One of my friends recently had amazing work done by Accent Outdoors and referred me their way. I am so happy I got in touch with them ... I had a few companies give me a quote for my deck & patio - and Accent Outdoors came in with by far the best price!!! Couldnt be happier with the work they did. If you need to update your deck/patio/ho-tub - this is the company to call!

We sold a rental house in Conroe and had Accent Outdoors move the spa that was at that property to their shop for service (it hadnt been used in about 6 months). We asked if they could build a deck and move it to another property. They drew plans and gave us an estimate (for the deck, and adding electrical). The job was completed timely and with excellent workmanship. The spa looks & works great! I recommend them for a new spa, moving or servicing your old one and for building decks and whatever outdoor living spaces you are looking for. They provide excellent communication & service.

Good price. Got the quote to us and scheduled us in fairly quickly. Good workmanship. Somewhat surprised by lack of follow-up to see if everything was satisfactory...but it was, so net result was moot

Valerie thank you so much for helping us with our recent Coast Spas Hot Tub purchase. I have to apologize for our indecisiveness... we thought we new what we wanted and I have to admit we are sure glad we didnt make our decision on price or we would have had that spa that wouldnt have worked for our son or our family. Anyway thanks for working with us to find the right match for our specific needs and even though it took us a us a bit to decide...what did it for us was actually getting into the spa and feeling how it worked. Ken says now it looks like this year well have the best vacation ever in our own backyard:) Thanks to all of you at Accent Outdoors.

Excellent Customer Service and Technical Service. I was in need of advice in a hurry and received excellent assistance from both Martin and Michelle over the phone to trouble shoot until their Tech Martin arrived to fix the problem.Great Job Accent Outdoors!!! You ROCK!

Had a hot tub installed by Accent Outdoors earlier this year. In July, I contacted our Rep. regarding one of the lights in the hot tub already rusting. Was told that they would get someone out at earliest to fix it. Here we are in November, and still nothing. Have sent multiple requests. Also, during design phase, we decided to have pop up fountains installed, that function every time the pump is running. Wasnt told that because they pop up every time the pump runs, that we could not get a cover for the tub. And also, with any big wind events, the water is blown from the fountains out onto the ground., thus draining the tub. Again asked out Rep a month ago, if we could just cap the fountains off, because they are not worth the trouble. Was informed that they did not know if they could be capped, but would check and get back to us. Nearly a month later, still no response.When you have work done, such as installing a hot tub / pool, I expect some level of customer service to follow / continue after completion.We cannot recommend using Accent Outdoors
