Friendly service. Mulch was of excellent quality. When I left I had a truck bed full of mulch. Went to another nearby local landscaping company and was shorted.

I was not exactly sure which mulch or compost product we needed but Grant was very helpful and patient to explain the different options, colors, etc.. Placing the order by phone and scheduling delivery was very quick and easy and their pricing is very reasonable. The delivery driver called before he headed to our house and he was very careful to try to drop the load where I wanted it without doing damage to trees, etc. The mulch is exactly what we wanted. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. We will definitely use Earth Friendly again in the future.

I was looking to locally source rocks for an aquatic project I was working on so I decided to drop in and support a local business. The selection is fair and the pricing is good. I will definitely go back to complete my current project as well as future projects.

WOW...we are returning customers, but when we arrived we could tell the difference immediately when we drove through the gate! Customer service is off the chart! Worst customer service ever! On 03/12 I waited over an hour to purchase a pallet of stones. Once I paid, I was told that they couldn’t deliver that day because the delivery vehicle was broken. Natalie put my ticket on the board said I would be on standby & that she would call when they could deliver. I woke up this morning to a voicemail message at 9:18 last night telling me they were delivering the stones. I walked out my front door to find the stones were dropped right where I need to do the landscaping work! I called to complain & was told that the guy that delivered was friend doing them a favor & that there was nothing she could do. I have a plate in my neck & now I have to move 4,000 pounds of stone just to start the project. At no point did Natalie apologize or offer a refund for delivery. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

The new owners are wonderful and have alot of great knowledge. They made my first expierence buying things I needed or thought I needed more enjoyable.
