This was my first time trying the restaurant. We got the pulled pork sandwich and the classic ham. The young lady at the counter was friendly, quick to take my order and put it together herself. I also grabbed the Maui onion and zesty jalapeno chips. The ingredients were fresh and everything tasted amazing. Holy smokes the Maui chips are the bomb! They use Hawaiian sweet bread for their sandwiches, too. We will definitely be back to order a family meal soon.

Went to buy me, and my wife lunch, and ended up spending 150.00$. It was well worth it.Charlene was very helpful, and courteous.Definitely will be coming back

I liked the store a lot. It was clean and they had a verity of products to offer. The ham is very good and so was the sandwich of which I ordered.

I had to get a quick bite before a meeting and tried The Honeybaked sandwich and it was delicious! The staff here was wonderful and so friendly. Y’all go try this crazy tasty sandwich I highly recommend this location!

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would! Didnt have any of the items I ordered online and prepaid for. Then, cashier gives me attitude! Asked to speak with manager, got same funk from her. Asked for contact info for corporate offices because I dont want to argue. Got home, called number given for corporate, and its a nonworking number. Okay, cool. Now I will put my grievances in writing. What kind of manager does that?!

Gave 1 star because zero stars was not available picked up 1 lb sliced spiral ham and 1 lb of smoked turkey for thanksgiving paid 25.00 for 2 lbs. Both were dry and had no glaze unacceptable wont be back..

We always get our delicious spiral ham for Christmas here. We recently discovered they also serve lunch! The sandwiches were so good, weve been back a few times just for lunch! Definitely worth the price!

The counter young lady who took my order was great. She was pleasant and professional, however the young put together the order had a attitude and never confirmed how the order was to be done. She was about to possibly put my 2 sandwiches on wheat or rye bread and she put my ham classic on croissant bread, and after wrapping and bagged it up she would hand it to me but rather got the young who took my order to give it to me but the gentleman that was in front of me, she handed him his ordered and thanked him, so needless to say she was rude, unprofessional, and did a poor job on fixing the sandwiches. Please re train her. Kudos to the first young lady. And mind you I also got a quarter ham that costed $42.00, so I really spend a small fortune for her to be so rude.

Lorrie did not seem bothered by all the people, she was so sweet and acomadating.I got roasted turkey breast and w/ sides of mac and cheese.I wouldve liked a turkey breast without sugar, for Keto. I was refused service by this olace because I didnt have a mask on. The guy behind the counter was very rude and waived he veteran status at us as he served this country to be safe. And if I dont have a mask im not alowed in hisstore. A real veteran would understand those who give up their liberties for securities deserve and get neither!

The customer service is great and the food is fresh and quick. The employees are knowledgeable about the products. One night I ran in about 2 minutes before closing and the employees cheerfully made my sandwich order. You cant go wrong with the Ham Classic Sandwich or Chicken Salad Sandwich. We have even had it delivered via DoorDash and it was just as tasty.

I had arrived at this location earlier tonight and it was 5 minutes after 8. The door was locked and there were people inside. I was the only person standing at the door, no one else wanting to come in. I do realize that i was 5 minutes late but I thought I only need one small ham for Thanksgiving because half of my relatives do not like Turkey, so surely they would let me in for 2 minutes. I motioned for someone to come to the door and the manager sent this nice little old lady to talk to me and tell me she was sorry but they were closed. I explained to her my situation and that it would have taken me about 2 minutes to get what I needed with my coupon that our company gives out every year for the holidays. And I do mean the company I work for gives out thousands of gift certificates for at least a 25.00 ham or turkey breast every year. They have done this for many years. Now, as much business as I have done for many years there myself, you would think that the HBH company could find it in their busy day to spare 2 minutes for a long time customer. The manager would not come talk to me either. That shows a huge disrespect for their customers and I can promise you that I will never ever buy from HBH again. And I will discourage others to do the same. This should be posted and it should go to the managers for HBH above the store level. Obviously they are lacking in experience at the store level managers, this one in particular.

This place is amazing!! I order a lot from here for my companies luncheons, which can be pretty large orders, they knock it out of the park each time without fail.
