I can say again that this smoke shop is going to have what it calls true to, many of the products here seem only to give tribute to vape aspect of the smokers experience… that being, feeling good or just needing something to hang loose on.. I’m sure you could be sold upon the super inventory of various products. Hey shout out to my boy Ginger for letting me know it’s cool to use his name.. he runs a great store with knowledge that has got me thinking twice on their product. …..if you like vaping.

It wasnt bad. There was a minor issue with the pods I got, but they fixed the problem pretty well.

Ginger was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very thankful I chose to go to this shop rather than others in Houston. Beginner or frequent smoker, Ginger would be able to help with any questions you may have!

This location in particular is filled with employees who acr like they are so much smarter than you, and are truly terrible liars and salesmen. They lost a sale on a $60 nice glass water pipe because the custom bowl had been removed and put in a cabinet in which I would have to buy it separately. I asked if I were to buy the piece if I could just get a generic bowl so I could leave with a complete set (mind you we have spent hundreds of dollars both online and at other locations), but his response was that bowls are actually really expensive so no. From my recent experience working at another smoke shop in the area, I know exactly how cheap it would have been had he put a standard bowl on the piece and easily made me a happy customer.. but sales apparently arent his strong point. The young woman was quiet but seemed much more personable than the skinny/tall brunette with glasses, did not ask his name, but I had picked several other pieces I was interested in which on principle I would not buy from this employee.And I will keep going.. the time a month or so ago I went in with my husband the 2 guys behind the counter were giving us sale prices and showing us deals but ringing them up full price hoping we would not catch it. When we asked for a receipt they acted like there was some trouble with the machine, finally printed it, shoved it in the bag and stapled it shut rather than showing us the totals rang up. Low and behold, we had to have these guys keep the store open late (they purposely out the closed sign up as we walked out), but we did get our money back somehow.. I do not believe they followed store policy and were trying to pocket cash but I couldnt say for sure.

Went there to buy just a $10 vape (my girl has our main vape at work a few hours) the one I was sold tasted like coil after waiting the recommended 15 minutes until hitting it. 2 hours later it still taste like coil so I took it back and they wouldn’t let me return or exchange. He sold me a disposable vape next and after asking for non menthol I was sold a gross menthol vape anyways. Now I’m out $25 and have a broken and gross vape, go somewhere else!

Came here with my friends looks for a very specific coil and was not disappointed with the swift and friendly attitude from the associate, Brady. Made a difference in my opinion of the shop!

Three of us walked into the shop, we were not acknowledged. One gentleman kept his ass planted in a bar stool behind the “bar” where they have juice. The other gentleman was busy, so that was understandable. He is finally getting done with the people that he was originally helping, we have been standing in here for about 5 minutes. Instead of asking us if we needed help, mind you we were looking to purchase an entire new kit and a couple CBD products, easily $100, he helps two guys that came in after us. So finally when he is done with them, we think okay.. this time.. we just need the joker to open the case and take our money.. nope! He helps a couple a guys that had been in the store playing pool. I can confidently say that the gentleman with the glasses has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered... if it was possible this establishment would get 0 stars. They don’t even want your money.

Don’t know what is up with all the vape shops in Houston, but they need to work on there people skills. I shop at a lot of different vape stores and it seems like the ones in Houston only care about the initial sale.Which means if you have a problem with what ever you bought then you are on your own, they will not Refund, they will not exchange. So my suggestion is to find a better and more customer friendly vape shop.

We come here alot and have always had great service but i bought a new smok tank and was having problems clising it so the guy was kind of acting as tho he was barley paying attention to me but said bring it back to look at it. So a couple hours later i brought it in and i guess the guy earlier had done told him i would be by and immediately went into hey we cant take it back we have only a couple day warranty policy and was really being defensive and saying did you drop it. I said no bro i didnt and i just bought this past weekend and the only problem i was having was getting it to close so he looked at it and worked it out. But he told me other ppl had brought theres in too so obviously there having problems with this kind of tank i believe thats why the went on defense mode off the jump. I spend a couple of hundred a month at this place and have about 40 other friends ive turned on to the place. Yall need to slow your roll and if smok is selling a bad product that yall have money invested in dont go selling it to people just to get your money back. Just a heads up guy. Another round of that and i wont be back

I have been a long time customer at this business. I can honestly say, it’s the best vape and now cbd/smoke shop in the area. Not only are the employees friendly and knowledgeable, but if you have a problem they will absolutely fix it, and or give you a reasonable discount to fix the problem. Also, they are open late which is awesome because I work until about 9pm and am able to make it before closing for my E-juice. I will say it’s difficult sometimes because they may receive a defective products. They gave me not only a discount for another tank but a box mod as well. The selection of products here is immaculate and of high variety. It is a giant store full of goods. The location is a bit unnoticeable which is kind of a shame, because it’s the best place in town hands down. If you are apart of there rock n roll it program, they send you deals on current products and discounts. Another thing, is if it’s your birthday they give you a discount on one product and depending on what it is, maybe two items. I’m blown away by this store and it will be the only place I go to from now on. On another note, they had the store renewed from the previous style that was quite homie for the customer. This is okay because they now have these beautiful display cases, with the cleanest glass water pipes and other products. With near legalization they have already kept up with the growing acceptance of cbd. No other place in town has the variety this store has. If I were a professional marketer I would be all over this store. They are doing a great job and I wanted to give them a review that really shows I see what they’re doing.
