We Love this Place. Melt in your Mouth when Hot & Fresh. We drive from Magnolia to HWY 6 & the location was closed, then we drove to Humble while some were doubting being worth the almost 2 hr drive, but after the 1st bite they were Happy we did

Worth every mile and every penny. We drive 90 minutes to our nearest, and always a highlight of a trip to Houston. Nothing beats those beautiful, sweet, fluffy dough pillows rings as they dissolve in your mouth. Look for the Red Light and anticipate confection perfection!

Service is ok but they hardly ever do the hot and fresh anymore. I just stick to glazed. The other donuts are fair to Midland but glazed are pretty good. The price is also pretty high. I paid almost $12/dozen. My advice is, if theyre not doing hot n fresh, just stick to mom and pop donut shops.

Great service. Loved the quality of the different variants of donuts. The floor inside of the building was very sticky when moving my feet to walk. However, my experience was satisfactory at this donut shop. Lots of donuts available.

Glad they were open on Easter because I wanted special Easter donuts. They were minis with cute icing, though very sugary. The service was quick and convenient at the drive-thru.

So we stopped because the light was on. We come in and ask for a dozen hot and fresh. They take our money and tell us it will be a couple of minutes.... Then 10 minutes later we ask whats going on and they tell us it will 15 to 20 min... Who the hell waits 30 min for donuts... Leave your light of till they are ready and dont mess with peoples emotions!

They had a frozen lemonade that was made but the customer decided to leave it. They offered it to me. I asked how much. They gave it instead of throwing it away. This is why I keep coming back to this Krispy Kreme. Great service!!

My donuts 🍩 (6 glazes, 3 lemon filled, and 3 custard filled) were not to my liking. First of all, they were all super cold. Secondly, I do understand that making hot donuts were stopped at 11:00AM; however, there is no way donuts could be stiff and cold only ONE hour (12:18PM) later. Thirdly, the lemon filled donuts had only about 1/2 or less of lemon filling in side of it. All in all, my spending $16 for donuts (not fresh) and mocha ☕️ coffee was a bummer and ruined my Sunday morning.When I went back through drive thru to ask “why are the donuts 🍩 so super cold and were they recently baked?” I was informed that the store was just super cold so donuts 🍩 get cold really quickly and they had just stop making hot donuts at 11:00AM. To me, that doesn’t necessarily mean you sold me the latest or last fresh batch. Anyways, I want be wasting my time driving to get donuts from this location again.Solution: please refund my money

This is the second time we have had an issue. The first time we asked for dozen of glazed the young man charged us for assorted dozen and gives us an assorted box and we gave it back asked for a refund with an attitude he got someone to come and refund us told us the refund was processed and closed the window. This morning we stopped because the HOT AND READY light was on tried to order and apparently they only have whats on the board not whats on the online menu we are new to the area and did not know that but the lady taking the order rudely let us know we cant ask for whats online only whats in front of me. The attitude we have received both visits is ridiculous and poor customer service. If they are going to be rude and condescending why even go to go. sadly we will not be returning to this location. Should have learned after the first time.

Closed during business hours, too lazy to work until closing time. Service too terrible to even be able to judge. Showed up at 9:55 pm and their sign says they close at 11.

We were bummed that the red light was on, and we didnt get a free donut. They dont do they anymore as a company. But the donuts are still delicious, and melt in your mouth. They always have a wide variety, and very unique flavors.

Always have a great experience when visit one of these stores. Unfortunately for me, the closet store to be is about 3 hours away so I dont get them nearly enough. Remember, when they are cold, just heat it in your microwave for 8 seconds and they are just like fresh!

Worst Krispy Kreme Ive ever visited, and Ive visited them as far away as Istanbul. After driving 45 minutes to get to it, and despite its hours being listed as open until 11 PM, as I pulled into the lot at 9:05 PM, they killed all the lights. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited. I could see the employees inside the store. Waited some more. Politely tooted the horn a couple times. The employees would just glance over at me and turn away.Finally, a girl came over and told me they had no donuts. I guess it never occurred to them to...uh...make more donuts. Unreal. :(

Got there at 10:39pm and they turned off the lights while I was in the drive thru. Hours say they are open until 11:00pm. Please change your hours online to avoid people driving out there. Thank you.10/24/21

No longer doing business with the shop in Humble, haven’t been in awhile and there was one bite of custard and 2 bites of jelly inside 2 FILLED donuts. They should be FILLED, especially for the price you charge. You are skimming your customers and I don’t know if on purpose or not. Buyer beware. Go somewhere else for your filled donuts or you will be disappointed.

I was so excited that this location was open until 11pm everyday- I drove up at 10:20, the hot sign was on but the employees had all the lights off and were cleaning up. They literally all ran to the back when I pulled in the parking lot 🙄

We’ve tried to visit this location twice in the last two weeks. The first time, they were closed during business hours with no sign posted or anything so there was a line of people just trying to figure it out.Today, when it was our turn to order, the woman running the drive through was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

We drove out 2 hours to come to the nearest location. This one. Not only was the inside closed but they were out of donuts and there was very rude drive through worker. I’m very upset that we told our kids about the variety of donuts and had them excited for this experience that did not happen.

At this visit I came to pick up an online order. (Which was delicious 😋) I was greeted by who I presume to be the manager who told me they had power issues the day before so, their cake batter/yeast batter (I cant remember now) was a bit behind schedule.We had a great conversation while I waited for my order, which is not typical (waiting) when you place an online order.Great customer care and service.

I ordered and iced caramel mocha and I expected it to be cold and iced... when I took a sip of it, it was like warm and other parts were hot. I am not a picky person but the drink was not drinkable... but for the price of the drink it should have been much better

I went to this location. I was highly disappointed. I have never received a dozen of glazed donut that had no icing and dry a hell. I thought I was at Shipleys. I will not be returning there again. This is unacceptable. A waste of money. The donuts looked as though the they have been in the sun and the ice evaporated.

The hot chocolate was not good but the cinnamon sugar donut was great though. Just wished they used milk for the Hot chocolate rather than water. It would taste so much more better.

Great donuts. Just wish they were a bit fresher then they were. Waited 30 minutes in line which placing an app order would have been faster but the app didnt offer any of the special pumpkin flavors . It was unclear how to pick up with only the drive thru open so I just stayed in line. The line was a little long but it did move. Overall I will be back.

Drink machine was down, but took my order and everything like it was working. Told me its been down for a while when I asked why I didnt get my drinks.I would have gone elsewhere instead of waiting in line in the drive through.

Drive through could not get my order correct so I had to go inside. Once inside order was taken quickly and customer service was great!

Missed the hot and now but the flavor is still good right off the shelf!! So glade to have Krispy Kreme in Humble!! Know we dont have to drive clear across Texas to get so Krispy Kreme donuts! My wife being from Alabama was raised on them. Me being from Texas never knew they existed, but I have enjoyed the different flavor and texture and nice to see the conveyor system in action as the doughnuts are coated. The kids seem astounded as the get to watch the process!!

I then looked up the nearest donut shop but then I remembered...we dont settle for less than the best even though we moved away from the area where the best donut shop is. Side note: check your maps before you volunteer to drive anywhere...it might be forty minutes away(without traffic) IJS. Soooo, as we take this wonderful EIGHTY minute trip while thinking delicious thoughts we finally get to our destination only to be munchy broken by turned off lights...plus its almost an hour before closing....whaaaaat...lesson: everyone wants the deliciousness and the early bird gets the donuts...TBC...Weeeell...today is the day. Get our hot donut ready...please and thank you.

I just had the ice coffee it was really good

I NEVER write reviews, but after multiple bad experiences I just have to. This location is falling apart. Have been 5 times in the past 3 weeks trying to get the new limited time Smores doughnuts at various times. One time I made the drive out (about 35 minutes) and the store was closed at 8:30am with just notes on the door. Every single time besides that, they are sold out or only have 1 or 2 left of the Smores. The time that they had 2 available, they were so small, half the size of a normal doughnut. They NEVER have an assortment anymore. Just a few basic types. No where near the assortment that is posted on the website. I get that they cant carry every single one all day long, but every time they have 6 maybe 7 different types. Never any cake/old fashions, rarely blueberry, never any maple anymore, it just chocolate iced, with and without sprinkles, cream filled, maybe a birthday cake or oreo but thats getting lucky. Got a glazed dozen a few weeks ago and the doughnuts were half the normal size as well. Should have looked at the box before walking away because I would have refused them with how small they were. The full dozen didnt even take up 3/4 of the box. Its a real shame that this place has gotten this bad because it used to be so good. Have reached out to corporate about the size and variety issues so hopefully this place gets turned around soon but will be avoiding it for a while.

First time there and lady in the drive thru was rude. She sighed when I was trying to place my order, didn’t say thank you. Not impressed with the lack of customer service.

Great service and the donuts were amazing as always. This time I tried a caramel mocha coffee and it was just as good if not better than starbucks. I will definitely be back there, if not for the donuts, it will definitely be for the coffee.

Bad customer service!! I was told that manager was running late, he’ll get there in 20 min. I told the girl I would wait but than I had a question that I did a mobile order and the girl ignored me, I literally try to get her attention many ways.. until manager got there, he took care of me. How awful to get your day started this way!! I honestly hope the manager will talk to her.

For now they get three stars. If you want 5stars Add Apple Pay at the drive through window. Makes it easier instead of me handing my card to so someone with no gloves on and having to waist a wipe to clean my card. Especially right now how things are.

Friendly staff. Sort of. They need more training when it comes to kids and their first time being there. Its fun to see how donuts are made but wheres the excitement if none are being made? Or offer to make mine fresh! But overall they were ok. They didnt recommend any new products, they just asked what we needed and put it in a bag. We paid and that was it. I was looking for something everyone has been raving about but the donut was really sweet. Needless to say.... the place is very clean inside and out. Restrooms were clean as well.

Just went there and there are no glazed, maple, or chocolate glazed donuts. The lady at the window said there won’t be any for the rest of the day and maple won’t be back til next week.

Our complete order was messed up we ordered hot donuts we got the cold ones we ordered the frozen lattes and the lady at the drive thru told me after I paid and she handed me our stuff that they dont have hot donuts because there was no light on and she gave us iced coffee instead of frozen because she said they was out of the frozen stuff. So instead of telling me this while I was ordering she just decided to make the next closes thing instead of asking me than when I asked for a refund for one of the drinks she was kind of rude.

This is my first time at Krispy Kreme and the staff was nice and sweet! I ordered 3 glazed doughnuts and a Oreo chiller and everything was fresh and good! As soon as I came to the window I was greeted. They handed me my doughnuts and when I took a bite of one of my doughnuts it was hot and fresh!! Going to pay another visit again!!

Ive been here several times, and sometimes I get good service, sometimes I dont. Worse than that, I used to work at KK years ago (another location), and the quality of doughnuts here is always mediocre--this would have never been acceptable at the location I worked at. The first time it happened I just thought I came on an off day, but it happens every time I get doughnuts here: the doughnuts are sloppily made, some of them taste like theyre from the previous day or about to go stale, and some of them have almost no flavor. Someone else said they would rather go to Shipleys than this KK and I almost agree with them; I would avoid this KK except for when their doughnuts are fresh. Hot now plain glazed doughnuts seem to be the only thing worth getting at KK these days.

Drove 35 minutes to Krispy Kreme for them to not have any glazed donuts! And it would take an hour for some do be ready. I mean seriously how do you let your product run out completely.... Before you start replenishing. Definitely disappointed

Worst customer service ever.I ordered online and paid for 2 dozens of donuts an amount of $31.42They shipped over just one. When I tried to contact the store to fix the issue, they never answered the phone. I called 10 times before I tried to reach out to Customer Service, and they just had me waiting on the line for the longest.This is just ridiculous, they pretty much robbed me and nobody cares.

Krispy Kreme donuts rock, we heard about them because my son told me they were giving free donuts if you get the COVID-19 vaccine so me, my husband and my brother in law were there and yes it is true, they give you a free donut with your vaccination card and let me tell you it was the best in a long time, it was so warm and soft that it was melting in my mouth, gosh I loved it, definitely recommend this place and the service was good as well, so dont forget to go get you donut and enjoy it

Came today 02/14/2020 to pick up my Valentine Day conversation doughnuts for my wifey. She loves Krispy Kreme and she loved the conversation doughnuts. Pretty cool how krispy kreme came up with this and hopefully they continue cause it gained me some extra kisses. Neways pretty good service from a Hispanic manager and very helpful. Very clean inside and out and it looks like they cleaned house and got some more appealing employees with better customer service and better attitudes. More of an up feeling in there...which is good. Hope it stays this way. Thank you Krispy kreme on 1960 for great service and some delicious doughnuts...i recommend this location!!!

It shows theyre open till 11 on Google they closed at 10 I arrived a few minutes after 10 and explained to them that when I searched them it said they were still open or I would have been there sooner but the woman had an attitude and was very rude.

Donuts are good. Their espresso machine was apparently “not working” and the regular coffee I ordered was literally room temperature. The cashier had a pretty terrible attitude as well. No thanks.

Donuts are okay, drive thru service has been rude 3 out of 3 times weve been there, will not go again. Also, they close at 10pm on all days (Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) except on Fridays (11pm) and Saturdays (11pm).

Worst place ever never took my order drive thru waited 15 minutes didnt get a response then when I went to window didnt have what I wanted customer service really sucks here so sad.

I’ve been to this new krispy cream twice and both times this place has been dirty . There is sugar and paper on the floors and the floors are sticky . The table, counters and windows have smears all over them . I hope you can see the smears on the pictures I post . I am very disappointed with this place who ever is running this place is doing a very very bad job . If this is how dirty the place is imagine how they are keeping the cooking area

Super bad they have a new flavor and they never have it.They also never have the lemonade. They never have the orginal doughnuts hot.The employees have bad attitude. And ridiculously they do not give napkins. I put one star because their is not a option to put zero stars.

Not the worst, but customer service needs to improve. I was then only customer and the lady took my order of only two hot chocolates,she left and did not return. The other employees were nowhere to be found. After about 15 min another girl came inside the store and started working on donuts, then 5 minutes later a man came in and started working with cash register,but no one knew why I was there. I signal the employees and pointed at my watch and the guy just signal me back saying it was coming. A lady finally appeared with two hot chocolates and advised that they didnt have any cup sleeves and that it was really hot. I had been waiting for a while,so I just grabbed them really quick. They did apologize for the delay and the cup sleeves, so at least they recognized theyve could have done better.
