I really wanted to like this place. Communication was great at the beginning. I was only renting one fabric piece to be used in my alter for my wedding. I asked the company if I should pick up and they informed me that they delivered. The day before my wedding they messaged me asking if I could pick up my order. When I questioned why delivery wasnt an option, since we previously agreed to delivery, I was informed that they were busy and I only had only ordered one piece. This piece was for my alter. This piece was a very important part of my ceremony and overall wedding and regardless being told that it was only one piece is horrible customer service. If I am a paying customer, I want to be treated as any other paying customer. I agreed to pick up the piece and let them know when my husband was on his way. They were not there when he arrived. He could not get a hold of them. They were an hour and a half late and gave me fabric that was frayed, stained, ripped, and overall unusable. I had to purchase my own and wasted about 6 hours of my day handling the whole ordeal. I have never been so disappointed. In my wedding, everything was outsourced by small local businesses, because I believe in supporting small businesses, but this business was deplorable in their treatment to myself and my husband on a very important day for us. Please do better.

Everything seemed great. We paid full price for our linens and had agreed that Logan (the owner) would be at our venue to set up at 9:00. She didn’t show up and didn’t respond to any of my messages until 1:30 and she then sent another vendor to do her work and they barely made it on time because of her disorganization and unprofessionalism. Everything was finished about 20 minutes before my ceremony thanks to the ladies at DiamondandPearlWeddingServices!They totally saved my day!Do not book with Loved Vintage Treasures!!
