Yesterday we had an excellent experience with Angela last night at the Sam Fire store. We were in and out with a new phone in less than 45 minutes. That was the quickest time we’ve ever got a new phone. She was extremely friendly, personable and to the point! It’s so nice having excellent customer service nowadays.
IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS!They have the most worthless staff I have ever seen. At check in we asked if they had this one particular phone and the girl said yes. After waiting 90 plus minutes to be told they didnt have it and would have to be ordered. We are thinking of going to at&t and get apple phones.
I dont like Verizon as a company because they are highly inefficient and dont promote customer loyalty. However, I had a great experience with the staff at this store. Clarence in particular was very helpful and patient. Even though I had to spend 2 hours in the store with a toddler due to problems with Verizons system, Clarence was fantastic.
As a customer, you have the right to good care, regardless of the time you arrive. The agent does not have knowledge in general in protection plans and also due to the rush, he gave me a different cellphone color than the one requested. Very bad experience in this store.
Understaffed and long wait. Seems like the answer to every problem a guest has is to sign up for another phone. Wish they would have a plan for just one line thats affordable. Not everyone needs four lines.
Went to switch over to Verizon. When I arrived. Was told the wait would be a hour and that they will contact me when its my turn. I hung around the store for 2 hours with nothing. And never received any messages on my phone even after I left. Constant stream of people coming in. But they sent 3 employees home while I waited. Could have had them help get customers out sooner.
Great customer service, but not the answers I wanted about new phone availability. Thats on Samsung for not listening to customers.
I wish -5 stars were an option. Came in on a wed afternoon to transfer my Line to my own plan and buy a new phone. We were greeted by a man at the door who told us he couldnt help us transfer our lines and we needed to call some number called AOL or whatever. That was the first annoyance. Then after we get tht sorted he tells us he cant sell us phones then and there and that we had to come back later in the week.. i walked out of the building. You are telling me im about to spend a good chunk of money at your store and I cant just walk in and buy a phone? Then the woman who walked up behind him was beyond rude to us explaining that they were understaffed and had to so it all by appt. Sorry not my problem. I will never go to this store ever again. Customer service was a -10. I understand the understaffing but the tone in her voice and her comments infuriated me. Never again. Best buy will now get my money.

The customer service is bad, the sales people are always condescending, and treat everyone with gray hair as though we are unaware how to use a smart phone. If there was any possible way to avoid them I would. I was able to set up my own new phone and avoid a return trip. Avoid the store in Palm Coast if you can!
I just want to say how grateful I am for this store, and especially Princess. I came today to get a new phone screen protector and was fortunate enough to have her greet me and give me options. She has helped me so much in the past with my business and personal accounts. She was also there for me when my mother passed away last year to help close our her account. And today, she even remembered and acknowledged it! Not only is she knowledgeable, professional and efficient, but she is also personable in the best ways. My heart is full today simply because she was there and was as awesome as ever! I also must say thank you to Marcos. He was the one who handled my transaction and was very helpful providing information on upcoming purchases I plan to make. My Huntersville store is AWESOME! Thank you!!

Awful service. Bald guy was a complete jerk and intentionally unhelpful, very abrasive attitude. Came to buy a phone (which Ive done many times, from Verizon, never with any big issues) and today I left with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth.
Loyal customer for 10+ years, spending almost $500 a month. I am walking out because of this company’s poor customer service model. This isn’t a company to represent a working class but instead one that cares about bottom lines and profit margins.
Went in at 630 pm to add 4 lines and was told they could not help me. Have been with them for 12 years. Went to t mobile at 750pm and they got me 9 lines. Stay away from verizon.
I received exceptional service from Kim. He went above and beyond helping transfer everyone in our family over to Verizon. He responded on his day off to help transfer my daughter’s line, since she lives in another state. He was exceptional!
Be careful what they tell you. Verify and ask for things in writing if possible. Was trying to start a business account. They didn’t tell me I had to have 6+ months of payment history as a personal customer before I can get a business account. Also I was told I have to pay off my phone before transferring to business. This was all told to me 2 months after I signed up! I was told on the front end there would be no issues transferring personal to business after 30 days. I don’t know what’s worse, a used car salesperson or mobile carrier employee!!
JAMIEI was amazing! I went today to figure out what happened to my sim card. (it showed sim card invalid). Jamie was very polite and helpful I was worried to go in to solve my problem because at other verizons my experiences have been horrible. I strongly recommend this location.thank you!!!

I entered Verizon in Huntersville today with a myriad of issues regarding my phone and pad. Princess assigned Jaren to me, and in a matter of a few minutes, he had resolved all my issues. I am a senior citizen and going through any technology challenge is difficult for me. Jaren was kind, respectful and abundantly patient. I am grateful that he and his supervisor Princess work at our neighborhood store and are so dedicated to helping people like me. Thanks for great employees!

A pleasant experience the last two times Ive been in there. The staff were very helpful and polite. they were very informative about the options available to me and showed me all the incentives etc. You can make an appointment from Verizons website. Ive noticed when I went in there last an appointment was not available but the staff seem to be sitting around and waiting for someone to show up. Its worth planning ahead.Update I was in the store again today. Jaren was extremely helpful and got me what I needed would definitely recommend.

STAY AS FAR AS YOU CANGot lied to and promised that my hotspot will work. Sure enough: zero connectivity! I had to come back several times to make appointment days out. Then got told it should have been within 24 hours.Manager was literally rudely changing stories and lying. As soon as I advised I was going to file a complaint, she ended up not wanting to return (that I had a right to do). It escalated. Felt like she was going to literally get physical.Dont go to this location. I observed so many customers lied to. SCAM
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Luther was very patient with answering our questions and explaining the features of the various phones and when things went wrong he, Princess and Susan stayed to help and make sure everything worked before we left. I will definitely be going back to this store when we need a new cell phone again.
Was greeted immediately as I walked in the door. Richard, a manager helped me find a case for my new phone. He also showed me all of the accessories available for my Note 9. He even put my phone in several cases to show me what they would look and feel like. I was extremely happy and appreciate his time and knowledge. Thank you Richard.

Princess We have 5 lines. Princess the manager told us to go somewhere else. She couldnt apply no discount to help us as we were ready for all new phones and another line. Im a business owner and a USMC veteran. We called Verizon on the phone and they were awesome. They recommended to go to a store to get the phone then so I didnt have to order and wait. They offered the discounts over the phone as usual. It would take a week to order it so they recommended going to a store. Im switching all 5 of my lines today. Princess didnt even take the our information to look at see if she could help. It was a little after 7. As if she was ready to leave. I want ever go back to that Verizon store. Not impressed. Walked in with questions. Associates were not friendly and did not come back to check if their suggested “fixes” had worked. In the end I was told that the issue was with apple and not Verizon- that’s fine. Would have been helpful to know that before I waited for the associate for 15 minutes while she was helping another customer or from the manager and other associates who seemed to actively ignore me while waiting.
Ask for John. He saved us hundreds of dollars, knew all the phones, the tech world, the Verizon world, the billing world and now we pay the same for FOUR BRAND NEW phones as we used to pay for ONE phone that was 4 generations old!!! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT JOHN! He is well worth the wait. He will make sure you get what works for you, your wallet and will walk you through it all as well. 20 Stars, John!
Walked in the store, which was pretty full, so I thought to give the employees a minute to catch up to me, but after a while no one came up to ask us what we were there for. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem because I would’ve walked up to the counter and ask for assistance, but there isn’t a counter at this location... so after walking around the store to find some help and not finding any I decided to leave.

Richard, the Solutions Manager, was not friendly and did not seem interested in helping me. I had questions about adding a line, he started helping another customer in the middle of answering my questions. I do understand the need to juggle customers, I left and then came back with another question. No one greeted me when I reentered and for 10 minutes no one acknowledged me. Richard was standing in the back doing nothing. I watched him waiting for him to come talk to me. I will drive out of my way so I do not have to deal with the poor customer service at this location.
Terrible customer service. Every time I go in there they look like you aren’t supposed to walk into the store. They are always hanging out talking. Pretty worthless customer service. According to the representative: something corporate messed up THREE times is not the stores responsibility and it’s not their problem. Terrible customer service. It’s the same damn company. Hands down the worst Verizon store I’ve been to.
In the past week have had 2 calls and 3 visits to change our plan. While the initial visit was pleasant until I arrived home to find receipts to services that were sold as no cost that did indeed have a cost. After follow up calls and another visit, I was assured in the end I was saving money. I followed up after receiving my first bill - not at all what was projected. Staff were unwilling to discuss the cost of the requested change without the additional merchandise (HUM) sold as no cost and continued to reiterate it was the best deal. I traveled to the store by the Northlake Mall. There they understand customer service and was provided information that I was indeed paying more with the additional equipment. To discontinue the service it cost me a re-stocking fee. Buyer beware.
Some really great employees that enjoy helping, and a couple employees that do not seem to like dealing with people that arent already knowledgable about technology. 5 STARs to all the employees that really do want to help
The store manager, Ryan, is a liar. I wouldnt trust him. I went in, got my phone upgraded, then he added a total protection plan of $13 per month to my phone without asking me if I wanted it or informing me that he was doing it. Id highly recommend avoiding this manager unless you wish to be lied to.
Very bad customer support, I am considering terminating my contract with Verizon. Phone had an issue with a security upgrade, I cant make phone calls. Went in to see if there is a way to get tech support (I cant make phone calls), this person says I need to call tech support from another phone or work, They cant help me because my phone doesnt have insurance added, suggestion is to buy a new phone with insurance. Great, keep up your spirit of serving!

I was told the wrong information by a sales rep at this location. Then was told it was going to get fixed by several reps over the phone, only to find out that even though I was given the wrong information by your company, they refuse to make it right. Now I owe a small fortune. Every single person I talked to told me different information, that is pretty awful. We will be cancelling tomorrow after being a loyal customers since 2006. Customers: Please READ all of the fine print because they will scam you in a second. Do NOT trust they have your best interest at heart.
I just purchased an iPhone and pre-pay plan at this store and the customer service was excellent! They took the time to go through all of my potential options, with or without contract, and helped me make the best choice for me - which was actually the least expensive one. They didnt try to up-sell me or convince me I needed more than I said I did in a phone. Highly recommend this store - excellent staff!

If I had made up my mind to spend $300 on a phone and taken the time to drive to the store to hand them my $300, youd think that store/business would do everything in their power to take my $300 as quickly as possible. Not Verizon. They like to have you put your name on a list and wait a minimum of 30 minutes (on a good day) before they can have a specialist even talk to you. Take a page from the car dealership book and have vultures on standby ready to take my money from the minute I walk in. Or let people make reservations online. Do something Verizon..anything other than how you currently do it.
The service here is awesome! It was pretty busy but they let us know how many people were ahead of us so we could decide if we wanted to wait or not. Once we were being helped he was very courteous and upfront with information (I hate when I have to drag information out of sales people). And to top it all off they even opened the door for us coming in and leaving. I will definitely deal with this Verizon from now on even though it is a 20 mile drive for me!

After a recent purchase there was a misunderstanding about a promotion and the manager Andrea not only fixed the problem for me IMMEDIATELY but she was very kind....unlike myself. Thank you Andrea. Sales person could care less if I purchased a new phone or not. Offered no insight into what phones may fit my needs. Sighed heavily when I requested a short tutorial on use of the new phone. Played on his own phone while waiting for me to enter my email information clumsily into the new phone instead of assisting me. One bench in the whole store to sit on. Will NEVER recommend or return to this store for anything!

I dropped my phone in the pool the night before and put it in rice. The next morning the screen was not responsive or even lit up and the charger port wasn’t recognizing the cord. I handed it to Susan and she somehow got it responsive long enough for me to back up my entire iphone! she saved all my recordings from a class (now i won’t fail my final) and my photos.This would’ve been a horrible experience had Susan not been there. Now I’m convinced it’s always worth bringing your damaged electronics to someone who works with them asap instead of googling solutions.

Went in today and got the new samsung galaxy s10. Line was super quick, only waited a few minutes before I was assisted, which is why I went during work so it wouldnt be slammed. The gentleman that helped me didnt say more than two words to me. Literally. Never even told me his name. I said I wanted the s10, he grabbed it, I asked him to transfer everything, he plugged it in and just disappeared in the back. He wasnt mean, he just made absolutely no effort to speak or help me whatsoever. And when I asked a question, he seemed kind of annoyed. I left wiwithouta screen protector, or a battery case, because he just kinda left. So I walked out and no one said anything. Ive worked in customer service, and this is not the way to get or keep customers.

The staff here was very helpful the last time I upgraded my phone. I did have to wait almost an hour, but I did go on a Saturday. I highly suggest going at a none peak time.
I had a malfunctioning phone. Took it in and they sent out for a replacement phone. I paid for 2 day shipment. 3 days later, found out that the phone was shipped to the wrong town. Went back, they were going to resend but told me that they couldnt ship it the same day for some reason, said it would take 2 days even though they agreed to ship overnight.Phone arrived overnight anyway, which was a pleasant surprised. But the wrong phone was shipped. I took it in (3rd trip) and they said that when the wearhouse is out of the old model they simply ship the new ones without warning. Trouble is that the new phone has no headphone jack and needs a new case and screen protector. I requested new ones and was told absolutely not. The manager did hand me two headphone port adapters, which was nice but the cheapest par of the matter. I asked for a credit on my account to help cover my time and gas and loss and was told absolutely not. Ive received credits from Verizon before in similar situations so I know that company policy is to issue credits when reasonable.Verizon is always terrible to deal with but this manager and store are particularly unreasonable.

I have to have my phone checked and I will travel 30 miles if I need to in order to avoid the incompetent and dishonest people that work at this store! I have had numerous issues there and have had my bill changed twice, without my permission...just absolutely horrible, and I agree with all of the negative comments and the statement about why this store is not under new management? This is such a poor reflection on Verizon, as a company, not to care that their customers are not getting favorable, and honest, service!
The staff here are as about excited to help you as my cat is to get a bath. They seem to genuinely not care whether they earn your business or provide an outstanding customer service experience.Verizon corporate should send in some secret shoppers and see it for themselves. I would imagine 80% of the staff would then be terminated.Its a shame because they undoubtedly lose a lot of business and create a lot of angry customers, unnecessarily.
Just want to give credit where credit is due...I went in with a dead phone, and a lot of confusion about what plan I actually needed to be on, and Jamie took the time out of his day to diagnose my issues and help me get set-up. I would give him 6 stars if I could.
The worst customer service I have ever received. Right when you walk in the door, it seems as you are bothering the employees just by being there. The employees AND the manager were very rude and unfriendly. If you asked them a question, they would just continue to be on their phone and basically act as if you were an annoyance. Wirh all the complaints and negative reviews you would think corporate or something would step in by now since the managers there are just as bad or even worse acting then the employees. I would rather drive an hour to another Verizon store than ever return here again.
They dont service phones here, and the staff acts like it wishes it were elsewhere. Not much reason to visit. Can do everything online, with much better tech support if I have a problem.

Im sick of saying wouldve couldve shouldve...I will sit in traffic for two hours if I must just to go to the Mooresville NC store...John F. at that store is top notch...Ive never left with a single question...but this is what happens when you get lax and try to save time, your left with the same problem you had to begin with when you call or go in this store...Bought a JBL Charge 3 not very long ago and the sound quality has slowly diminished...tried to see what if any options were available to rectify the issue...instead I got rude service...vague answers and hung up on!!! Verizon should consider a complete overhaul or even demolition of this store!
Attempted to return a phone case. Was told I would have to WAIT for a salesagent. I was required to give my phone number to make a retail return. The customer service at Verizon Northcross is terrible. I dont have to register at Target, Walmart or any other retailer to make a return. This is a lousy process and I will be ending my relationship with this company. I also contacted Verizon customer service and was told this is their policy. Ridiculous.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I used a credit card that was the number was stolen and the only place that it could have been stolen from was this store as I only use the credit card about once a year and the fraudulent activity occurred soon after I used the card. I called the store they sent to me the fraudulent department who DID NOTHING!! Verizon did not care that they have a crook who works in their store. My experience there was great but I will not return there ever.

I went there Saturday of May 6 2017.. I have problems from my Droid Turbo 2 when you take a picture it clicks it works okay when you try to do the video camera it takes a picture but no video and I complained to Verizon about the issue before I got the new phone replacement and I took it to Shay to update and transfer everything it he said I would have to leave the phone for about four or five hours and come back in the evening to pick it up and Ill tell him I said I need my phone back as soon as possible and when I came back he was busy on the phone with another customers credit problem and wouldnt come out to address whether my phone was ready or not so he sent somebody else out after I talk to the manager and the manager was not helpful to me personally because I think the problem when I had before when I came to that store was a cell phone case that got scratched by one of the employees by using rough paper towel to wipe the screen off with scratched it so they had to replace that they werent too happy about that but the other reason I came to that store may the 6th was to get my phone updated so I can turn the other one back into the UPS back to the company I finally went to the store and Clemmonsville near Winston-Salem at a legit store Chris took care of me there at that store at the corporate store very nice very good attitude customer-friendly but like I said Im disappointed in the one in Huntersville very disappointed I dont understand why theyre so negative toward a customer who pays the bill and if it wasnt for us customers they wouldnt have a job
Very crowded and cramped store. Management seemed to offer whatever they want and mess up your bills in the process. Took us three months to get our bill straight after upgrading a phone.
Alexis was available, but gave me every reason NOT to buy a phone. A bit snarky and truly not looking to help me. Answered questiins, but offered nothing more. Big dissapointment and a waste of time.

Everytime we go here were overcharged for something, went in for a simple car charger and ended up being charged for it twice on my debit card. Go to a different Verizon store because this one is horrible.

There was a time this store went way beyond my expectations in customer service. I think the success of being the right store in the right place ruined them. It seems whoever manages this branch comes out golden simply because the customers come in because of location, location, location. They certainly arent getting orders because of great customer care.One would think someone at Verizon would remember what good service is and demand it of their employees who have to interface with the customer from the store managers on down.Oh, and the smooth way Verizon denied a warranty claim after years of paying into it (phone got wet) and the super smooth way I was talked out of keeping my unlimited data plan makes me think they now hire the most slippery used car salesmen they can get their hands on.Customer... it aint about you!
I have always had Verizon. When it was time for me to pay for my own plan, I switched the AT&T. Worst decision of my life. I lasted a whole month with AT&T before Verison saved me. Yes, saved me. Verizon coverage is much better, if it was a sketchy area I was SOL and my Verizon friends were usually totally fine.I have never had Verizon cheat me on a bill. I argued with AT&T over a bill for 2 monthS and got so frustrated I gave up and came back home to Verizon. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASTLE. DONT LEAVE VERIZON!

They allowed someone who is not listed and unauthorized on my account to add a product to my account! I have called the store more than 16 times and they are forwarding the calls to customer service. I called customer service and they called this store for me someone answered then put us on hold and left us holding. I am outraged and disgusted at the poor customer service from this location. If you’re not happy with your job then get another one!!

Having called VZ to enquire about the special (12Gb plus 2Gb/ line Bonus) was informed by the representative with 4 smartphones on the account I will get 20 Gb data (12+2x4). Agreed to change my plan. This was September 10th.Month rolls over on Sept 16 to find my account has 16 Gb. Called VZ and had chat with another customer service person who said I was given wrong information(!) and that the special was only covering 2 of my 4 smart phones on my account. Needless to say..., upset.I had saved my chats as I figured some shell game would ensue and with review they acknowledged their misinformation yet would not honor what they said. Pathetic company if one service person tells you one thing then another can say something opposite with no accountability.Short answer at the end of about 3 hours of time I wish I could have back their Tech rep offers me a $ 20 credit on my account for my frustration..., told him to keep it. Patronizing BS.This is their way of handling this issue.., pass the buck to another person to revisit the whole ordeal with a new guy to get nowhere..., in speaking with the Tech service person, his answer was to go to the store and talk to someone there.., total BS runaround process with ZERO support. Once my contractural obligation is up with this company they will see this 15 year account vanish.

Completely incompetent staff.Signed up for new service but phones were not in stock so they ordered them, double charged me $60 in activation fees for the number on the phone when it arrived and again when we transferred our numbers from AT&T. They then canceled our initial account but didnt tell us so we thought the bill for $60 was in error because we paid our activation fees. It wasnt until we got a COLLECTION notice that we realized something was wrong.Also, gave us bad information on the promotions that cost us $200.Messed up billing plans so I got a bill for $199 where the listed dates of service was Mar 28 - March 29. $200 for 1 day of service?!Went there last night looking for resolution and the staff member working with me went in lunch in the middle of working with me. Sat in the store for almost 2 hours.All in theyve cost me over $500 and a ding to my credit.
I have been to this Verizon store with various problems three times in as many months. Every time they did a quick fix in the store and sent me on my way, not once did they suggest replacing my phone. I finally went to the Denver Verizon and Adrienne played with my phone for 2 mins and said you are not leaving with this phone. I will never go to Huntersville Verizon again. Drive the extra 15 mins and get taken care of the right way!!
