Some of the baked goods were not fully baked and smelled and tasted raw dough. They werent crispy at all.If I want to bake up bread rolls again, I can also buy frozen goods for a fraction of that.In addition, we had to queue for ages, even though 4 people served behind the counter.
All in all, average baked goods. On the Saturday when I was there there was probably a little accident with the pretzel roll that really disappointed me in terms of appearance and taste.

The Katz bakery was my first address when it came to baked goods.Unfortunately, the reduced sales tax is not passed on to the end consumer. I and my circle of friends dont understand that.I have changed the baker and see:Other bakers are even better!

Bakery products are good, but the service is underground. There were four of us on Sunday breakfast at 10. Not many tables were occupied, but a long line waited for rolls. So far so good. There was a waitress who only looked after breakfast. This still seemed to be overwhelmed with our order. It took forever until we had 4 breakfasts together. However, at 10 a.m. we could no longer order half of the card. It had simply not been prepared enough. The glances that we were able to throw in the fridge confirmed this. The waitress also forgot many things that were described on the card. Only when asked did she give us the things. In addition, the lady wanted to pass her input error on us on the computer and said we would surely create another bun. Having breakfast in this bakery was not a nice experience. You also have to be very careful what they do.
You should be careful not to be ripped off when it comes to offers! Buns often from the previous day and therefore old and dry! Not the first time that the customer tries to cheer up leftovers

Unfortunately, you are constantly ripped off here because the employees either have poor hearing or cannot enter the correct prices in the cash register.Just two of many examples:- I promised 2 colleagues to bring pretzels. So I order 3 pretzels (1 for me, 2 for colleagues). Unfortunately I found out in the shop that I only got 2 pretzels. Really great! Upon complaint, the only response was: Yes, but then I only settled 2 pretzels. Its great that I didnt have breakfast !!- On the pretzel day I order 2 pretzels and 1 ham croissant. For this I paid β¬ 6, xx. How can that be? Even if the woman had billed 4 pretzels and 1 ham croissant, I would not get β¬ 6, xx. In the morning sleepiness, I only thought about it in the car and was very annoyed.As I said, these were only 2 of many examples, and both happened in one week !!!That was my last visit to the cat today.This shop really doesnt work !!!!
The breads are mostly ok. Smaller baked goods are often not baked properly and taste very doughy. In particular, the croissants are the worst I have ever eaten. In contrast, Lidl croissants are a true culinary delight. I am very disappointed.
