Super friendly and profesional staff

I stopped by to pick up two 25g water storage tanks to set up a saltwater mixing station for my aquarium. The lady was extremely helpful, she showed me right to the tanks in the size that I needed. Their website offered them with 3/4 bulkheads but she was able to install 1 bulkheads for me to match the PVC piping I already had, which was perfect!! The service was really quick too and everyone was friendly. Great place!

I had a bad experience because a of a single employee named WILL HE IS VERY TALL AND YOU CANT MISS HIM. He we very rude and condescending. I wasted 2 hours of my time because of a lack of consideration. He was very brief on the phone unlike his co worker Kenny.He made it clear I had to drive thirty minutes to get advice to his shop.Once I got there they asked if I used a garden hose on this pressure washer. I said yes, 100 foot hose. He said I burnt the motor, and referred me to by a new one from one of his friends and return the one I have.( this question could have been asked over the phone.) I returned and replaced the item, only to find it still won’t work with there tank.Kenny was extremely helpful, and Yvette was extremely helpful. However my experience changed when the product didn’t work on a gas pressure washer.I called for assistance and spoke to Kenny, he was very polite and helpful.His solution didn’t work for my gas pressure washer but did work for my electric pressure washer.I called back to get Kenny’s advice again like he told me to.

Walked in looking for something to store rain water in.There were so many tank options that were in stock.They have a very broad selection of tanks on hand.And they are willing to do what they can to help.

These people are knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Kenny will go out of his way to make sure you get what you need. I would definitely do business with them.

I was able to put a deposit down on my tank and then pay the rest when I was ready (they have an option for a payment plan too). I paid the remaining balance on a Monday, called Rene the next day in the morning around 9:30 am and my tank was delivered the same day around 1:30 pm! The delivery driver personally called me about where to make sure to place the tank and then sent me a text of the tank at my house. Sooo very satisfied with everything—cost, delivery, phone & email contact, and service.

Justin with Pro Tank made the process of finding my tank a breeze! They went the extra mile by adding a bulk head fitting, pre-bending the stainless steel straps and pressure washing the tank to ensure it was clean! This company knows how to go the extra mile.
