This store has really gone down over the years! The parking lot is full of trash all the time. This place could benefit from a good pressure wash.

Abysmal customer service. Somehow even worse photo center service.This Walgreens needs all the help it can get. Ive placed the exact same order twice today for the same banner. It would appear that the photo center is either perpetually backed up and/or this store location has zero priority on fulfilling orders. My first order was not ready after 2 hours (which is when the manager felt that canceling my order to free up some responsibility was the proper response.). 5 hours passed between the confirmation of my second order and when I walked in to pick it up. The staff had STILL not even looked at my order.So here I am.. standing in front of the register, waiting for my banner to print... being blessed by the music of 3 different employees arguing over how to use the banner printer. Theres almost no chance Im going to pay for this one. But theres a 100% chance Ill never use this Walgreens Photo Center EVER AGAIN.

My husband went to get his second vaccine I called the store to see if the store required an appointment after listening to the automated system it stated no appointment required walk-in welcome. I also proceeded to call the store and ask someone and the young lady that answered was asked by myself can you walk-in for the Covid vaccine and her reply was yes, I said thank you and she said you’re welcome. As we arrived to the store we were told by the pharmacy staff that we could not get the vaccine because of no appointment. I advised her that we called and when you call the store it states walk-ins welcomed. We asked to speak to the manager who seemed to think the entire situation was funny and stated we go go back to the pharmacy but if they said no then I don’t know what to tell you. The worst customer service ever and I don’t understand why this store is not on the same page from am staff to pm staff I am very upset that my husband could not get his second vaccine with people dying due to Covid and there store clearly stated no appointment necessary and the staff says the same thing!!

Im not from here, but I stopped by last night for some tattoo lotion and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Love this place!

This is the worst, slowest pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. We have issues every single time we come here. We get notification stating that our prescriptions are ready and we get here and they are not ready. I can’t stand this place

If i could give this location 0 stars i would. Horrible pharmacist that doesnt know how to communicate with people. Youre just a pharmacist not the Dr. The chinese lady is excellent but the white lady need to stock the coolers or get carts. Just horrible service, cvs hear we come.

Now I went in this Walgreens to get some sleeping pills due to working long hours in Healthcare and I felt stalked by the staff. I had my nursing uniform on. I knew I should have went to CVS.

Honestly its the best place Ive ever been to. Very nice/helpful staffs. . they are great.

Never use the photo printing there.I placed an order at 12:30 and they said by 1:30 should be done.7pm I call them and I’m told “we just got the canvas, we will have it done within the hour” and never heard back from them.At 11 I call the 1800 number and they tell me “they don’t have the canvas in store so they couldn’t do it” so they lied to me.I will never use Walgreens for photo services again.Horrible customer service experience.

Very embarrassed by the lady in the White Drs. coat, to just openly explain the nature of what my medicine was for. There were customers standing behind me in ear shot thats the reason you have a area that says Consultant. I had to stop her and say she already explained that to me. I think she need to understand the HIPPA law a little better and know that was unacceptable and very very unprofessional. Please speak to her so this dont EVER happen to another customer.

Slowest pharmacy ever, the black pharmacist lady plays with people prescriptions with astronomical wait times. Hours then delays it based on things they have on record already. She told me $180 for refill when i paid it was $60. She treats people who need pain meds substandard.Now the little asian pharmacist lady is top flight quick on the spot. 15 minutes if you sit there.

Found what I needed.

They do NO RESEARCH or ask questions, I dropped off my sons prescription REFILL and no one asked any questions on insurance even stated he would pick it up the next day to give them time to work on it and no call or text to indicate there were any issues. My son goes in today to get it and they try to charge him 450.00 bucks when he is double covered.. So I call and have to walk them through researching how he was able to get so many refills on insurance that has NOT changed in YEARS! My son had to get to work so now I have to make a third trip to pick up his medication because there staff is lazy. Even when I spoke to the pharmacist no remorse or good customer service for a mistake made by her staff. Such a shame.

Pharmacy has been having horrible service for the past yr now. When your medications are in, they don’t text or call. You have to call yourself to see if they are even ready, even if you sign up for text messaging. I went on Monday to pick up 2 medications and was told only one was ready and the other medication would be ready later. So by today which is Thursday I still had not heard anything so I decided to call. Now I’m being told there was never another medication.I told the person I was talking to that someone else had told me on Monday it was just not ready yet. She said she didn’t know what they were talking about, didn’t even bother to dig around more. So dumb. Can’t get their shit together. Changing pharmacies finally after being with them over 10 yrs.

Great photo and pharmacy services, I just wish they were 24hrs.

Google said they were open till midnight. I pulled into the parking lot at 10 pm and they rolled down the security gate. Im not even that scary looking!

They were open during Hurricane Harvey, still courteous and helpful. They will always have my business!

Poor service!!! I asked an employee if she could assist me on finding something and she just told me if we have it, itll be located where it should be. Smh. I mean Im asking for assistance so you can help me on finding the product. Also me and my homeboy came to apply inside the store, and it takes about 45 min so in the meantime I have to wait for him to finish and they dont even let me have a seat or anything. So I just have to wait patiently around the store. Would not recommend!

Pharmacist Valencia very unprofessional. I had to wait 3 days for them to tell me every single day that I tried to pick up my daughters asthma medicine that it was not ready and every time I went they acted like I had never dropped a prescription off . Finally I had enough and asked the pharmacist if there was anything she could do to speed up the delay and she just told me with a nasty attitude NO. I had no choice but to take my daughter RX elsewhere. It is very clear they do not care about customers health conditions.

Worst Pharmecy. Never enough staff. I was told it would be 15 min for Mucinex DM because your have to show your id. Then my daughter needed her asthma meds and they said it would be over an hr wait. I asked for it any sooner because she was already weezing and they said ok 30 min. Changing pharmecies immediately.

Photolab doesnt allow you to print off employee ID headshots since they look similar to passport photos. I offered to pay the passport photo price for them ($12 per 4x6) but still they refused saying the person needs to be present for passport photos. Explaining to them that the photos are not going to be used for passport requests fell on deaf ears.

Pharmacy DEPT are unprofessional incompetent and rude... I was told I could get the name of one my meds by one pharm tech and then after waiting on the phone for 30 mins I was scolded for even asking for the name of a drug due to HIPAA...so, yea I only deal with HEB now ✌🏾😎

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I normally deal with CVS but because my prescription and Doctor said I would receive a discount on my medicine at Walgreens, I went and was extremely disappointed. I spoke with four different people none were on the same page and did the bare minimum to solve any problems. I normally do not give reviews but I was So annoyed and disappointed that I had to. I give this particular Walgreens a Zero.

Do not do business with this location. Very unprofessional management (Valencia to be exact). Will no longer get my money and will be transferring my prescription to another facility.

The pharmacy is horrible. Poor customer service. The Pharmacy Manager needs to get her attitude in check, or not talk with customers. I don’t know if she realizes she comes across as rude. My husband prefers to go to the Walgreens Pharmacy on the other end of 1960 because he receives 5star customer service and he knows his prescription will be ready he gets there.

Bad customer service. Coming from the manager on duty, Robert. I was Goin into the store to purchase some halloween candy that was on sale. As I pull up to the cashier she seen how much candy I was getting. I asked is there was a limit because it sure didnt say anything in the ad. The Manger seen how much candy I had, then read the ad and seen that it didnt say there was a limit. He then looked up and said to me yes theres a limit. I was like wth? In the ad it doesnt say anything. Manager said well we can put a limit to anything we want to put a limit to. A girl that was there said she will buy some as a separate transaction. Manager then said no he refused for us to do separate transaction. Dont recommend this store at all.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy drive through. You wait & wait no one greats you. Then when you do get service its sub par. Every time I come the same thing. Walgreen Pharmacy Kenswick you should take notes from your competitor.

The worst pharmacy ever. I suggest no one come here to fill any prescriptions. I had to transfer my medication because they didn’t accept my insurance. So I had to call another pharmacy to get the prescriptions transferred and even that took a long time. Not only that, the other pharmacy had to call them multiple times to get the prescriptions. I was told that one of them couldn’t be transferred because it was controlled and that they would fill it there at Walgreens which was fine. I went the next day to pick it up and it wasn’t ready when they told me that it would be ready the day before. So now I have to wait another day for them to fill the medication…. Just a huge hassle. Employees are rude and unprofessional. The store is great… but pharmacy…. That’s another story. Don’t fill here, save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Bad attention for everything can never attend you well, they were wrong in my email to send me my photo and then they wanted to charge me again to take another one. Bad customer service.
