Ordered some work hats, good detail!

Great service and large selection

Store was packed and prices were ridiculous. But, the cashier signed us up on rewards plan, applied a 20% discount for doing so and eased the spending a little.

Wonderful store that is well stocked, neat and clean. Customer service is always excellent.

Great service, and they were fast

All hats were really dirty all hats have dust on them. Asked cashier if they would clean before purchase and said no that I would have to purchase a separate cleaner. I told them aren’t they suppose to be clean if they are new! Cashiers got an attitude. Definitely never returning here.

I love hats. Probably have about 60 in my collection. I always buy them from lids. The staff at this location is always sweet and helpful. If they dont have the cap Im looking for they always order it for me on there computer.

Pretty upset with this location. I went on my lunch break to get 4 hats that I needed for a party. The mall was open except for this store. There was a guy there sitting on the ground behind the register but wouldnt acknowledge me or any of the other guys that were standing in front of the store to let us know whats going on. I left and come back after work and they say they are cash only(I lost my lunch break over somethinh i could have paid Cash at that time as well). I told them that it was ok because I have cash. When I went to pay 140.00 for my hats I showed them my lids card to get the 10% off the Hispanic girl working she said sorry I cant take that, our systems are down. I went to the locker room store (other side of the mall) and the employees over there said she could have given me the 10%. She doesnt need the computer for that since she is doing the math by hand anyhow. So it looks like a bunch of lazy people that dont want to work or doing simple math was too hard for her so it was easier for her to say no then give me the 10%. Its sad. I literally have over 80 hats in my closet. I have bought MOST of them with LIDS. I am almost done buying hats from this company. I will have to start doing On line shopping from a different company for hats because of lazy employees. This is the 3rd consecutive trip Ive made there and they screwed something up and are nonchalant about it. Non-caring about their reputation.

I would put zero stars but there isn’t a zero star. This is the third time their ‘’ system’’ has gone down. They don’t have access to discounts, items mislabeled and staff unapologetically rude! I’m a member and will never be back. Horrible
