I first purchased some wheels from Custom Offsets in December 28th 2020. A month goes by and They finally told me after promising me every week they were shipping them the next day that they sent my wheels back and were sold to someone else after I had purchased them and told me pick out a different set because there were no more in the US. There were only 3 sets to choose from and were listed at a cheaper price but they wanted to charge me $200 more. I told them no and asked for a refund and wrote a BBB review. 2 days later they call and tell me they would do whatever it took to make it right. They told me they would send me a set in about a week and have them bored at a wheel repair place of their choosing and pay them directly. After 2 more months of waiting and got screwed around several times until March I got damaged wheels that were machined off axis, over and undersized and out of round on the hub bores. This was verified by 2 discount tires and Aztec Custom Wheels.Custom offsets still refuses to return the wheels and issue me a refund so Im fighting thru my paypal credit to get my money back and probably small claims court.After waiting 4 months for screwed up wheels from custom offsets, Jaime got me fixed up in a week and was great to work with the whole time even when we had last minute design changes. I hate to write so much about custom offsets and so little about Jaime and Aztec Custom Wheels but this review is like my buying experiences at both companies. Do yourself a favor and Deal with Aztec. He even did me a favor 2 weeks after the purchased and gave me 10 more lug covers after a guy with a trailer decided to merge into my front wheel and take them out.

Needed a wheel re-drilled. They provided quick turn around time, good service, and good pricing. Definitely recommend!

Aztec took on the impossible! I had asked Jaime to make my F350 17 inch wheels w custom design, they came shinning through!!! My wheels are small but look so amazing!!! Aztec is the bomb!!! They know how to design & make beautiful rims!! I am super satisfied with the patience & great customer service offered by this custom wheel shop, thank you Jaime, u are amazing!!!!! Frank S.

Tried to dodge a pothole, hit it at an angle, and dented my wheel. These guys fixed my wheel, same day, gave me a cheaper quote than other places, and had awesome customer service! Took a ton of stress off me!

Bad experience with these guys. I contacted them to do some 8 to 10 lug adapters. Aztec said they will be ready in 3 days. I Call back and they said sorry we got the wrong bolt size we are going to redo them give us another 3 days. I show up three days after bringing in some 24.5 to get cut down to 24 and adapters still werent ready. It was fine since they were no useless without the wheels. They said give them one more weekend. Call Tuesday and they said wheels are ready adapters are not we ran out of material. We only have the front ones show up to pick up the front ones and they dont even have that. Basically expect the run around with these guys. Poor poor customer service. Wont be doing business with these guys again.

Very bad experience, i went to fix my car at aztec and owner was very rude and yelled some inappropriate things when i told him he didnt fix my car at all and if he can please fix it. I wasted my time and money to get nothing fixed. If im paying you im hoping to be treated well and get a great customer service. Wonder why this place is even in business if they dont do anything right and treat you like trash

This place is a poor excuse for a business. We ordered a $1000 part from this business over the phone (were located in Louisiana) that was wrong and did not work.... $1000. When we called back to correct the error we was told that we didnt know what we was talking about and that they told us the part would not work when we ordered it and we was hung up on buy the owner a 53 year old man that didnt let us get 5 words in..... Thats right a 53 year old man hung up on us!!!! I would never do business with this company again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. They are quick to take your money but do not offer or care about any service after the sell. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, RIP OFF.... POOR POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!!!!! THEY STOLE $1000 FROM US!!!!

First time i have used aztec the one guy that attended me was really nice and the pricing w/ the work was great.... Although when i went to pick up the wheel the rest of the customer service was awful i mean if im doing business with you and your going to have an attitude honestly id rather pay more to be treated nice just my thought on that ....

They repaired my BMW rim on the spot. Great service - very friendly, good prices!!! Thanks Aztec
