Could barely get anyone to help us. Bad customer service.

Paid $7.00 for a carwash on 3/1/18 but the automatic carwash was broken. Contacted the store at 12:47pm on the same day, a lady answered the phone, I told her the situation and was immediately hung up on! I tried calling back numerous times but received no answer. This is very poor, poor service! I always stop and get gas from this store but not anymore. I will start going to the gas station across the street, hopefully their employees are far more professional.
