My husband and I visited this store on February 15th to try out/buy a mattress for our camper. Jonathan T. was at the store that day and he was so very helpful. He patiently listened to what we were looking for and then he spent a good deal of time with us as we tried different mattresses. During our discussions, he started to figure out that we could be in the market for a new mattress for our home as well... Needless to say, because Jonathan gave us such a great deal, in addition to the Presidents Day Sales going on, we could not pass up the opportunity and we ended up walking out of the store incredibly happy with the new mattress we for our camper and a new mattress plus an adjustable base for our home.When the guys delivered the mattresses the following Friday afternoon, they could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The mattress we were replacing with a new one was not very old so we decided to try to sell it, and the delivery guys were so kind to put our old mattress and box spring in bag and then they took it down two flights of stairs for me and put it in our garage. When I apologize for asking them to help out, their response was thats our job.Its almost been a full week since weve been on the new mattress and adjustable base and we LOVE IT!We have to get our camper cleaned out and ready for the season, so weve not unpacked that mattress yet, but we are anxious to get it out and ready to use.Pending getting the camper mattress out, we could not be happier with the whole experience from start to finish... I dreaded going to buy a new mattress, but DeAndre made the process a positive experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and very helpful by answering all my questions. He didnt try to give me a salesman pitch - he listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. I never felt rushed in making my decision and Im very grateful for that. Finally found someone that knows how to help!! Nalander was our sales rep. My wife and I (with two kids in toe) came in to the store on April 10th trying to find a mattress that would help with my lower back pain and would also make my wife feel like she was sleeping on a cloud. Nalander showed us a few mattresses and explained the pros and cons of each. Long story short he suggested which one he thought might be the best all around for what we were looking for (Greenmont Plush), we bought it, it was delivered the next day, my pains are a thing of the past and my wife is floating on her cloud. There’s no doubt that Nalander actually knows the products, takes pride in his job and understands the importance of educating the customer.

Jason and the rest of the team really helped my husband and I out. They were genuinely kind and not just rushing into typical “sales mode” like you’re at a car dealership. We ended up getting a new mattress the same day we went in!
