not barely there taste wise. Not sure if its just this location or what. Ive got them from the spring tx location and they were amazing.
The driver went ABOVE & BEYOND to find the person I sent the arrangement to. I really appreciate how diligent the delivery person was and the recipient of the arrangement was even more happy to receive their gift! Superb service & magnificent product!
I usually use this location because theyre close to my moms job and theyve delivered on their side everytime. I appreciate their tactics. In and out in a foul swoop. Shes always surprised and always enjoys them because their fresh and delicious. Since she doesnt share, I have an arrangement delivered to my place from time to time. Theyre a nice treat, and its easier to get my kids to eat fruit. A++

They went above and beyond when I needed a fruit arrangement at the last minute a few months back. They had it ready within 30 minutes and it was amazing. Not only that the gentleman that works there loaded it in my truck for me. I will definitely be going back.
No communication from store at all, waited until my wife got off work (a school) until they attempted delivery. Service phone is a cellphone which goes straight to voicemail, hope you dont have any trouble with your order like I did because theres no one to help you out. Customer service said they cant fix issues only help with making orders so they couldnt help, basically ruined the day.

Then instead of making me go in she walked me thru it over the phone to make sure it went through and she took it from there. Paid for a valentine gift well in advance and they call me at the end of the day after I have been trying to call a store that doesnt have a voicemail set up to even leave a message. At least they are giving me a refund. 1 star for the refund.
I ordered a box of goodies for a co-worker that started a new job. I got a call from the delivery driver saying the address I typed in led her to an abandoned lot. I let her know that I got the address from google and I asked where she was by. She rudely answered me “ANN ABANNDON LOT BY 1960!” She just seemed extremely bothered I gave her the number to my co-worker so she could give her accurate directions since I was driving. This ruined the surprise but I just didn’t want to deal with her attitude. I didn’t enjoy her tone of voice & it was really unprofessional. I’ll make sure not to ever order from here again.

Well my Boyfriend ordered me chocolate strawberries from this store. I opened them the next day after sitting in the freezer.. they were molded, tried calling the store phone rung once and hung up. This place is horrible.

Horrible customer service ever! I ordered to boxes of strawberries, when I got there to pick them up the man stated he cancelled my order cause someone called that he “assumed” was me which it wasn’t! I asked him did he get the name of the person he said no. Well I asked why didn’t you verify the name, address, or phone number on the order, & he stated once again he “assumed” it was me. I asked well did the number show on the caller id of who canceled it he said, “yes” and I told clearly my number is on the order online & as you can see it doesn’t match. Then all he could say was you might need to call your bank cause someone might have your information. No sir it was poor customer service on your end because instead of assuming you should of just said like every other customer service would say when a customer is canceling an item is “May you please verify the name on the order”! WORSE PLACE EVER!!
Someone ordered one of these for my bday last week. I was not home for the delivered and the delivery person left me a message with instructions to pickup from the store. I went to the store and my order was not back yet. The employee tried to see when the delivery person would be returning but I was told to come back later. No- this store is more than 30 minutes from my house. Im not making a SECOND TRIP. Later on I received a message to call them back for redelivery- heres why Im frustrated. The employee could have asked me WHEN I WAS AT THE STORE for a good redelivery time the following day. This all could have been solved right then. The back and forth was ridiculous and in the end I never got my birthday gift and dont know who sent it. What a shame. I wont be using this location at all.

I am hoping there is only 1 location in Humble. I live in CT and was having something delivered to my in laws. The driver was amazing. Their dog was out. He called me. He waited on the phone while I called my husband for him to call his family. He beeped a couple of times. Finally my father in law came out. Afterwards he called me back just to tell me that an older gentleman and gave his name received the packet. If I had been there I would have given him a cash tip. He was so nice and patient!!! Was willing to go back. Left a vm with the house before calling me. Thank you Mr. Driver Man!

I ordered an arrangement for my MIL for her bday, not only did I NOT receive notice it wasnt delivered, I was treated so freakin rudely by whomever called me this morning when I filed a complaint, basically called me a liar cause i didnt receive an email.. i thankfully left the tab open on my computer to find the order number cause I didnt even get confirmation email of the darn order and yes I checked spam as the rude lady on the phone thought I didnt.. and that my almost $70 order wasnt that big a deal cause they fulfill larger orders anyways cause I requested a refund, like really? I could order your largest order if I wanted, you dont know what people can and cant afford.... Yea I got my refund and was going to let it go and chalk it up to a bad experience... but hours later I received a call from my MIL they called her to tell her she will not get an arrangement cause I requested a refund and basically called her a liar as well about the door note.. like who does that? She was so upset, which made me further upset.. First and Last time I will ever use this service... better off just going to the local grocery store. Unless you like just wasting money and time, feeling like you failed on important dates to loved ones cause she likes little things like this, having your family almost in tears, and having the ball dropped, I do not recommend at all.

This was the second year that my wife had a gift from this location. Some of the fruit was already bad when we picked it up. We had to tell our daughter in-law not to spend money at this location again as both years the quality of the fruit was poor.
I will never order from them again. The strawberries I ordered looked like they came from someones back yard. They were so small it wasnt worth the 66.00 or more I paid. I could have went to somewhere else, also the lady that answered the phone was nasty and rude on the day of delivery. I asked her did she know what time it would be delivered since it was already close to 3pm on February 15th my husband leaves normally at 3:30 she told me by time the business closes. I really thought that was rude just lucky husband had a meeting that lasted but they didnt show up until a little after 4pm. This is real bad business, I was not impressed and very disappointed, last year the gentlemen was so nice and the strawberries were a nice size. I will not recommend anyone to this business. They need to do customer services training, this was the day after Valentines Day and they were horrible.

This location is horrible! The last few arrangements I have received from them were rotten. My strawberries had mold on them after 1 day. The chocolate dipped strawberries were soggy and runny. Their customer services is non-existent - if you call plan on being on hold for at least 15 minutes! This location needs a new owner/manager FAST!

I love edible arrangements, but this particular location has terrible service and poor communication between the owner, the employees and the customers. They are also unwilling to make simple changes in order to please their customers.In ny particular situation, I wanted my strawberries dipped in white chocolate instead of regular chocolate for my anniversary. I placed the order in advance and was told this wouldnt be a problem. On the day of delivery I got a phone call saying they werent allowed to change the dip for the order. I asked them to call the manager or owner and ask if itd be okay even if I paid extra and they refused. Although I got my refund, thanks to their lack of flexibility and delayed response I didnt get anything for my anniversary.
I ordered from Chicago and was a little nervous that the fruit wouldnt be fresh, or delivered. My nephew was not only surprised but he really enjoyed it.

They dont take pride in their work or delivery process they completely ruined the day with their lack of communication.
