I am so glad I found Total Office Services. Such a great first experience. After going to Fedex (closed) and then trying UPS (expensive- first print over $2) I was able to find this place. Customer service on point, quality printing and good prices. I totally recommend this place!

We have been using Total Office Services virtual mail for over 2 years. The service is great, efficient and well managed. Although we travel quite frequently when we do get the chance to stop in and pick up our mail in person as apposed to having them ship it to us we are always greeted with a smile and by name. We are very satisfied customers.

Joe and his staff always greet you when you enter the store. They have handled anything I have thrown at them. They ship products anywhere and they gladly box anything up for us. When I need quick copies, they are my first choice and they always deliver. They are more cost effective and other similar stores in the area.

TOS has been a wonderful find for me......Traveling a lot and doing business with several overseas customers TOS from receiving packages and mail to sending out several hundred shipments, from containers to single boxes without a hitch has been great. Often I just drop items that need to be packaged and shipped and I have never had a shipment not get to its destination damaged, always perfect! They also print out and bind very professional presentations sometimes with a very tight timeline with no problems! Thanks Joe and Kim for your hard work and dedicated professionalism! I came to pick up a package that UPS said was already delivered the day before. The man said I needed to come back in a few minutes. When I asked what that meant he said 30 minutes. He gave no explanation. I never post negative reviews, but this is ridiculous. The package was right there in the shop, but he wouldnt take two seconds to go back and give it to me. What is going on there?

Joe and his crew run a tight ship - small orders are often done the same day and email is efficient and sufficient to get the work done right. Hed even call me to tell me a package was in the mailbox if I hadnt stopped by in a week or two.

Very rude owner. Doesn’t understand how to communicate with customers. Extremely overpriced on top of that.
