I got this bag for my gf. They embroidered it less than 30 min. It is great that they offer same day service. All other places asking for set up fee. This guy made the logo in 10 minutes and no setup fee. The logo came out amazing! Thanks for quick service.

Not friendly at all. Wanted something stitched and was very aggressive in his explanation of why he could not do it and would not even try. I would suggest to go somewhere else. I do not understand how this little shop has such high rating with such bad attitude.

VERY disappointed with the poor customer service and overall lack of professionalism from this business.I spoke to the individual that works this cart in the mall and he told me in advance that his hours for Christmas Eve, which is understandably hectic for everyone, were from 11 am to 6 pm.The day comes and he finally shows up, 10 minutes before noon with ALCOHOL on his breath and just as another reviewer mentioned, aggressively hassles me about wanting a long (nine-character) name embroidered onto my stocking because he says itll be smaller than I would want. Even if that was true, there are simple ways to circumvent this, depending on the font and how much youre willing to pay for an additional line of text. I know this because hes gone over this with me in the past.Instead of arguing this point, I relent and agree to shorten the name. Mind you, by the time he arrives there are 2 other patrons waiting to be assisted as well. I could be wrong, but I believe this is the real reason he was so hasty to the point of incompetence. If I hadnt specifically emphasized that I wanted certain colors and fonts, he wouldve just did whatever he wanted because he didnt ask those questions before attempting to dismiss me to address other patrons.I came to the mall solely for embroidery and after a few inconveniences and a blatant disrespect for my time due to the carelessness of the owner, I eventually got it. Ive always come here to have stockings embroidered in the past, but I wont be coming back. Good luck!

Very nice and polite guy. Did a perfect job on embroidering my family members birthday gift during the last moment. Meanwhile everywhere else is was either for tomorrow or not big enough of an order. Such a great place. I was able to get my little girls name put on her Minnie Mouse backpack just in time to start school. He even put a few extra stitches in the bow, so the ears would stand up straight. She was so excited when she opened her gift this morning, and even noticed her name. This place is reasonable and friendly. Will come here again.

I took my backpack and the guys show me fonts and help me with colors and he embroidered my backpack in 10 minutes. It was great that they do same day embroidery and great service. I’ll back with more items

Worked with two men there that were super sweet and helpful. They walked me through my options. I ended up picking what they thought was best in terms of size and font, and thy were spot on! No, no! Not professional! Went there 10am shop still covered, mall staff had to open/ take off cover then I waited long and no one showed! I left message, was called back and quoted price but priced was rudely changed when I made a special trip all the way back from home! The guy was rude and stern. No CUSTOMER service! He seemed upset that I wanted my own hat embroidered instead of buying a hat from him. I just left and wont go back. It seems like a bootleg business 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤨
