Very good experience, from start to finish. Decent selection of carpets. Pricing is fair, comparable to other places. We selected Allen Blairs business because of the way he treats customers. He came over to our house, did the measurements and brought the samples. We had a quote next day. Convenient installation options - we wanted it done on a specific day of a week, and that was no problem at all. Installation went very smoothly. Very good crew, led by Jose. Thorough, careful, polite. Perfectly done, quality job, all within 6 hours on around 900 sq. ft., including moving furniture and cleaning.

Allen and the installers were professional and did an excellent job. Timing was very efficient to our needs. Value was lower than others we shopped but higher in quality. All around looking forward to working with them again.

We have used them twice now, both times replacing carpet with hardwoods.Allen showed up exactly when he said he would to do the estimate, and had the quote out to us later that day.Likewise, Arturo and the other installers arrived on time and got the work done quickly and professionally. One large area and one small room were completed in about 8 hours, including moving furniture and ripping out the old carpet, padding, and tacks. They put carpet down to protect my existing wood floors and cleaned up when they were finished and put the furniture back.Recommended.

I recently purchased a home and the hardwood floor were all scratched up from the previous owners pet and the carpets were over 20 hears ago. I researched numerous vendors and stumbled upon Carpet & Rug Superstore. It was the best stumble in my life ! My wife and I went to the showroom in Huntersville and met Allen. He was professional and down to earth and very easy to talk to about our needs. He set up a free in home measurement. He came out promptly at the time and date we set. He provided value feedback and knowledge on the difference selection. He also understood our budget and found numerous options for us. The guy was steller and a great person from day one ! We decided to replace the entire downstairs with new hardwood. His installation team were amazing, skilled and respectful. The benefit of Carpet and Rug Superstore is that they use their own installation team. There are no 3rd party installers and no run around. These guys are the best in the business. My wife and I were so blown away by Allen and his team. We had them install new carpet in two of our bedrooms. This past week, we had them come back out and install hardwood on the second floor hallway. In the next few weeks we will have them do our three remaining rooms with new capet. I like to try and use local shops when possible. I have had good experience with home depot and lowes carpeting previously, but wanted to compare them to some local stores. I read good reviews about this store, and after stopping by a few other places, we swung by to get a feel for the place. Allen still works there and I see other reviews referencing him. He did a good job of explaining all of our options to us with out being all salesman-y. I think the price on the carpeting may be a little more than the big box stores, but it is a little difficult to compare since the pricing break down is a little different and sometimes it is an apples to oranges comparison. With the pricing almost a wash, I chose to use Allen because I had more faith in his installation group. He personally came out and measured everything and worked within our schedule to get everything installed. We couldnt be happier with the final product! Thank you.

We recently had to replace the flooring on the lower level of our townhome. We looked at several providers but found Carpet and Rug Superstore in Huntersville had the best selection of top-quality flooring. Allen Blair helped us choose the right floor without any pressure, and made the ordering process easy. Our floors were installed yesterday by two of the most amazing workers weve ever seen - Miguel and Carlos ! They were incredible. Hard-working, polite, fast, tireless and intruded on us as little as possible while they worked. Miguel is a master with his cutting and molding work, and Carlos is a magician with a caulk gun! We would recommend this company and team to anyone.

The first time they installed new carpet in my RV( not an easy task if you know anything about RVs) that looked like it was factory installed.
