Jacob was wonderful and very helpful. He is the ideal employee at a shop like this. Friendly and hard working, but most importantly he takes initiative and helps where he sees that he needs to. Im very glad that my first experience with rack Room shoes was with him because it was definitely the reason that I ended up buying something.The only downside to the store is you can find the shoes for much cheaper online, at the time I was shopping they had a buy one get one half off which made it comparable to online prices.

Visiting from out of state . Good variety not alot of sizes....and not helpful staff...no one offered are you finding everything ok or is there anything I can help you with? Maybe youll find shoes that are your size but dont count on knowledgeable or helpful staff

I walked into this Rackroom location and waved at the associate from the entrance door. She did not greet me or wave back. She simply stood and stared at me as I entered. (Awkward much?). Anyway, I began looking at Crocs and at this point, she walked over to ask if I needed help. She stated yall ok over here? Mind you, I was shopping alone. Who is yall? Moments later, another associate came over and while walking asked if I needed help with anything. She did not stop walking while verbally asking if I needed help. These actions lead me to believe there was not a true intent to provide service. The customer service was sub par. Why ask if I need help if you arent going actually stop walking and help me? Maybe this was more than a simple can I help you?

Good store, helpful staff, good selection... even off season shoes. Sale prices seem very fair.

Employees helped us get a couple pairs of shoes for our daughter...they even took some extra time to help us try to find a certain pair of shoes even though we were unable to locate them in store.

I feel one negative employee can ruin a whole experience. Came in and asked Ariana (spelled wrong) about product availability. In the Huntersville store and the near closes store. She came across as it was an inconvenience to help me. Then I overheard an elderly couple asking her for help and her answers to them were short and her tone was not politeful.If you have this kind of attitude towards your customers then perhaps working with the public is not for you.

Lots of shoes but nothing that caught my eyes.

I came in to return a pair of shoes. I was told by the employee and assistant manager that I will not get a receipt if I didn’t purchase anything. How the messaged was delivered was rude, unprofessional, and poorly done. Caught off guard when the assistant manager rolled her eyes and turned her back so quick after telling me I’m not getting a receipt. I’m returning a previous purchase and want proof of my return and refund in case there’s a glitch with the money transfer to my account. Management and customer service needs some work and improvement.

My daughter and I stopped in to see if they had some non slip shoes so that she could start her new job. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The young man that helped us took us to the section that we wanted instead of just pointing to a corner of the store and saying theyre over there like you get at some other places. They have an ok selection of the type of shoes that we wanted but unfortunately not in my daughters size.

We went in looking for girls dress shoes. Very limited selection and not enough assistance in the store.

The only place I have purchased shoes from for many years. They always have buy one get a second pair for half price. Of course you pay full price for the most expensive pair. Pretty good choices and manufacturers. Great for men and womens footwear. I wear an extra wide so my choices are limited. I only buy Asics brand shoes. I personally find that other brands feel just as good in the store but after wearing and walking for several hours only the Ascis brand dont hurt my feet. Rack room as always had plenty of employees to take care of customers and are friendly. With my size and style of shoe they usually have only one or two colors in my size so if I want another color they will have them shipped to my house. I have compared their prices to Amazon and they are usually the same except Amazon doesnt give me a second pair for half price.

We didnt buy anything from this establishment as my friends & I were racially profiled while in the store. The store was full as it was a Saturday, but for some reason, every aisle we were on, the same associate miraculously appeared.I couldnt imagine how she thought we could steal shoes when we didnt have a place to put them. I was carrying a wristlet & Im doubtful that I could get a pair of size 11 shoes in there.For future reference, you should train your employees to not judge minorities. All races have those people who steal.

Limited selection staff annoying. Skinny guy with glasses followed me around kept asking did I need help when obviously I was on the phone. Got so annoyed found the shoe I was looking at in another store and left. Won’t waste my money or time there. I was asking 17 times in less than 30 minutes did I need help in a full store.

Terrible. Rude employees. Employees are mean, snappy, and snarly. I will never shop there again. (And I only biased this off of one employee which I believe was the manager). If I could give negative stars, I would.
