Target is the best place to find everything you need at lower everyday prices, and the savings with Target Circle make it even better. Not only that, the store is very friendly and customer-oriented. I love going to Target and this Target is one of the ones on my high list. Thumbs up!

Always have positive experiences at this location. We’ve used drive up, pick up and regular shopping and always seem to find what we need and more. The store is always kept nice and clean as well. I’ve added some pics of random displays in their store for others to see. I will continue to use them as my main target going forward.

OMG where do I start. The professionalism and efficiency displayed here by Reyna (Queen), Kendall and Daniel was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had the opportunity to have. I absolutely loved this team. From order selection and problem solving, I was truly impressed.

Target, you need to assign someone to oversee the electric chairs and ensure that all shoppers enjoy their experience. I went in with good spirits and ready to shop.... Very disappointed to find out two of three electric chairs had dead batteries. So I had to sit and wait at the eatery for my daughter to do her shopping. I can totally understand them all being in use, but not unavailable due to not checking them periodically.Shopping elsewhere today, no wonder Amazon making a killing.

Target in Humble is terrible I was there yesterday and my purchase came out to $236 and I swiped my card and it took $161 off my card but went back to a screen like I never paid four times and the managers at Target pretty much said that it was my problem and I have to call my card company. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told he is doing more important things right now and dont have time to come talk to me. I was left standing there for over 45mins before I got upset and left and called the corporate office. I am very disappointed because I liked shopping at target but as of right now they have still stolen 645.45 cents from my kids mouths. The team leader Aldo and his supervisor John were very rude I would not recommend this store to anyone if you want good customer service!!!!!!!

I love this location and this is really weird but there is an employee who works there who I think is very attractive. If he has a girlfriend excuse me but he has long curly hair and usually stands at the front by the carts. Sometimes my target trips can be awkward because he’s just standing there and I want to approach him but I’m very awkward hahaha ... /:

Nice store. I visit here often and enjoy my shopping experience but the register experience sucks. Everytime I need to check out there is only like 4 registers open and it is always during the busiest times. The layout of the store is a bit confusing, but not horrible.

I usually do not do surveys, but the cashier that assisted me was VERY patient and kind. I was with a friend and we did multiple transaction, witch would usually automatically make cashiers angry . He was not bothered very professional and answered questions I may have ! Customer service at its finest !

I stopped into Target on Friday after work to pick up a couple of things for my son’s birthday party this weekend. I had some trouble locating one item because the layout of this store is different than the one I usually frequent. I stopped an employee named Raul to see if he could help me find it.He made me feel like I was bothering him for even asking. Instead of trying to help he asked if I checked the app first to see if we had it in stock. Raul said it wasn’t his department and didn’t know which aisle it was on. I found he was pretty condescending and it wasn’t worth it to roam around looking for it on my own.Whenever I do stop in at this location there are so many nice employees, but I was really surprised and turned off by his demeanor.

Curbside is so nice and wonderful after ordering in the target app. Target has a terrific collection and even Target exclusives of Star Wars collectibles. Target has such a high quality, I’m not sure how it should be classified. Terrific!

Like all targets, I love the store. I just wish the self check out was bigger, the registers are really close to each other. When I run in I’m not getting much, only things I can hold on my hands or a small basket. Since COVID i prefer self check out but everyone is extremely close to each other so I avoid this store if I’m in humble. They also seem to get built up like which seem strange for a target.

I love Target. The aisles are wide. The store is clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. It doesnt have 100% of everything I want, especially in groceries but I still love it.

This location is well maintained. I go here a few times. The lady at the front Nie was very kind. I was assisted directly to where the items that I needed were. Her work ethic definitely shows that this Target knows how to treat their customers!

Drove all the way from Louisiana to find a specific item. Had no issues at any other Target along the way when it comes to their “price match guarantee”. Manager refused to even discuss why this specific store would not honor policy. My issue was unresolved. Highly recommend the Atascocita location 5 miles away, way better service.

A lot of items were out of stock but I guess thats expected right now.

The shoe department (just like any other Target Ive been to) was the one that was disorganized. I wouldnt blame the employees too much because there was a lady trying to clean up. The customers are the ones that come through there like a stampede and just throw stuff back in the shelves like if they live there.

Update: The boxes in the dollar spot just sat on the flatbed a week. The next time I checked it, they were barely, barely putting stuff out and really just lollygaging so I left. If they see you trying to shop the dollar spot, they will take their sweet time about stocking the shelves. This Target is greedy and just sorry. Please do yourself a favor and go to the other Target on the other side of 1960. Any Target has to be better than this one. Also, they wont put out cleaning supplies. They wouldnt IF they had it.Unfortunately this is the closest Target to me. If you are a teacher or just looking to browse the Dollar Spot you will be very disappointed most of the time. Like today. I went early and the boxes were just sitting in the Dollar Spot. A lot of good that will do anyone. I called later that day to find out they were STILL sitting in those boxes. Last year, they wouldnt even put the stuff out.

Curbside pickup experience was very quick, easy, and convenient. I will definitely use their drive up service again.

It is 5 days before Christmas and they literally had one lane open. Apparently they think that having self checkout counts as having lanes open?UPDATE (2/19/17): Today I went into the store (a Sunday morning) and they literally had NO checkouts open, minus four self checkouts. Apparently they have decided this is the way the store will be.

We were very disappointed in this Target store. It was difficult to get around on a handicap scooter. Things were cluttered, so it was hard to maneuver. The store is poorly organized, so we had to go all over trying to find the items we needed. When we were ready to check out, there were only three lanes open (nine days before Christmas), so the lines were very long. The cashier did not speak to us at all. The only positive thing was the young man sanitizing the carts at the door!

Multiple reasons. Associate was very friendly, courteous, and professional, which is so very important during this quarantine, especially when youre otherwise isolated. Very quick, convenient, and safe. So nice seeing a smiling face (through the eyes & body language, though behind a mask).

Always have what I need

Good place, somewhat limited selection, otherwise its a fast run.

Low inventory and limited items despite being such a large store. Cannot find anything actually needed. The very few self checkout lanes are too close together in a confining square space not very social distancing at all.

I place a lot of orders online and do curbside pick up. The staff is quick and friendly.

Its a nice store with nice people working there. They are very LGBTQ friendly even to the transgender community. Im just started transition to female and needed new clothes but didnt know what size exactly. So one of the employees helped me pick out some pants. Very helpful employees they will go out of there way to find something in the store for you.

I just loved the speedy drive thru & customer service. I had an issue with a promotional item I didnt receive at the time of purchase, and they were able to honor it after the holidays. They truly made my day!

The ease of finding what I wanted on line, especially the isle numbers. I used the store pick up. It couldnt have been smoother.

Missing item and Im trying to call store 6times and no answer

Just came for flu shots but didn’t work out. Went shopping and our tomato’s disappeared out of our basket along with my grandmas umbrella. Someone stole. The umbrella was close to my grandmas purse. This has angered me so much, never coming back here.

I would recommend everyone to go to Target because it’s my favorite store. They’re always so clean and are so polite.

Placed an order and of course the item is no longer available but the hold is still on my bank acct. I tried calling all the options given by their recording to ask a simple question. I’m frustrated at this point with a ringing phone and no answer from staff. Now I remember why I don’t do online shopping much less order from Target!!!!!

Shopping here is great for those who like a more calming atmosphere. Not too expensive, nor too cheap, just like it should be. Not very many registers are open but I do get the idea as to why. But anyway, shopping here is simple and nowhere near any hassle. Items are ogranized and are kept that way by the staff, which also give excellent customer service. Please stop by, you wont regret it.

The store is nice but you can never ever get anyone to answer the phones! I spent a total of 3 hours and 36 calls at various times with not one single answered call. That is beyond ridiculous. The only way youll get anyone on the phone is to call corporate.

I noticed that this store did not have mask or gloves for their employees like other stores, I didnt see any wearing them. I feel they should provide some to keep us the customers safe as well as the employees.

This target has the most disrespectful staff. The management staff is so disrespectful to their customers and even to their employees. Went in asking to return an outfit that I had a receipt to. The manager told me that I can’t return it. I had the receipt and the tags where still on. When the staff member was done with her customers she came over. The manger stated to her that she can do something else since she was done with me. I told her but I wanted to return this items and I know I can return it. When the staff member said she could do it she was told to go on break. I left and had my husband come back and do the return an hour later with the team member. Worst experience ever. They need new management and better customer respect for their customers.

I want to compliment Ryan in the pharmacy. He is so personable. I was very impressed that he knew every person that was in line by name. He explained the medication I picked up for my mother, whom he knew and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do. I mentioned him to my mother and she said that he is the reason she uses the pharmacy there and not one closer home. What a great asset on the Target team!

Because of the great and friendly customer service I received at the store. Today of your employees went beyond and I want you to know how much I appreciate them. Their names are Chelsea, Denise and Pat. Chelsea helped me in the food section by the drinks to locate an item. Denise helped me in the electronics department. Pat was my cashier.They all made my Target run special. Thank you for have such wonderful employees. I almost forgot you have the best door greeters also.

I’ve had the WORST experience not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES with this cashier (old white lady that has a neck brace on.) My 6 year old daughter even knows we don’t check out with her anymore because she is so rude! And it seems to be only with Hispanic people because I’ve seen her be a completely different person when she is assisting people of her same race.

Pulled up and literally Target employee was walking out with my order before I even put car in Park! Very polite and prompt. Awesome experience.

I am constantly placing orders through this target for pick up or drive up. It amazes me how quickly they can put my orders together for me. One of my orders was ready in 6 minutes of me placing the order. This is by far my favorite target location!

I like that Target supports the community; but the Target in Humble is consistently understaffed. On the day after Thanksgiving, the store was extremely busy, and there were only 5 checkout lanes open. There were 5-6 people waiting in every lane. I try to avoid this Target store because this is consistently a problem; usually there are only 2 checkout lanes open, and the self-serve registers are often broken. Thats poor service and poor management.

I really enjoy my visit to the Kingwood Target it’s always very clean and the staff is friendly.

I shop here quite often and I have always enjoyed my experience.The shopping carts are in good working order, Ive never had an employee make me feel as if I were an inconvenience and the store is always clean and well maintained. Ive always found what I came for and even some things I didnt come for.The bathrooms are hit and miss for cleanliness and stock but if its brought to someones attention, it gets rectified very quickly.Register lines move quickly and the cashiers are always friendly - even suggesting ideas and items to make the ideas work.Its much nicer and a more peaceful experience to shop at Target. Especially at this location.

It always seems under staffed. Black Friday has 4 registers open! The store itself is nice, but the lack of open registers on a regular basis is annoying.

I had a pleasent experience. I pretty much walked the whole store. I do kinda wish this location had the fresh pop popcorn that it use to have. This particular Target has a different setup than most but is still very nice.
