Great customer service, friendly person that answered my call. I felt like the person helping me was glad to have my business.

The Portal did not have the equipment in it that I needed. I had to call our local rep and have him put in the order. He did a great job!

The equipment was in great shape, the rental price was fair and competitive and the customer service was superb. I will definitely come back to United Rentals for any future equipment rental needs.
