A1 did our sings. Had the concept and art already planned out so he got right on it and made it look AMAZING. Very good work. Definitely recommend.

I am VERY surprised by these reviews of A1 Signs & Graphics. I drove from Dallas to have Shayne spruce up my car. I couldnt be more happy with the work that was done. Matter of fact, I get compliments on it daily. I called to set up a day, but told Shayne that I would be coming from out of town and wasnt sure exactly what time I would be in town. I arrived right as Shayne was returning with his lunch. I was willing to wait, but he wasnt having it. He put his lunch down and got right to work. EXCELLENT customer service, EXCELLENT price, and EXCELLENT work!

I have had multiple things done at A1, from magnets and canvases for my wedding, to a tribute for my Mother when she passed, and I have received nothing but first class service from Shayne and his family. Had a horrible experience with this guy. Made an appointment on Saturday at 10:30. Didnt answer his phone. Never showed up. Wanted us to reschedule because he was not in the area. Wasted 3 hours of our time. He lost our business. Not sure how any owner can stay in business with that kind of service.

Unprofessional Business, Poor Customer Service!! Shayne did a wrap job on my truck over a year ago and when he intially quoted the job he told me that it would take 2 days, 2 days turned into 2 weeks. I was not happy with the work he did from the begining unfortunatly I just dealt with it due to the fact you couldnt see the enourmous amount of flaws from a distance. Well today 08/29/12 I called Shayne to see if he would release the file to me with the pattern that I had put on my truck due to the fact I had an accident with my truck and I needed to get the side of my vehicle fixed. I explained to him that I have friend that was going to print out the pattern for me and I physically was going to put the wrap on my self. Shayne said he would email me the file, well I got an email from Shayne saying I could have the file for $150, I tried calling him but Ironically he was unavailable, so I asked his receptionist to have him call me back. I then responded to his email and he told me I was unprofessional for wanting my file for free even though I paid $2500 for it. I told him before I paid him $150 I would take my truck somewhere else and pay to have the wrap removed and put back on and done correctly. I then recieved an email from Shayne threatening me saying I was all talk behind a computer and that he knows people that I have done work for and that if i did any kind of reviews/ complaints on him that he would slander me to. I feel for anyone that would EVER use this company!! I also will be turning in a complaint with the BBB.
